I can't say enough good things about this place! I am very particular about who touches my cars. Discount Tire made the list! Watching their team work was like watching a pit crew. 15 minutes to mount and balance 4 tires, install new TPMS sensors, and relearn the sensors to the car. They had the torque specs for my car's lug nuts on the ticket and I watched the crew select and use a torque stick with his impact. They had a spotter with the car any time it was in motion. When I got in the car, the dash display was set to show the TPMS page, so I knew they had relearned the sensors and what pressure my tires were at. Details like that get my attention. I was never given an upsell ... I didn't suddenly need wiper blades or an air filter. Another detail that got my attention. All in all ...I simply can't be more pleased. Less than 30 minutes in and out.

Have used this place for years. Had a screw in my tire and they replaced. While there they found another screw and we ordered another tire and setup an appt. When I arrived the guy trying to help tried to have the wrong tire changed. When I told him he debated me about which tire it is. Then he said let’s go look at it. Started measuring tread and everything they literally did 2 days ago. I told him they already did this and the Info is saved. He said I have to do this trust me I don’t want to. Then he measures the new tire yall just put on and says that’s Interesting. I say what? He says that tire tread is low if you say it’s a new tire. I said y’all put it on. I went back inside. When he came back in he continued to debate me on which tire needed to be fixed. I said I have an Appt and y’all already ordered the tire for the other side. I asked him to ask the other guy who ordered the tire and he comes back and says well I guess it is the tire you said. But that’s weird I don’t know why you would change that one. I said bc yall told me there is a screw in it! I asked if I had done something to upset him or if he was just tired. He said do you think I have a bad attitude? I said I don’t think you absolutely do. You told me outside you didn’t even want to come out there. He said yea why would I want to walk all the way out to your car? I said bc you’re at work. Then I just walked away and tried to ask for a manager in the garage to explain what happened but not sure the guy who said he was the manager actually was or not. Seemed like he wasn’t. I can’t believe this is the way my appointment went. We won’t be back as long as folks like that are working there. Too many other places where you aren’t treated like this.

Came in with a nail in my tire. Unfortunately, it hit the side wall which I knew meant there was no repairing. (I saw the nail with my own eyes!) Chris helped me and was very professional. I felt listened to! Mosses and Christian worked on my car, and they were incredibly fast and thorough. Would come back again!

My tire was completely flat on yesterday while I was on my lunch break and I was freaking out. I live in Mississippi but I work in Memphis and as a woman the last thing I would like to be concerned about is car issues. I attempted to inflate the tire at the gas station and was unsuccessful so I went to Walmart and the nice young man inflated my tire and informed me that my tire stem had a leak and I needed replacement. Again, I was annoyed because I do not enjoy any type of car issues, even if it is minor. I am also not familiar with this area, so as I was driving I noticed discount tires and called over the phone to speak with a friendly representative Taylor. She was very warm and inviting and asked me to come inside the store so we could access the tire issues. Once I arrived she was ready to greet me and informed me, I needed to replace my tires. She was not pushy, she educated me on my options. I needed to leave because my break was ending and I was not expecting to spend money on tires at the moment. I left and came back and was greeted by the representative Chris and he helped me get the best deal and reeducated me on the options and notes Taylor left. I would like to say they were extremely busy but every last one of those guys in that place are hardworking and nice. They maintained professionalism and took care of every customer. 10/10 would recommend!

All around great customer service, very professional job done, and efficient with time. I came to get my new TPMS checked because the light came back on after recently getting them changed and the staff quickly found the problem and fixed it with no hassle or extra fees. I’m really grateful for these guys. Happy new years.

I brought in 4 brand new aftermarket (very expensive) wheels and purchased 4 Yokohama tires for my Tesla Model Y. They were nice enough to remove the TPMS sensors from my old wheels free of charge, although perhaps this is part of the $120 install fee I paid. This is where the good experience ends, though. I specifically asked if they have black balancing weights to match my black wheels, which are open spoke and everything inside is highly visible. They said yes, and I also reminded them immediately before they took off my old tires to begin the new install that I wanted black weights. I get my car back, and it’s loaded with silver weights all over my new wheels. One of my wheels has 35 weights attached to it, which is absurd. My stock wheels had ONE. You would think they might try to rotate the tire on that wheel to achieve a better balance, but apparently not. They also chipped the paint on my new wheels near the lug nut holes, as they were clearly in a huge rush and being careless (I was able to watch through the window to the shop floor). To add insult to injury, the tires themselves howl like crazy when driving, and I am getting vibration back through the steering wheel and pedal. Either the tires are out of spec (not DT’s fault) and/or the balancing was not done properly (would not be surprised based on the enormous amount of weights used). Hopefully they can make this right, and I will update the review accordingly.

