All the associate & technicians are always available when I'd air in my tires & when I'd used to have the 2001 Oldsmobile Intrigue & the 2003 Kia Spectra they sold good tires but my boyfriend/ cominlaw husband Dalton & I'd couldn't afford to keep the repairs up on both vehicles & I'd had a automotive accident with my 2003 Kia Spectra on my way to my doctor appointment a few years ago the brakes were bad so we lost the Kia Spectra & used the Oldsmobile Intrigue as a traded in for our Ford Escape a couple years ago now & I'd gotten a much better & safer vehicle to drive 🚗.

My wheel locks were lost -the last time we had them it was at another discount tire location. This location charged us to remove 4 lug nuts. We were long time customers but no more. You don’t charge for repairs on tires but you charge for removal of a lug nut? Shame on you. Firestone is right down the street and my truck needs new tires. I guess they will get my money!

I’ve bought my past 5 sets of tires here. Called and was told they had 5 options to fit my truck and if I came at 2 we would find one to work. Drove in 45 minutes to find they only actually had the two most expensive options in stock. I’m going elsewhere in the future.

Stopped in here about lunchtime with no appointment because I had a low tire. Staff were friendly and helpful! My tire was fixed and I was on my way in 30 minutes. I will definitely return here!

I buy all my tires from discount tire for a really good reason. Service. On the road with my RV noticed one of my tires RV tires was having issues.. they took care of it quickly and honored their warranty. Thank you guys. Your the best

Avoid this discount tire location and go to the yukon or edmond location if youre a discount tire customer. Otherwise if youre a new customer youll get a better customer service experience and the job will get done right across the street at hibdon. This location is a failure in the customer service and quality assurance departments. If you have no choice but to use this location, ask for christian. He will make sure the job is done right and you will leave satisfied. This location is notorious for doing a sloppy half rear-ended job balancing wheels and patching tires. Expect to make multiple trips if you have this location perform services.

Discount tire...over tightened the nuts on both my tie-rods so that I couldn't get them off before twll iij my me they needed to be replaced to do my alignment. Also they over tightened my rear passenger side axle nut so that it would pre-load the bearing and eventually go out while driving. They then handed me an alignment slip that described my rear passenger side wheel as having a negative camber to cover their tracks. Honestly, this was an attempt on my life and I will be getting a lawyer and suing!! They play games with their maintenance Oklahoma City!! And they are not to be trusted. If you feel the slightest bit of negative energy from their staff, I highly advise you to call the police and get your vehicle off their lifts.

I want to make my self clear I will not come back to this location until they get new employees. I go in there on a Friday, and I get that Fridays might be busy but that doesn't accumulate for the fact that you can do a terrible job on my car. Cars can kill multiple people if they aren't fixed right and the tires are maybe the most dangerous things if you don't fix it right. I wait maybe 30 to 40 minutes til they get to me I wasn't busy so I'm not even mad at that long fricking wait. They fixed the nail in my tire and I had to get a new tire bc they couldn't patch it. Bunch of idiots scratch that. There was a teen working on my car. Maybe. Multiple people were working on it. I'm mad because I didn't like the people there

I scheduled an appointment because my front driver’s side tire was losing air. I also asked them to check all tire lug nuts and make sure they were all tightened and that front driver’s side tire the lug nuts weren’t even tightened, and neither were the tone tires. So y’all check and make sure your lug nuts are tightened!

I spoke with Christian at 5:30 (store closes at 6), and he encouraged me to come in the same day. He was patient with all my inquiries, as I have no idea what I am doing with my life. Arrived with just 10 minutes until closing and everyone was friendly and upbeat and jumped right in to get new tires on my Jeep. I was nearly in tears when arriving, and felt like a fish out of water… but Christian and Benjamin took care of my concerns and requests and made the entire process go so smoothly. Decent price for a travel trailer tire. The staff was good and quick. We were driving through and they got us done in less than an hour. Tire was $85. They charged $22 "installation fee" for a spare tire. Then some other $16 junk fee. Paid $135 for an $85 tire.

