First time going to a discount tire, I purchased the wrong tire online unknowingly before my appointment. The assistant manager Chase was extremely helpful and took the time to explain why I bought the wrong tire and found the exact match I needed. Extremely helpful and wonderful place and was in and out. Chase was extremely friendly and helpful with the refund process as-well. Definitely recommend this place!

Hello all, I went here yesterday with no appointment to look at new tires. I had abought a used set but they were shaking etc. They showed me some tires and well $$ etc they said lets look at yours and balance them . I was out with tires rebalanced by them at no cost and it drives great. I have bought a lot of tires from them over the years. I let people know that they will balance, rotate and air up your tires no matter where they came from for free.. I had an A+ experience. Had to go in for a slow leak. Made my appointment. What stood out to me is the complete professionalism on behalf of everyone I encountered. Customer service absolutely top notch. Got my tire fixed in a timely fashion. Thank you for your fantastic service.

Kudos to Matthew D. My coworkers recommended Discount Tire. When my wife needed tires I sent her to this location. To be honest, our expectations were fairly low. Let’s face it, buying tires is not high on the list of things people want to do, so when my wife came home ecstatic about her experience with Matthew, I ran to the google reviews! Matthew was a true professional in helping her select the right tire for her driving needs. He asked intelligent questions to understand what type of uses her car will be doing and presented appropriate options for her to choose from. He was NOT a pushy salesman trying to sell top of the line products. He presented the benefits of several options and in turn, she made the perfect choice for her car’s new shoes! Discount Tire - make sure this guy is happy, cause I’d hire him in a second!

A few gripes: First, getting cross sold is part of corporate business structure these days, which is fine. It’s ridiculous when Discount tries to upsell wipers with lesser quality ones, even after I told the guy I changed my wipers very recently to Michelin-branded wipers that didn’t need replacing. Second, I didn’t ask for a quote on a spare tire when my visit wasn’t about that and I didn’t intend to discuss it. And no, I didn’t want a tire rotation either, as I stated I do my rotations on my own when I do my oil, and had plans to do the oil/rotation next month. Still tried to get an upsell on me any way. Third and my biggest grievance, this place misplaced 3 of my stock nitro-valve caps (with the green dot on the top) when I got 4 new tires last year and they replaced the 3 with their own bland caps just laying around, and then on this visit didn’t replace one cap at all during a tire balance. This same thing happened on my other vehicle a couple years ago with aftermarket caps I bought. Do yourself a favor, fellow patrons, and take off the caps before you turn your keys in. The attention to detail is abysmal. The attendants’ lack of active listening is disappointing (or is it they must peddle corporate upselling regardless of what customers say?). If corporate is listening, or this store cares, please revise your cross/upselling tactics, or refrain altogether, and please tell your tire staff to put the same caps back on your customers’ tires.

Courtesy tire pressure guy threw away all my chrome tire valve caps. Asked him to make sure they’re on and he lied straight to my face and refused to pick em up off the ground or get new ones to put on. Manager stated he would address the concern. Vehicle has cameras all around so watching him do it and tear his job’s hoses off the car chipping, breaking and striping the threads on the brand new TPMS sensor valve stems as well, wasn’t at all pleasing. Honestly feel sorry for the Jeep ahead of me, the tech gave him the bird while he was backing out.

Absolutely the most incompetent Discount I have ever dealt with. This particular location has damaged 3 center caps on vehicles and cross threaded a lugg nut so bad that they had to refer me to another auto shop to get it off. If I could give this store no star review I would. Warning don't take your vehicle to this location.

Great service. Had to leave town same day, drove over a screw, got a flat. Took it in and they were super busy. But those mechanics hustle. They fixed my flat in two hours and got me back on the road. Apologized for taking long due to it being busy and said they did it for free and hope I come back. Darn right I'll come back.

Im here to give a shout out to Matt at the Hampton/Power Rd location. I came in with a tire issue. I had a feeling I was gonna be late to work. But, not only was I not late, but I'm 30 minutes early. New tire, rotation, all aired up & good to go! I was scheduled to be done at 1204, & work starts at noon! He also helpped me out the overall price, prorated. This place is ok, sometimes the sales people are a bit pushy when it comes to tires. Pro tip, ask to see the handheld after they scan your tires. I had a dude tell me that all my tires were a 4, then went to another place, and they were 5's and 6's.

Discount Tires is awesome. My tire had a flat & they fixed it at no charge. 3rd time we’ve used them. They also check tire pressure for free! Awesome service!!! I will definitely buy my tires from them!

🔹Cutting-corners...conning customers. No-longer the same good-business...more concerned with busy-ness (no more care) into the customer -and- employee. Different owners perhaps?? All I know is they -use- to offer free water bottles in the lobby...as a courtesy...for years...now, no more.🔹Integrity🔹 has left the corporate offices of 'Discount' along with their dignity.

Had 4 new tires installed, was very unhappy with them and one of them was installed backwards.... The manager was able to get me new better tires ordered and exchanged no extra cost. Much happier with these new tires.

We had two tires replaced. Within one hour the tire sensor light was on. It was after hours so we couldn't go back. Added our own air to it, no biggie. Checked the tread, no obvious nails or foreign objects. The next morning before carpool it was totally flat. Ugh. When I called the store, Alex asked me a couple questions said, "I think I know exactly what it is. I will come out to your home and check it out." Within 30 minutes he was here, tire was off and 20 min later it was fixed. The air stem, a metal one, wasn't secured fully (it happens) but he fixed it, rebuilt the tire, reinstalled the tire and checked the three other tires air pressure. Total life saver! Thank you so much Alex! You were amazing. So appreciated.

Had an appointment at 12:30. Discount called me at 12 requesting I come in so they can put my car in the bay. I arrived at 12:20 and handed my key to an employee & received no further direction. I wait until 12:45 before I ask for an update, to which they respond that I’m up next. 1 pm rolls around and I ask for an update, to which I’m told that “they didn’t know I was here.” It is now 1:30 and they’re working on my tire rotation still. Mind you, these are three different employees in red shirts (I’m assuming a managerial or team lead position?). None of the associates I spoke with today seemed to be on the same page whatsoever regarding the timing in which my car would be brought in and worked on.

My experience was ok but not great. I had an appointment at 11:15 for 4 new tires. They didn’t pull my car into the shop until almost noon. Once my car was pulled into the shop it went quickly. Kaleb helped me and he was polite but I didn’t like that he was trying to sell me a bunch of things I didn’t need when I was already spending over $1300 on new tires. He tried to get me to buy a new spare, new lug nuts, new wipers, and the certificates.

Very unimpressed with the service I have received since Sept 16, 2024. Initially came in for a new tire. Sensors were going off after install and called back and the person answering the phone was very rude and unhelpful telling me I needed all this stuff done to my car like a wheel alignment and new parts to get rid of the tire sensor warning on my car. Recalibrate the sensor which fixes the problem. Came back two weeks later to get the other 3 tires done.later that day sensor went off so I recalibrated.it went off again,recalibrated. In the AM woke up to flat tire! Called discount to make appt,they said not needed theyll look after me asap. So Took it back. Was told to come back in 30 min . Gave them extra time and showed up 40 min later .they still hadn't even taken my car back yet!!!!! So I missed work because of them and my safety was compromised. No apology. No accountability. Absolutely asinine.