I came here at to have my tires replaced. They offer complimentary water bottles and Wi-Fi. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Christian kept me updated with their progress and asked if I had any questions. John let me know about other things that needed attention. I was in and out of there from 11:15-11:40. They weren't able to do a realignment on my car, but recommended a place I could go. Thank you Discount Tire!

The absolute worst I went to get air in my tires . I had to practically beg for someone to acknowledge I was there only to still wait another 25 minutes for no one to come . Never again

I was very impressed with this team at this location. They were able to get me in and out in no time when I had animals to finish transporting. The animals were disrupted as little as possible. They went above and beyond to get me back on the road.

If a zero star was a rating, discount tire on stage eared it today with flying colors. Went in the have 4 tires installed, no issues there, but the fact that they lost hardware and damaged one of my wheels to the point where I can't even put my center cap back on is unacceptable. From working for discount tire for 6+ years I understand the goal is to get customers in and out as quickly as possible and safely and sometimes mistakes are made when removing or installing wheels. We would go out of our way to notify the custome and do what we could to make it right. But today was not that case. The technician that worked on my vehicle broke one of the mounts clean off, and said nothing. Upon returning to the store to address the issue the service advisor told me that they were like that prior to them working on the wheels and there was nothing they could do about it! none of my wheels were damaged prior to my visit and the break was fresh you see where the metal was flaking off from it snapping. I can honestly say after spending thousands of dollars, and being a loyal customer for decades I will no longer bring my vehicles to them.

This location at first installed two new tires diagonally (one on the front right, one on the rear left). When I returned, they three of my locking lug nuts off the two tires they had to rotate disappeared. However, upon being notified, they not only replaced said lug nuts and gave me a new key, but when I told them I had all locking nuts that didn't match the new ones they gave me, they gave me a FULL SET of 25 locking lug nuts. For free. They're good people and they do good work, just do your due diligence as a driver and customer and make sure to check behind them.

Clay went above and beyond to make my experience quick and painless. I’d give 6 out of 5 stars if I could. I usually go to Walmart auto center on Raleigh-Lagrange and have for 5 years. Went in this morning and there were 5 cars there, and they refused to take anymore for the rest of the day. At 9AM 😂 so I decided to try discount tire, there was maybe 30 cars there and I was still in and out within an hour. Definitely coming back here next time I need tires or wiper blades

I really don’t appreciate being scammed and lied too. I went in to get a simple flat repair. A nail that I removed and plugged to make it to Discount Tire. 1st red flag the “ salesman” asked me if I had thought about replacing my wheels. I just said there’s nothing wrong with my wheels and declined. I just need a quick flat repair as soon as possible. Ok. Then he proceeded to show me prices of wheels.!? While waiting for my car to be done I overheard one of the technicians telling a lady that there was a nail between her side wall and tread, and it couldn’t be replaced. They would have to sell her a new tire which if it was true, then yes she would. Fast-forward they pull my car around and the technician tells me that they had to replace my tire because they found a nail on my side wall. And I who had just plugged the tire and inspected it knew that was crap. So I asked to see the tire. Now I don’t have a problem getting a tire replaced instead of repaired because I bought the certificate to cover for that issue but now I have to buy a new certificate for the new tire about 19 bucks not a big deal. But when they bring me my tire, it doesn’t have a nail or a hole on the sidewall. And now the excuse is the “gummy plug” that I used will allow moisture to get into the steel belt and they can’t fix that. How was a rubber plug gonna allow in any more moisture than steel nail? When I called him out for lying to me, he said he had several that day that had nails in the side walls.. I’ve never heard of so many nails targeting side walls like this! So just a lie and a scam to get you to cough up 20 bucks for a certificate so they can warranty the tire. They have lost my business. Edit. Responded to the owners comment and have not received any contact.

All she wanted to do was attempt to destroy the managers day first thing. If your at the door your first in line. The shop has been redone with updated equipment. I never look forward to waiting 3-4 hours to get new tires but this Discount Tire Bartlett place had their stuff together. Had an appointment today at 8:15AM and they had the truck back at 8:20AM and I was driving off the property at 8:45AM with the Michelins and they were crowded. Almost unbelievable they got to it that fast. I did book the appointment on line a week in advance which may have helped. These folks are on their game. Couldn’t recommend them enough. Good job folks.

Would have given 5 stars as they were fast on a busy day, but.. discovered why fast: all four new tires/wheels weren't balanced properly and had to have another business fix because, live some distance away and didn't wanna bring the vehicle back in to have it fixed. Called the store, person said sorry. That's it??? Never again.
