Love Discount lifetime Customer, but for some reason this place said in the state of Nevada they charge to balance and rotate & dismount the tires after purchasing over 300 tires from Discount Tire, this is the first place that said they charge for that…kind of a bummer. .

I was leaving Henderson on the way to San Diego. Woke up to a low pressure condition in my RH front tire. Discount tire has a good reputation in the Detroit area so I stopped at their store in Henderson. They repaired my tire promptly and for free. I’m a future customer!

Made an appointment to rotate my tires a week ago and came early. They wouldn't rotate my tires so I left. Felt like the sales guy was only interested in selling me tires.

On Dec 17, 2024, I bought 4 new Goodyear Wrangler AT Kevlar tires. The appointment was on time, and the service was great. As a Veteran, I received a discount, which I appreciate. Today I returned because of a leaking tire pressure. The manager took it in, found the problem, and fixed the leaking value stem at no charge. Excellent service and value. Will be back. Thank you.

Very happy with the prompt service and knowledge from these professionals!! Had a few young guys working on my travel trailer tires, when one noticed that I had a loose hub, that could have resulted in a disaster on the road. Young mechanic called in manager to verify, and they showed me the problem, helped me look for an rv mechanic, I found one and was back on the road! Impressed with their customer service and knowledge!! Thanks so much guys!! 🤗 Y’all are the best!!

Horrible service. Just bought 4 "new" tires. 2 popped 2 days later the other two they weren't screwed in right and they broke my brake clip. They care about being fast and that's not good they need to do better they could put people in danger for being irresponsible . I have 2 kids I usually have in the car with me so imagine . I went to a different discount tire they did way better and they take their time to do things right. But for anyone one in general don't go to this location.

The installation process was terrible. I bought a full set of rims and tires for $2400. The center cap on the Vision rims are different on each side of the vehicle. (One if blacked out, the other is chrome) Rims were scratched during installation by the tire bead machine Tire pressure sensors weren't calibrated Tires wobble a bit between 55 and 60mph, but I'll take it somewhere else after the initial experience above.

Huge huge shout out to Riley. My car battery died in the parking lot near by and he willingly helped out and jump started my car. I was able to drive to the nearest car shop to get myself a new battery. Thank you Riley!

I needed a new tire. I called and made an appt as I know they never have the continental sport tires in stock for my car. I show up 4 days later for my appt after about 20 minutes then was told oh we don't have that tire in stock...came back the next day...after about 25 minutes was then told tire was mislabeled and it's the wrong size!! Tyler did then offer me a credit for half the price for the inconvenience which was nice. Show up the third time and yes they got me right in and put tire on. I had just washed my car that morning, go to get in it and greasy finger prints all over the door and then discover grease on gear shift as well. Was a disappointment to say the least and I always buy my tires here.

I haven't been to this location in soo long I forgot how God awful the service is here. Good to see that remains consistent in the tim I haven't been here. Complete laughable incompetence from the head manager all the way down to the person scrubbing the toilets. Idiocy at all levels. Go here and just try to get air in your tires, I promise you will never want to go to any discount tire chain ever again at all. I could have had 2 tires changes for free here and I just went to a different shop and paid full price. Not even worth the "discount tires."

My go to Discount. Right across the street from my house, they always get me in fast. The entire parking lot is filled with places to go while waiting for your vehicle. A bar, fast food, Target, Boba and a bunch more. Also, Zach is my boo bear and always takes care if me.😘 Ps. The free air check takes forever if there's a line. For me it's like 45 seconds so I blame the customers in front of me. 😁

Worst service, experience i ever had. Went in for a tire swap. I had my own tire. They ended up breaking my rim. Now saying well we dont know if we did or if it was already like that. What do u mean if it was already like that. U wouldn’t have put on tire if it was broken. 3 Days later I finally get my CAR back and looks like a shitty job. Worst!!!

I went to the shop to get a patch and the employee told me that I needed to replace both front tires. He wasn’t able to put a patch because the tire was too low depth. I took it to another discount tire shop, great customer service by the way (second shop) it ended up that my tire was still good and he was able to put a patch on it…

Spent $1300 on 4 new tires for my truck. All 4 came back to me with different tire pressure, all the way from 32 to 39psi. They didn't even put valve caps on all 4, quality control is lacking. I also found the tires for $50/each cheaper elsewhere.

Get cameras on your property! I had someone there to remove my brand new windshield shades and the 4 car window covers. I'm a travel nurse just got to this state/city and I feel so violated on so many levels. The sun and heat has been unbearable here and getting into a hot leather seat car is excruciating. Tyler was wonderful and professional for checking my tire pressure (had drove 48 hours from east coast) but my car was unlocked while I was awaiting to get help. 5 Stars (2 stars for him) for Tyler stated they do not have cameras on their property, I'm shocked as a tire repair place that keeps cars sitting in the parking lot after business hours they need cameras immediately. I remember a white older car around 90s sitting directly to my car (whereas it was spots with space but they were parking closely to my vehicle) I recall the guys in there smoking when I walked up I think it was them

As a valued existing customer, I've been waiting for over1 hr so far to have my warrantied tire repaired.. the gentleman who checked me in didn't think it was important to tell me it would be a 2 hr wait... terrible customer service!!!

Great company unfortunately they will not accept American Express over the phone for payment. I will be using another company for all future business even if they are more expensive. Sad when points help out more the the caring of the employees

Went here a few weeks ago because I had a screw in my tire and the dealership said it was “too close” to the side wall to pull out. Tyler was very helpful on the phone with my wife and Riley was great when I took our SUV in that same day. He checked for leaks and when no air was noticeable, he pulled he screw out with no issues. My tires still have a few miles left on them but we’ll definitely be coming back here for a new set when it’s time because of how helpful Tyler and Riley were.
