I have a Jeep Gladiator that had a screw in one of the tires while I was on my way to work. Zach greeted me at the door and quickly evaluated my tires. He was very friendly and professional. Princeton was able to have my truck tire fixed in a matter of 30min. Him and his team was fast and efficient. They even checked and replaced air in my other tires as part of their service. Would definitely recommend and would highly consider them for future tire purchases.

The guy I talked to was nice, and the service was fast. One of the new rims I purchased was slightly bent and instead of sneaking it past me they were honest and had a replacement for me the next day. Excellent customer service!

Went in to replace tires and was told they couldn’t tell me the price of the tires until I filled out a form. Found out they signed me up for a credit card without my consent. I told the representative to cancel it and he told me to wait until it arrives in the mail to cancel it. Shady practices, avoid this location at all costs

Terrible customer service, came for a quick nail removal, at 11:00 am told me not till 1:00 pm . Call a tire shop “TIRE CHOICE “ up the block and within mins im being serviced.

They are always so helpful. I have to take the cars there for my work, and they are friendly, efficient, and informative. When I go with my personal vehicle they gave me a pressure gauge so I'd have one. They are the best!

This is the only store I trust! The team here is always respectful and genuinely listens when you have concerns. Unlike other places where I've felt dismissed, they took the time to find the issue with my tires and are fixing the mistake another location made. Their excellent service keeps me coming back.
