went to Azure store about tires for my dully on 12-30-2024 and Anthony the employee i was talking to got the little man attitude i than call the company to let them know what happened they said that they would get back to me in 24 to 48 hrs its now 1-10-2025 no call back thank you Jordan but it would be better if you call me

Took my 1995 geo prizm in cuz it had the shakes. These men at discount balanced and rotated my tires in less than an hour. I checked the placement the weights are all inside so they can’t get knocked off by curbs. If you got tires from Discount get them balanced and rotated here because these guys care. Man they even made sure to clearance my front brake calipers. I love this place. Much love Discount you guys saved me from the shakes.

Best shop in town! Booked an appointment online, which was super simple. Got a call the next day by the shop asking if I wanted to bring the vehicle in 3 days earlier than the scheduled date. Dropped the vehicle off and received a text an hour and a half later ready for pick up(new tires all around). Amazing communication and service. Highly recommended.

Came in 15 minutes before close with an unrepairable tire. Didn’t need it that day so Josh took my tire and told me to come back in early the next morning. By the time they opened the doors at 8am I was already on my way home with a new tire. They were quick and kind.

I was impressed with the teamwork and efficiency of the tire installation crew. Also appreciate that they use a torque wrench to tighten the lug nuts to spec.

Although they say free air check, if there is a chance you have a leak you have to make an appointment. I was going to have to wait over two hours for service or leave with a tire 12psi low and make an appointment to come back another day. I wish I could have filled the tire myself instead of endangering myself and other people on the road by leaving and looking for another location for air. Thank You Sorry I was an inconvenience for this establishment. CHANDLER owner, you are fine you may get some better reviews, you certainly should with just the amount of people I saw while waiting to be acknowledged at this location Tuesday. I have moved on thank you for your concern but the site you directed me to did not work well either. I will say that the manager or whom ever did finally wait on me did take a good 5 minutes to explain to me why he and your staff could not assist me or even offer to put air in my tire. Like I was a school child. I digress. Sorry Enjoy your Thanksgiving Be Well

Discount tire has been the bomb for years and years and years and there’s nothing better in town and no better guarantee or warranty. Don’t go anywhere else. Forget Costco.

Dishonest and unfriendly individuals made my opinion of this store very unfavorable. Went to inquire about road hazard warranty that I had on my offroad tires. the goofy person that dealt with me said the tread thickness was within the measuring gauges tolerances, but said he wouldn't warranty the tire because it looked worn. Last time I will ever patronize that store. The employee I dealt with had a very poor attitude and wasn't friendly at all.

I had to go in for a tire repair. The staff was super helpful, they got my tire patched and back on when it was convenient for my schedule. I'd recommend appointments, if possible, but have also been there without an appointment and was still helped. The warranties on their tires are a great option too! They have repaired mine a few times now, free of charge.

They took care of me in a pinch, had a blow out on the way home from work and needed new ones before the morning. They got me in right before closing and I was in and out non 30 minutes!!!

They did it again !!! I had a tire down on my horse trailer. Stopped by to air it up & found a bad valve stem. 4:55 PM. Talked to Josh at the counter.pulled up my accojnt srarted a ticket. Ryan broke down the tire and installed a new stem (they are screw-in type), aired it up and $5.45 later I was on my way. These guys are the best. B

Was in desperate need of 2 new tires. Got in around noon, was moderately busy, as expected. Was told by around 2:15, but by 1:17, saw my vehicle being pulled in and 15 minutes later, was done and out. Great customer service from Dean and thanks to Ian for doing the task.

Worked with me even after I couldn’t find the wheel lock and had to go get one. So fast once the car was in the bay. Maybe 20 minutes and I was done. Great customer service from every interaction as well

My hubby finally got the Hummer H2 he'd been wanting for years! It came with large tires that rubbed when he turned sharply. The truck vibrated horribly! He bought tires bringing it back to stock. The problem? He didn't need to replace them. He took it to Findley Chevy where they have an individual specializing in H2s and we're able to align it to fix the problem!

Ignored when I walked in for about 30 minutes. Guy at the desk cussing while my 9 year old is with me. Terrible service.
