Zac at this location had helped me on the phone I came in the next day and he greeted me went over my truck and checked my tires as I had a nail and got me in and out but customer service at this location is always outta this world I usually stop for air since I bought my tires from discount tires but they definitely brake there time and really get the job done thanks Zac

This place is awesome. Had to come in two different times for tires and both times they were quick to get everything done and the pricing was very fair. Very efficient spot. I dealt directly with the manager, Matthew, and he is super easy to deal with, friendly and obviously runs a great shop. Highly recommend both Matthew and this Discount Tire location.

Unfortunately popped a tire going over a curb 🫣 called around and this was the only place that had my tire (basic tires for a jetta) on hand, other places said they needed to order the tire. Luckily tow truck came quickly and our whole flat tire ordeal was over in less then 3hrs 🤣 got a great deal so we even replaced another tire that was getting worn out and got a 10year warranty on both. Damian was da man!

Will recommend this Store Please see “Damien” for help he is Soldi 2016GMC Sierra 2500HD bought a set of Michelin Defender LTX Platinum’s very good tire very good deal from Damien. This is a 10. Outa 10! Had me in on short notice and got me rolling with new TPMS and Lug nuts to boot! All the staff were friendly and Knowledgeable and ready and willing to help each other as well as Customers very quick service very good warranties Time spent here 45min. From drive in to drive out.

Came in with a screw in my one front tire, the gentleman suggested I get two new front tires since they were 1.5 years old. Mind you, I just had 4 new tires installed in my BMW when I bought it last year. The gentleman then quoted me 720 dollars for two tires, come on now. I asked if there was any cheaper alternatives and he stated the cheapest he had were around $500 for two tires. I then proceeded to tell him "I will go around the corner and find another quote, to which he asked, "if you don't mind, may I ask where you are going?" I replied, "Im going around the corner to one of the those mom and pop sort of tire places that can get a relatively new tire installed (used). He then stated that they price match, in which I knew very well they would not be able to match the $65.00 dollars it ended up costing me to get a Bridgestone (almost brand new) tire installed. And it works completely perfect without any balancing issues! You guys need to be considerate of everyone's budget especially with how inflation has been zapping away our disposable income. I did not appreciate the guy's condescending tone and passive aggressiveness.

Had a little shake after rotation few months back. They handled it fast. No more shaking love this place. Okay update? My tires are barely i think a year old. I discovered this crack in my side wall. Creat customer service but turns out the quality of the tires are trash. Going to call tomorrow and see what can be done with this defective tire it seems to be.

I came here to get my my tire sensors fixed, once done my car needed to be jumped and Nick offered to use his truck to jump my car. He went out of the way to get my car started! Nick's customer service was amazing in this interaction and I appreciate everything he did.

Update: 5 stars, yet again! In and out in 15 minutes and didn't have to break the bank. Thanks so much to Brett and the young man who had to dig through my messy trunk to find the key that was in my pocket the entire time 🫣😂 03/2024 - Great customer service, very timely work. I came in around 9:00am on a weekday and everyone was in and out in under 30 to 45 minutes all afternoon. I stayed so long because I was dealing with a pesky third party warranty company and Damian stepped up and got it taken care of. Thank you guys so much for simplifying a process that I didn't have the slightest clue about. Really took the stress away!

A shop filled with a bunch of Gen Z tards. Waited over 10 minutes just for air in my tires and no one ever came over just looked at me and kept moving. I won’t ever be going back. Who ever dropped off their Red Kia Soul 10/07/2024 around 9:24 am getting your tire replaced and spare taken off the blonde kid wearing a red shirt with hair around eye length was scratching your trunk paint all up fumbling the plastic tub trying to put your spare back in the trunk. Ya might wanna say something.

This store was very busy. I want tho give a special thank you to Nick and to Jason for providing me with excellent service. I had way too many questions, like usual. And they were awesome for giving me the best price I could receive. The store manager was quick to assist and the entire team converted my hectic morning into a worry free inconvenience. No one likes to have to replace tires, but I’m glad I know I got the best service. Thank you all. Especially, thank you Jason for the extra attention to my account.

I can barely rate this place. The reason for this rating is that I couldn't even get my van into the parking lot to see if they could air up my tires. My family buys our tires from them all the time. My tires were low and my dad said to go to the nearest one. I'm handicapped and couldn't even get into the handicap parking to park to see if they had time to do it. It was blocked by cars. I went home and proceeded to go to the discount tire store my dad normally goes to which I'm hoping will show up on my timeline. Nothing on the company. Could be the building placement but not my fault
