What a scam! I have purchased 4 sets of tires from them. I decided to take advantage of the free tire rotation. After the inspection I was told the tires had some uneven wear and I needed an alignment, so I agreed. After a few more minutes I was told they could sell me some new tires even though these were only 10 months old. I declined. After a few more minutes the manager informed me they would not rotate my tires, He said he felt they were unsafe. I argued and told him I felt they were just trying to make a sale and not taking care of me. I left with the new alignment without the free rotation. I drove straight to Goodyear and asked them if the tires could be rotated and were they unsafe. They said the tires should be rotated immediately, they were not unsafe but would be better on the back to alleviate any further wear. I then told them what Discount said and they told me this is a common practice with discount!

Great experience overall. Bought tires and set up an appointment for a couple days later, the tires came in the next day and they called and asked if I wanted to wait or could come in that afternoon, I opted for the afternoon and it was a quick install. 10/10 would recommend.

Had a screw in my tire and they where able to help me promptly. There was a little mishap though but in the end Landon took care of it. Would have been easier if it would have been done at the time it happened. Landon made sure it was done promptly when I returned. Thank you.

I've been using this company for over 20 years now. I'm happy they finally made one in Lawton, OK. I was traveling down to Wichita Falls for service. They provide great prices, service, and recommendations for your vehicle. I couldn't ask for anything more.

So busy they can lose my business. 30 mins on hold. To be told it would be a hour and ahalf until they could patch a tire they sold me last month. Just dropped a grand on new tires.

I've used discount tire several times and always had a great experience. Recently I purchased a 2024 truck and I made the mistake of buying the dealerships tire and wheel warranty. The ford dealership themselves would not honor their own warranty, but Martinez and the manager Logan worked with the warranty company to get my tire replaced under warranty. The truck is brand new with less than 2k miles on it, so I greatly appreciated their amazing customer service and willingness to go the extra mile. I'll never purchase a warranty from anywhere else again, they made a discount tire customer for life today 🙏

1 Hr before closing and we arrive at Discount Tire Lawton, OK, from out of town traveling with a slow leak in a tire showing on the dash of our Toyota Avalon. Car was in the bay, fixed and on our way, unbelievable friendly, courageous and outstanding people & facility. Can say enough.

The Discount Tire website states, “We recommend rotating your tires every 6-8,000 miles, or every other oil change.” Nowhere does it state I have to wait until 6-8,000 miles before bringing in for rotation. Recommendation means recommendation, it does not mean requirement. Change the wording on your website from “Recommendation” to “Requirement” if it is such a bother to rotate before the recommendation.

This place is always pretty busy but that’s because it’s so awesome. Peak times might have you waiting if you’re a walk-in, but the prices and service are worthwhile. Everyone at this location is friendly and hard working. Discount always does me right on tires, prices, warranty, and repairs. They’ll keep you safe and save you money. Highly recommend