Crosstread a lugnut and when i pick up my car the front counter guy said it was like that, Im a mechanic got a flat tire this weekend and decide to replace all 4 tires, the shop I work for it was closed (sat) so I just install the spare tire my self the night before by hand and a 4 way tool, its impossible to get a lugnut thigh croostread by hand it will brake or it will stop moving. The spare I mount it was put on in the left front and its where this Kids croostread the stud and lugnut, when he give me the lugnut it was a little warm when they try to forced in. Anyways Its a easy fix its just the fact that he lie in my face, I did let him know before, that I work on cars because he try to sell me a spare tire and an alightment I said that he cant do the alightment because I had bad suspensión parts that I need it to replace and for a fact he cant align my car straigt with bad suspensión parts. So Eric please be more honest!! Customer w ill apreciated if you do you job with honesty that also will make you a better person.

I’m disappointed to have to write this as my previous experiences with Discount Tire in other locations have been outstanding. This location, however, did not meet that standard. I understand that car manufacturers set the specs for tires for specific reasons and I know the risks of putting larger than recommended tires on my truck. At any rate, the size tires I wanted had been mounted on my truck at a Discount Tire location when I first bought the truck. I was in OKC for work and went to this location as I needed new tires. Figured it was the best spot because they also did alignments. I asked for the same size I had been running on my truck and they mounted them and “aligned” it. I pulled out and the slightest amount of turn rubbed like crazy, a problem I’ve never had with this size tire. I come back and the dude’s solution was “I can see if someone in the shop has a knife because you’re only rubbing in this small spot and we can cut this fender liner.” Considering I’ve never rubbed with this size tire, this was not acceptable to me. Looking at the alignment sheet, they kept a few numbers in the yellow range and I asked why they didn’t move the caster further forward as that would’ve prevented some of the rubbing. His response “we don’t touch caster because it doesn’t affect tire wear.” Also not acceptable as caster is part of an alignment and they advertise an alignment-not a partial alignment. I had them put my old tires on so I could take it to Toyota and they discovered a faulty part in my frame which was causing the caster bolts to come off center. Not sure if this Discount location broke the part, but if they didn’t, they still “aligned” it with a faulty part and failed to even mention to me that this was broken. I’ve attached a photo of the broken tab that keeps the bolt centered. Christian was the only employee at this location that was friendly and understanding to the situation. The rest seemed incompetent. Leave the alignments to mechanics, not zit faced high school kids working part time mounting tires.

To preface, I have been a Discount Tire customer for about 13 tires over the past 4 years. I visited today because 3 of my tires were worn down almost to the wiring. This was an alignment issue, which had been identified when I bought the set of Roadhugger tires 9000 miles ago. I had gotten an alignment done (or so I was told) on the same day the new set of tires was bought. 4,500 miles after buying the new set, I bring my car in for a rotation and balance. No inspection was done on my tires, or they would have caught my alignment issue once again. Today, I received no warranty coverage and had to pay for another alignment that evidently was not done right the first time. To top it all off, I am handed the keys and told I am “all good to go”, so I ask to triple check that they have done my alignment. Surprise! I am there for another 45 minutes while they do the alignment they forgot about. If I had not asked, I would be in Discount Tire once again in 6 months being swindled into another $500 purchase. Could not be more upset. Disgusting what this company does to people.

Whoa, this location really is not my preferred Discount Tire store but it was closest to me at the time. I decided to get my nail in the tire fixed today around 3:35. I was not greeted when I walked in, the staff clearly was not going my their check in schedule. One guy mentioned he had an appointment and had been waiting 45min. I was a walk in and my car was still waiting in the parking lot( I had been waiting 40min already.) Although, there was a women that came after me(whom did not have an appointment, left way before my car even left the parking lot.) WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
