Excellent customer service, very competitive prices in both tires and installation services. The prices are close to even with some online discount tire websites, and offer better warranties when you do buy and have them install the tires. Easy shopping experience online and scheduling an appointment. No hassle or upcharging pressure was ever done during the time I was in the store to myself or anyone else that came in. Knowledgeable and friendly sales staff.

I am usually a Goodyear tire shop guy but thought I would try discount tire. The staff was great helping me with getting the tires ordered and an appointment set up. I came in for my 0915 appt 5-10 minutes early being told it is about an hour. 2 hours and 10 minutes later (1126) my vehicle still isn’t in and I am still sitting here. I don’t recommend them at this point, we will see if they make it right or not. They did apologize for it taking 3 hours with a scheduled appt and took some $$ off so I will make it a 3 instead of a 1. I just asked if they would have updated me throughout the process. I could have got a ride home and got stuff done.

The manager reached out to me, and offered to fix my tire issues and when I returned to the store they went above and beyond to correct the original issue as well as something that hadn’t been originally worked on by them. Huge shout out to Mo, John, and another nice gentleman. I would absolutely recommend discount tire and will return for any tire purchases in the future.

Outstanding service. I went in to get my tires rotated and balanced. No frills or pushy sales to get new tires, they were quick to get it all done. They knew exactly what they were talking about when it comes to tires. Shout out to Alex (service tech) who not only had excellent communication but was friendly and professional. Bought 4 wheels and 4 tires and had them installed. They did great work but had to go back a couple times due to a faulty part. It was annoying but they take care of their customers and apologized this is the kind of business I like.

Great service. We couldn't figure out how to put my vehicle in maintenance mode to do the wheel alignment. They were patient while I figured it out and we're fantastic in helping me. Special thanks to Zayne and Thomas. They were great. Highly recommend.

I have to say that I was super impressed. I showed up to order tires, was told they already had them in stock. Oh, ok, can I set up an appointment? How about right now? Hell yeah!, 20 min later, my Scat was done, old tires wrapped, and stowed in the back. Love the new rubber and will definitely go back from now on to get my tires. Thanks for being pros and having great cs.

I’ve been to several Discount Tires in my time of owning a car but I’ve never had a great experience until the Lincoln store. They’re all incredibly nice, the service is quick dependent on the amount of vehicles they have (but they definitely don’t have the longest wait time I once sat in a discount tire from 9 am to 4 pm), they’re super informed and great at helping with any questions, and they focus strongly on quality. All in all I would absolutely recommend this Discount over any of the other Discounts. 10/10 in all categories!!

First time trying another Tire service in Lincoln and it went as smoothly as possible, with super friendly staff who were all on top of things. I ordered my tires and scheduled my appointment time a week in advance, so it only took about 1 hour to change all tires AND do an alignment (alignment wasn’t even scheduled, I just opted for it when I showed up). The pricing was about as cheap as you can get in Lincoln.

Great customer service with great prices. Got me in same day. Needed a tire and rim set, paid 223 all together including putting the tire on the rim. Will definitely go here again if I need to.

I've had very positive experiences at this location. Most recently with Bryce who was balancing a rush, helped with a tire issue I was having, helped notice some additional ways to help prepare me for an upcoming roadtrip. Also saw him assist a customer that was not comprehending some decisions he made, changing some decisions after the service. Bryce was professional in deesculating and getting the man another option he wanted. Doing so efficiently and apologizing, even though Bryce was not at fault in the situation. They very much care for cars and customers. Thank you for help with my car in all its prep for its roadtrips and the thought you've put into helping my car be its best.

Bryce, Caleb, and Thomas were amazing! Their professionalism from start to finish was the best I've seen in the tire business. Because of my positive experience I plan to return for all tire and alignment needs. I also plan to tell everyone needing tire maintenance about this incredible location now in Lincoln. Went it to have my tries rotated and balanced. I got the privilege to be assisted by Alex. He was extremely professional and polite. He kept me informed in between customers on status of my vehicle and was so fun to chat with in between customers! The bay lead I forgot his name and I’m sorry but you were also very polite and friendly!! I appreciate you guys!! Thanks for amazing service!! Hope you guys get some extra hands to help you guys out!

I had issues with a tire losing air at the end of the day today. After several other unsuccessful tries at getting it fixed or just getting it changed, I called Discount Tires. They got my information and told me to bring it in. I got there, checked in, and they got it taken care of. Everyone I talked to was friendly and helpful. Then, when they gave me the receipt... total of $0.00! Nothing! I know where to start next time! Thank you so much!

The good: quick service, courteous staff, price matching The bad: they sold me tires with code 2823 which means these tires have been sitting on the shelf of a warehouse for more than a year. A bit disappointing to get older tires. Postscriptum: I was contacted by the store manager and offered to upgrade at their cost to better tires, which was a nice gesture, which I did not take. Good to see they pay attention to reviews. I upgraded my rating to 4 stars.

Thomas was an awesome guy. He got me squared away and was very professional. I came in with more problems then I saw about and left with a truck that would be safe for my long drive. Never waited like the other tire shops make you wait even when busy. Highly recommend going here and I will be for my future vehicle needs.
