2 vehicles in the bays, 5 employees working on those 2 vehicles. Sat for 5 minutes in the air check line just to have every employee look at me, and do nothing. So I went inside…. If you guessed not 1 employee inside at the sales counters, you’d be correct! At least being acknowledged might have taken this to a 3 star. I’ll stick with the Greenfield and Baseline location. Even the cars behind me decided to leave after I came back from checking inside. The car behind me said this location has gone downhill in recent months.

Carlos Martinez, the store manager. Was very helpful and provided the exact recommendations needed to get me back on the road from a flat tire and an expired donut. There was a different manager at another discount store that tried to upsell me on something I didn't need. I appreciate Carlos's thorough honesty. I will be switching to the Gilbert and baseline location for my tire needs.

Friendly crew at this location! Discount Tire always does a great job, but I was super well taken care of today and they were able to repair my flat and get me out of there in well under an hour!

I’m a long time discount tire fan. However, this store location sucks. Specifically Trystan the guy who told us it would be an hour, then an extra 15 and now we’re an hour past when he said we’d be done and it just went into the bay. It’s the slowest discount I’ve ever been to with four empty bays. Add to that Trystan is smarmy who added the insurance without asking and just included it in the price until I pointed it out.

These people don't listen to you I had the tire check for winter and my check tire light came on again there know way it was because of winter in 2 week check. I won't be going back there again ever

Stopped by cuz my low tire pressure light came on and the guy said it was a nail. So I parked and went inside. Literally 20 minutes later it was fixed. Excellent customer service!

I am very impressed by the staff at this store. Before they opened at 8am, they had a line of people outside waiting (including me). They opened the door promptly at 8am and immediately all staff members started assisting a customer. They were ready to go, and ALL had a great attitude! By 8:30am the lobby was FULL, and phones ringing, but they made sure all customers were greeted and taken care of. Very impressed!

Sitting in line for pressure check on tires. The employee working is moving slower than molasses in winter! 2nd location to attempt getting service.....may have to find another tire shop with better service! If they don't want to check tires, don't advertise it!

Been changing my own tires for years now because the last time I brought my Audi here for tires, I checked the torque on my wheel bolts immediately after I left and found that each wheel had 1 bolt that was tightened waaaay above spec. Which is exactly what torque wrenches are meant to avoid, as this uneven torque will cause damage to my wheel bearings! It almost had to be deliberate considering the manager had assured me beforehand that they would use "torque sticks" to avoid this issue. There's nowhere I can go and trust them to do it right, so I do it myself.

Dropped off car telling them my tire had a small leak. They said they didn’t find anything. Two days later the tires low again and big o tires finds the leak. This location sucks. This same situation has happened twice now and another tire shop has found the issue. I don’t think they look at the cars at all. Give zero stars if I could.

Make an appointment, but it’ll still take you 2+ hours to get your car even in the bay. Whatever estimated time they give you add an extra 45mins to it at least. Staff was really friendly but that doesn’t help much when you’ve been waiting for so long.

12PM appt, car was checked in before 12, we walked to the big bear and ate lunch. Walked back to the store and checked on the car. They needed 3 people to find the record, told us they didnt have the car. Corrected them twice the yhey said ut would be the next car in. After waiting until 1330 we got the keys abd left. They updated us by the link that the car was out of the bay at 1252. The car never made it into the buulding. Steer clear no bueno! Also it wont let you correct spellinf errors on mobile.

Had a co-worker have a nail in her tire, showed up to Discount Tire after work and was assisted by Joey, he looked at it and got us sent to a technician named Kaidin (I'm sorry if I misspelled your name) they got it patched up for us and sent on our way in 20 minutes. Thank You!

I had a flat tire and had to walk my tire a mile to the shop and was exhausted when I got there and Joey was exceptional and took the tire from me when I got there and got me some waters and let me wash up and to go above and beyond he gave me a ride back so that I did not have to walk back with the tire. Highly recommend and Joey definitely needs a raise and recognition for his exceptional customer service and respect to his customers. Thank you again Joey for everything you did to make this the best experience possible for me.

Overall, it was not a very good experience. I have been going to this location for several years and have always done business with them. I made an appointment to have a nail in my tire fixed. When I arrived, the technician, Max, inspected the tire and said it might be too far on the outside to repair, but he would take it in and have it inspected. When we went back inside, he proceeded to try and sell me four new tires, claiming they didn't carry the model I needed. However, I had just bought a replacement tire a few months ago and the car was just purchased in November. When I told him I didn't need four tires, he then said I would need two tires so that they would match. I asked if we could have someone else check the tire, and he responded, "It is not repairable." He claimed I would need two new tires because they didn't carry the tire I needed. However, it turns out they did carry that tire. I went to a different Discount Tire location up the road, and they took care of everything in less than an hour. The tire was actually repairable and did not need to be replaced. I understand the importance of safety when it comes to repairing a tire with a nail in the outer tread, but to not even look and just keep trying to upsell new tires was not a great experience. I still love Discount Tire, but I would recommend avoiding this location and sticking to the one at Cooper and Warner.

I have been going here for almost 15 years. They have always treated me great. But during my last visit, they left two of the four valve caps off, and one of my center caps was half installed. They came out and fixed it without any issues. No big deal, but small things like this matters. If they miss something small like that, what if they miss torquing a lug nut. The funny thing is I get home, and the two valve caps they did install didn’t even fit, they just twisted them down on the rubber of the valve stem like a wire nut. It’s a two cent part but it shows they don’t care. I would not do that to my own car, let alone someone else’s. I’ll still go there, but you better double check their work.

They fixed another hard to find sliver of metal inside my rear tire yesterday. Free of charge. Repaired the damage.
