Good place, I really like the free air check they do, when you go there tip the young men who air up your tires don't be cheap. I also buy all my tires there, very good service. Just the best.

Had two opportunities to visit Discount Tire at Power/McKellips. Drove into the “air” line due to low tire pressure in one tire & met Zach, such outstanding customer service, very professional yet friendly. Told me to keep eye on that one tire. Well days later I’m finding myself returning to Discount Tire for tire repair, I found a screw in my tire. Met Tyler who examined not only my one tire but all of them & discovered a defect in the tread and because we had their warranty on them, Tyler F suited my truck up with 4 brand new tires. Returning to pick up my truck, Tyler’s customer service was top notch, also professional and polite all in one. Discount Tire has a reputation of having awesome employees and these two shined like rock-stars! We’ve been long time customers and always will be. Ten stars of excellence to Discount Tires, Tyler F and Zach!!

Day before Thanksgiving!! The crew was friendly , knowledgeable and just fun. They got us out in about an Hour and a half. No hassle, I had the certs some was easy peasy!

I woke up this morning to find my left rear tire flat. Pumped tire up then went straight to Discount Tire, they checked it and found a slight slice in the sidewall and could not repair it. So a new replacement tire was installed at a cost for the balance of same, always purchase the road warranty it is worth the peace of mind!!! Thank you

Jack helped me out with ordering some new wheels and tires for my truck and made the whole process super easy and transparent. Luka was the front man on the install and he killed it, he was super helpful with all my questions and made sure to test fit everything for me before sending me on my way. Super happy with the customer service from these guys i’ll only ever use this location moving forward!

Today is the second time I have done business at this location and my second experience was as good as the first. The staff at the counter are super friendly and the techs are very efficient. The techs look like they actually enjoy what they do. I see them smiling I've heard them singing to some music and they are very polite when they need to speak with you. Their tire prices are very competitive even though tires in general are expensive everywhere. I highly recommend this location.

We needed a golf car tire replaced and went to the Apache TRL. location. They didn't have the tire on hand so referred us to their power road location after calling them to confirm the tire was available. We went to that location where we were met with fast assistance and pleasant help that even brought the tire to our car upon completion. WOW all of this was a great experience!!!

Bought all new tires a year ago. I paid an extra $15.00 a tire in one went bad. The two back tires went bad. Discount didn't have the same tires in stock. Cost me almost $200.00 for two new back tires. This place is a rip-off!

I will never return to this store and maybe never another Discount tire ever again. They damaged my brake hard line. I'm lucky my brakes didn't fail while driving on the freeway. This place has damaged my vehicle twice now. Last time I had to get a wheel hub replaced.

Greg at this location really needs to work on his customer skills. He was rude and was rushing us . Some people don’t know about tires and that’s why the come to your store so please be patient with people and not so mean .
