This was my first experience with Discount Tire. It will not be my last! From the start Kyle welcomed me and was extremely friendly. I came in for a flat tire which could be patched (the service is free btw!!!). They got me all situated within 10 minutes! They even went as far as shining my tires and filling the others. Thank you for the amazing customer service!

I go to the store on 4840 South Jones Blvd in Las Vegas, Nevada and the service has always been excellent. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and efficient and Discount Tire offers great prices!

Thank you Rocco so very much for greeting me at my car the tutorials the patience in my decision 4 tires I was in/out within an hour (and I counted 15 other work orders) OMGOSH immediately exactly as you stated my ride and turns are so much more smoother with the size change from the 205 to the 215! See you in 5K miles!

had an 8:30 appointment, was checked in after waiting in line for about 10 minutes. i made sure to warn MISAEL G (salesperson 24) about the fact my keys may get stuck in the ignition if the wheels are not fully straight, and he assured me the techs would ask me if they had any troubles. the techs were FANTASTIC, 2 new tires were finished and got parked around 9:10 when i got the notification. HOWEVER, the man who parked my car failed to inform me the keys got stuck (as i warned), stood around outside within sight of anyone inside the store or workbay for about 10 mins thinking they had to finish paperwork, finally go inside and ask what the hold up is, sweet girl with the braids is panicking to find my keys when NO ONE communicated they had been stuck. please do better, i never left the property and spoke to no one between start of service and having to go SEEK OUT my keys.

Everyone in the bay is playing around not working. Been sitting here to get one tire changed for almost two hours when this could’ve been done sooner. Will never come back here again. Also just an fyi they do have a bunch of young workers and none of them look like they know what they’re doing 🤦‍♀️

Let me start off by saying that if I could give them a zero star, I absolutely would. This, by far, has been the worst experience I have ever encountered when shopping for rims and tires. I came in with on a donut, with a leaking rim, and I was losing air pressure. I purchased 4 brand new rims and 4 new tires, with a warranty at an additional cost might I add. I placed my order and they were happy to oblige. They charged me and I paid a total of $2,781.93 and then I began my wait. I was told to leave my vehicle and that it would take about 2 hours for my vehicle to be done. I was literally the last customer when I noticed my vehicle was no longer being worked on. It was suspended in the air without rims and tires. At this point, I had been waiting for an hour and half. I was then approached by one of the workers and told they made a mistake and did not have the correct rims. Their solution was to give me a cheaper rim, with no refund of the difference, I'd like to point out. I was absolutely not happy with their solution of the situation. If anything, they should have been giving me an upgrade for their mistake and the blatant disregard of my time. They were not giving any genuine effort to rectify the situation, which is poor business ethic in my opinion. I proceeded to ask to speak to the manager on staff and the managers approach and regard for the situation was no better. I demanded a refund, which they processed. However, they could not even tell me when I could be expecting said refund. After this extremely disappointing ordeal, I was then told I had to move my OWN VEHICLE out of their garage! This entire encounter is completely unacceptable! This transaction was extremely unethical. I left with a donut, a leaking rim, still losing air pressure, and out $2,781.93 until further notice.

Cole is a kid out of high school very and would rather send customers out the door then try to help them I high recommend going to another discount tire shop because if you go here you might get told to go else where even tho they are a tire shop very unprofessional and best way to put it it's a bunch of kids that are book taught no real car knowledge

First rate facility! We go all the time to have them check our tire pressure for free. Usually tip the young gentleman a couple of bucks because they are all so polite and professional. The entire staff is great to work with. We have bought tires from them for many years and I think this location at Jones and Trop is the best

Quick friendly service and clean office my only complaint is that they don’t provide water or coffee for customers waiting other locations in country do at least bring a water jug if money is tight it’s a desert one shouldn’t have to walk in heat to McDonald’s for water

Got my tire patched which he put on the wrong way btw. They’ll try to fix a small issue and create a bigger issue for you. Next day my car died and it wasnt from the battery and i noticed it has a leak which i never had any problems prior.

So I went to put new valves and sensors on my F150, they only replaced 3 of them, and they couldn’t reprogram them, this after the day before I spent $3700 on new wheels and tires on my other car there, very next day I get screwed over by this guys, very disappointed, I walked out of there in worse shape than I went in after paying money

discount to the rescue! Friday night (8-16) my wife’s tire checked out while on the freeway. Two locations near us had tires available, so I checked around and found this location. Set an appt for today (8-17) for 8:30, and pre-paid for everything. We arrived for our appt and was met by Cole as we got out of the car. We were told 45 minutes, which was a “lie” A team of 4 attacked it like a pride of lions on a gazelle. Within 25 minutes, they had tires ready to go. The only “downside” was the tech letting us know we needed new lugnuts. $50 and 5 minutes later the car was backed out and ready. Product availability 10/10 Customer service 10/10 Time of service 11/10

Brandon was the manager and awesome guy who understood my situation and what I was going through with my cars having a bad day with tires. 🛞 helped me out big time. I always come here. Brandon and his team are very respectful and always trying to help. I bring all my 4 cars here for any tire needs and they never let me down. Thank you again for such a great help brother 🙏🏾

The people are friendly.. The guy who helped tried his best to get me in and out on time so I could head back to California.. I had some issues on one of my front tires.. so I stopped at this location for a quick repair.. location is easy to find.
