After a bad experience at Gilbert and Baseline, where no one would give me or 2 others the time of day, this location met me at the door and had me in and out in under an hour. Very friendly and helpful. This location should be an example for all other Discount Tire locations.

Been to a few Discount tire stores and so far am pleased with their service. Twice in out of town scenario such as this one. When let down by Toyota for my leased vehicle, they were Prompt, personal n helpful. Prices are standard I would assume but when you’re in a bind, you’re more concerned about getting help. And not ripped off, true. Clean, affordable, reliable. Thanks!

Brought my car in after having an incident on the freeway that broke two wheels, and I can’t thank everyone enough. Brought it back in a couple days later to swap some wheels and tires. Big shout out to Kyle and the team for helping me get back on the road. Appreciate all y’all do!

Terrible service, workers are dirty theu were swearing smoking cigarretes and on top of that, they took one hour and a half longer than their initial finish time. And it was slow. Hardly busy. Four thumbs down

Called to make sure they had the tires I needed and to set an appointment. They said come on down we will get you taken care of while you wait. I said hold my spot I'm on my way. No problem! I get there pay for the tires then am told there is a three hour wait! These guys absolutely do not value your time. Go to a different location!

Update 12/4/24 After a major inconvenience experienced at this location and an honest review, the store manager reached out to me and resolved the situation to my satisfaction. The management and staff do try their best to accommodate the customer as much as possible and are willing to listen. Thank you Josh for taking the time to address my concerns.

My daughter had a tire that had a very large puncture due to a bolt that went through it. Even though they could not repair it, they were very helpful and friendly. We will definitely buy tires from this location when we need to replace our tires.

Quality has gone down at this location. During the last visit they aired my rear tires up at significantly different pressures right before a trip and I even told them I’d be towing. I just took my wife’s car in for new tires and afterward the weights on one of the wheels were all wonky, made it look like trash, and I was able to easily pull a few of them off. The newer manager didn’t seem to see the problem and even tried to tell me that’s how they are done but agreed to redo that wheel after I had him actually use his eyes to look at them. Quality control should not come from the customer but I guess I can help them out if I need to. I should have taken and added a photo for comedy.

It's really not cool to make an appointment. That you make around your busy schedule thinking that you will be seen. And then sit there for 1 hour and still not get your car taken in. Such a waste of time. This is why they offer you a warranty an offer you free tire rotations. Because it's impossible to get in unless you want to sit at the tire shop for 3 hours. Not cool at all.

Update: got in line @12:40 pm. Leaving the line at 1:17. Almost 40 minutes for 4 cars to get through. Do better discount. Been in line at their air check for over 30 minutes. Not three cars have gone through. Employees keep walking and not filling up the tires. They are standing around chatting and no one is filling up the tires. Horrible experience here. I get that it's a free service that you guys offer. These free services are why I buy my tires from your business but you need to respect people's time.

I have been coming to this store for at least 15 years. I noticed a big chunk out of the sidewall of my tire so I gave them a call around 2pm on a Monday. It rang and rang for about 6-7 minutes then a recording came on and said "we're busy call back later". If I have an emergency and need a tire it would be nice of them to at least answer my call. I went to Walmart across the street for them and they got me right in and solved my emergency. Their lack of professionalism lost them a long term customer. Never again. Walmart is cheaper and provides much better service.

This morning I encountered a low tire pressure light on my way to work due to the recent change in temperature. I stopped by Discount Tire on Greenfield to assess the situation. Although the air check line was long, the employees worked efficiently and addressed my concerns in an expeditious manner. Custom service like this is why I buy my tires from Discount. Job well done!

I love this company! Even though I didn’t have an appointment, they got me in right away. I expected to wait a while, so I brought some work with me—but the only disappointment was that I didn’t get much done because Discount Tire changed my tires so fast! I showed up just before closing time with low tire pressure and a sense of urgency, expecting to be turned away. To my surprise, the team went above and beyond! Despite their preparations to close for the day, they quickly assessed my situation and realized I needed a couple of new tires. Instead of rushing me out the door, they stayed open well past closing time to ensure I was taken care of. Their dedication to customer satisfaction is truly commendable, and I couldn't be more grateful for their help. Thank you again!!!!

Tire change went well but came back to my Standard transmission vehicle in a Handicap space with NO Emergency Brake engaged. I'm glad nothing happened. Was told I would get a message when my vehicle was ready, but never did, sat somewhere nearby for an extra 40min thinking I was gonna be messaged/alerted. Steering wheel covered in grime, same with door handles and shifter. 6 wipes to clean it, all black after. Maybe it was an off day at the shop, but I will continue to use discount tire for my tire needs. Though I was a little disappointed with my experience this time. Thank you for your hard work.

Came here to have one of the workers look at a little cut I had in my tire. Was a little worried they were gonna try and get me to buy a new tire but they were honest and told me I had nothing to worry about. Didn’t try to sell me a thing. Appreciate the honesty! Will be coming back here when I need new tires.

I ran over a tire on the freeway and the closet tire place to me at the time was Big O. My tire was losing air as I drove so I ran into Big O around 5:25pm, realizing they closed at 6pm. When I told them my situation, without hesitation, they said they were too busy and I would have to come back tomorrow. So I told him I would go to Discount Tire next because I needed it done as soon as possible to avoid a total flat and his response was “well they close at 6pm too”. I walked into an equally slammed (if not more) Discount Tire at 5:35 and WITHOUT hesitation they said they could change my tire tonight and would have me out in an hour and 15 min max. And that’s exactly what’s happening. Thank you for great customer service Discount Tire!!

This is my second visit to this discount tire store. Approximately 15 people were lined up before they opened this morning. They unlocked the door and took people as they arrived, not as they were lined up. They are well organized and really want to do the best for you, five stars today!
