Scheduled an appointment for routine rotate and balance tires I bought from Discount Tire. About 1 hour later, my car was "ready". I drove away and the steering wheel wobbled badly at 45 mph. I returned to the store and got in line again. In about 15 minutes the car was "ready" again. The only explanation was (we did not balance a tire). When I drove away the second time, it was much better, but not as smooth as when I first brought it in. Also, I asked about replacing my 17 year old temporary spare tire. They said "We can not get that tire". So I went home and ordered one from Amazon. Why would you go to this place for tire service?

Tyler is a model of professional customer service. Really above and beyond. I needed a set of tires while out of town and they took care of the need as expected. There was an oversight regarding the spare tire and I noticed it before I hit the road to head home. So, I went back to the store first thing before leaving and they resolved the issue beyond my satisfaction with professionalism and courtesy. As a regular Houston customer, OKC raised the bar. Great job.

Went from a friendly service place to a pure bullshit artist sales place that tries to trick unsuspecting customers that their tires are below tread and cannot be repaired. Don't take the first bullcrap excuse that they give. Take your car to Big O or simply a different discount tire and get a better opinion. they will try to scare you with line like" we are looking out for your safety" Cameron will lie to your face and look surprised when you simply leave. Massive changes needed at this store.

Exceptional service even though they were very busy! Cameron and Jason were nonstop providing quick and efficient service inside while the team in the shop never missed a step. Would highly recommend this location if you’re in the market for tires.

I'd always have them put air in my tires when they get low & when I'd get they are extremely busy with other customers. Their tires aren't that expensive either because I'd bought tires for the 2003 Kia Spectra as well as our 2001 Oldsmobile Intrigue & even though we don't have those vehicles anymore I'd still recommend this place for tires for any vehicle that needs tires because their prices & quality of tires they get in stock are better than Wal-Mart Stores especially when a person looking to save money on good quality tires.🛞

I’ve been using Discount tire for 30+ years. We were here in Oklahoma from Denver. On the way here, there was a slight shimmy in the steering, I thought maybe a tire was out of balance. Discount got me right in and balanced the front tires and back on the road. Thanks for your great service.

Be careful at this location! The service on my vehicle was great, but I was signed up for a credit card without my knowledge. The questions I was being prompted to answer at check out made me suspicious, so I asked the associate if I was being signed up for a credit card. He said “no” and then a few weeks later I had a Discount Tire Credit Card in the mail and took a massive hit to my credit score. They didn’t seem to care much when I called to figure out what was going on. I’m still trying to recover my credit months later.

Excellent, excellent customer service. I made an appointment on line. They called and said they could get it in earlier. I took it down and I had 4 new tires in under 30 minutes. Everything was perfect!! That’s why I go to Discount Tire!!

Great customer service! Had a screw stuck in my tire and as I’ve sat waiting in the lobby, I’ve watched how welcoming the staff is to everyone who comes in. They are attentive and kind, and the customer service is why I come to Discount Tires, but the NW Expressway location is exceptional

I went to this discount tires at 10 this morning, and it was fairly busy, but I got checked in quick. There was a nail in a tire, and I was just wanting a quick patch. I waited 2 hours before they even got the vehicle into the bay, and another 15 for them to take the tire off and tell me they cannot fix it, and they have none of my tire in stock. After another 15, they put the spare on and I drove off. Very disappointed, will not visit this location again. 9/16/24

I had a really great experience here today! I noticed leaving work I had a leak in my tire. I came in around 5:30pm and didn’t really expect to be helped because it was so late and they closed very very soon but thought maybe they could help me get it aired up so I could make it all the way home. The gentleman that helped me was so great and professional. He came and looked at my tire with me found the nail immediately and let me know it’s be fixed in 30 minutes! I was so thankful! He was really really genuine! All of the workers I encountered were so nice!

Around 9 months ago I got new tires put on my car by discount tire, and they BROKE the lug bolts on those tires. They’re bald now, and I had to order new tires and I tried getting them changed at Walmart. Due to them not having lug bolts because they were broken by discount tire, Walmart wouldn’t touch them. We go to discount tire who created this ENTIRE MESS TO BEGIN WITH !!! And they charged me a 20$ dismounting tire fee for my two tires and we had to go to a parts store and buy new lug bolts ourselves on top of the 84$ we payed them to change the tires. We return with the new lug bolts and they tried PUTTING THEM ON BY HAND. My dad said let me is the wrench you guys have to put them on and I’ll put them on, they would not LET US but putting them on by hand isn’t going to work?????? This has become an entire mess and ordeal, the people working here don’t know anything about cars and it is so tiring and exhausting. Something that should’ve been easy and quick, has now costed us over 300$ because we had to go buy the tools to put them on ourselves too seeing how they don’t know what they’re doing and broke our lug bolts in the first place. This is just ridiculous and I’d steer clear of discount tires by ALL MEANS.

Thieves!!! Pepboys just down the expressway is HALF the cost mounting tires !!!! AND does a better job. $160 discount tire to mount 4 tires carry in ( not on car ) $71 pepboys 4 tires mounted ON the car !!!!! I have the receipts !!! Will post pics.

the associate Kevin gives mis-information on the phone compared to being in person. Saying he can replace my tires under the warranty on the telephone and sets up an appointment on my three tires I needed replaced but says differently in person saying there safe in which i know there not I will keep this noted next time I even make another purchase with this company yokahoma tires already at 5/32 on tread and I've only had then for 11 months total! 🙃

Made an appointment to have a warranty exhange on a tire only to arrive to learn the tire wasn’t in stock. No biggie, apparently I have weird size tires. When my car was serviced at the second appointment, the team spent about 5-10 minutes looking for my keys when it was ready for pick up only to find they were in the unlocked car… thankfully nothing happened, but that could have ended badly. I’d expect my car to be more secure than that and for that reason will not be using this location again.
