Great Discount location. Over the phone I was able to set up a simple service appointment with Sebastian. He handled every part of the tire prorate and exchange with perfect care.

I have generally had really positive experiences with various Discount locations in the past, including this one, but recently was extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with their services (or lack thereof). I bought tires two months ago from them and unfortunately had to recently return for a repair to a nail in my tire. After they took my car back and I waited for an hour, I thought I was in the clear. A few days later, my tire light comes on again, and I look only to find the same nail in the same tire! I took my business to a nearby Firestone that produced faster and higher quality results (as in they actually did the repair they said they would do). I would rather pay to go to Firestone than return to this Discount for similar issues in the future. The only reason I did not rate this one star is because the employees were generally kind.

I have never had a bad experience at discount, until I switched to this location. Discount installed all terrain tires and tpms sensors. The tpms sensors were faulty, and it took 3 separate visits to get these guys to finally change them out. I'm guessing the manager was frustrated because he decided to not balance my tires while doing so. I do not want to go back in, as he acted frustrated every time like it was my truck. Now I'll take my 2400$ tires to another location to have them re balanced

Ordered some tires here and the had them come in from 2 different locations. So far the tires are fire.

Free tire repair. They also have an express tire inflation place. They will check your tread depth and inflate all 4 tires. Then off you go.

We flew in from Chicago to purchase a vehicle and begin a 2,650 mile national parks road trip with my family. This was a special trip for my mom. Given the weather forecasted over the course of our trip, I was getting nervous about the tires on the vehicle we purchased so I started looking for new tires while we stocked up on road trip food and drinks. This store was nearby, and had the tires in stock that I wanted. I called and explained the situation to Sebastian and he was able to get us in immediately. The team had the new tires on the car before we were checked out of the grocery store. I've been a happy Discount Tire customer for a long time and this was a really special experience. Had a flat while getting my groceries. Thankfully a tow truck company carded my window so I had a hunch to check and sure enough it was flat...drove in on 3 tires and Sebastian and the team got me in ASAP. Even though the groceries are of no concern to you guys he treated like his own problem and treated me like family. Was able to get my stuff home safely in record time. Highly recommend this shop. Fast, honest, reliable and the cost makes sense for what youre getting!

I have been doing business with discount tire for the last 10 years, but I must say my experience this time around, has me shopping around and reconsidering who i do business with. Especially in regards to their warranty that they sell as is they were the best thing in the world And when it comes time to use the warranty, they want to sell you a new tire instead.

Discount tire on Basline and Country Club in Mesa is absolutely amazing. They don't care about making money into he sense of ripping people off like the smaller tire care places. They do so much to get you back on the road a easily as possible it's clearly just caring, that's all they do is care! Extremely polite and helpful service! Then, on top of that, I had a nail in my tire, not a tire I bought from Discount Tire either, that they fixed without charging me a dime, they also balanced and rotated the tires for me. All at no cost to me! Who does that, NOBODY DOES! That would cost you easily $100 ANYWHERE ELSE.

I do love discount tire and would have given them five stars however after my last visit at this particular location. I bought at least 12 sets of tires from discount tire went in for a rotation one of the tires needs to be replaced treads about gone ask to put the unsafe tire on the back and they stated they can't touch it at all so I guess I get to go home and jack up the car to move the tire on the front to the back.. to make things worse it appears that they parked my car under the billboard that they know that birds are up there and there was bird crap all over my car The managers are looked at me and I looked at him and I'm thinking well say something. They didn't care and there was a lot of bird crap didn't offer to clean it didn't really say anything. Getting ready to buy another set of tires but I don't know about this location yet. Don't get me wrong discount tire is the best place to buy tires. They're usually very friendly and very quick what they do so I highly recommend discount tire just disappointed in the process at this one store

I'm in the middle of a long trip back to Canada and found out my back tires were worn out. I ordered two tires online, and they installed them right on time and budget. An honest company! They even recommended Brakes Plus across the street for an alignment. They were awesome as well. Thanks guys!

This was fast service. Wait was less than 15 minutes and done to my satisfaction. I work nearby this location, and on the way to work I noticed low pressure on one of my tires that was only recently inflated. I didn't want to drive any more than necessary until the tire was fixed or replaced. Since the tire was damaged beyond repair, they sold me a new tire that was compatible with my vehicle and the other tires.

Best customer service for a tire shop. They really take care of you and keep enough staff to get you in and out quickly. Had 4 guys on each car. In and out in just over half an hour. Make an appointment ahead of time helps! Ask for Riley, knowledgeable and will give you good advice based on your needs. Highly recommend Discount Tire!

Dillon and Jacob are awesome. Jacob was very knowledgeable in knowing the differences and value of the different tires. Dylan showed me how to reset the tire pressure calibration on my vehicle. And the team changed the tires faster than any other location I’ve been to. Other tire shop told me I had to live with the tire pressure sensor always showing up.

I came in today because I got a flat on the freeway the night before. I wanted to ensure my car was safe for my family and me. The associate, Arnold was supposed to help me but was very rude and cold and ; honestly, I would have done better talking to the tire. He seems to be more into criticizing me about the tire's condition. I was unhappy about this treatment and spoke to Micheal, the AM, who was clearly a true professional; not only did he help me and taught me a few things about the right tire for my vehicle. I also observed the other team members Dale and Logan were polite and helpful. Thanks again, Micheal! I can breathe again knowing my family is safe.

Came in for 1 tire, paid for 2, and left with 3. Was selling the car, but it has an unfixable nail. Offered a good deal for 2. After leaving I realized they replaced the front two instead of the rear two and the nail was still there. I was already 20 min away and they were about to close, but they told me they'd stay open to fix it. The old tires were already gone, so they replaced the tire with the nail free of charge and left me with the front two. Sebastian was the one who helped me. Also, they were a good $60 cheaper than big O for the 2 tires. good value, good people, and even if they make mistakes they make it right. discount is always my first pick.

Horrible customer service had a problem at the store called corporate they had someone by the name of sabastion call me back to talk about what happened he did not seem to care about what happened was rude and unprofessional I have done business with discount tire for years and this is by far the worst experience/customer service I have ever had very disappointing
