Discount Tire is the only place I take my car for tires, non-commissioned sales people, no upselling, sell you what you need, always happy to offer less expensive alternatives with honest opinions. This time, brought my car in due to low air, attendant found screw in tire, sent me inside, they scheduled me for repair and rotation… didn’t have a ride so pulled out my laptop, used the free WiFi and left 2.5 hours with my car done (they warned me of the long wait time due to being busy)

Today i had to get my tire patched. Waited , waited, and waited for my name to be called. Noticed people who came after me getting their cars. So I decided to ask. It was completed at 1:57 I didn't get my car until 2:36. I talked to the guy with spikey dark hair at the front counter with the red polo and asked was my vehicle was sitting there the whole time and nobody called my name and he replied "probably".

Even after showing me multiple nails, screw, and a gaping hole in my tire, they somehow fixed it for free. The Mercedes-Benz dealership would have had bent me over first before even showing the invoice.

Had an appointment for new tires a d was in and out in 20 minutes. The workers were all courteous as well. Place was renovating, but still very accessible. Would definitely do business at this location again.

I've been to this location 3x now this year, and as painful as the experience of needing new tires can be, the team at Discount Tire make it as seamless as possible. Quick, helpful, and fairly priced - you really can't ask for more.

Great service 👍 always..Love the tire check area but they didn't catch that my tire had a nail that's why it was losing air,told me it has a small leak had to go back 3 times and they fixed my nail in tire on the fourth time.

I always have a great experience here. The free air service is a life saver when the weather changes and my tire pressure goes screwy. I would recommend to anyone who needs service of any kind for tires.

I wanted to know if they beat Costco & Sam's. They did. Four tires installed quick. No hassle. One year later a tire picked up a screw causing a slow leak. They repaired the tire and rotated my tires free!

Super busy shop, absolutely recommend an appt. Diana great job, competent staff and everything was done according to spec. Even out on black locking lug nuts for no additional charge.

Generally, a positive experience at Discount Tire. I had a large screw in a tire and they fixed it for free. I understand that's their policy, if a tire can be fixed, they will do it for free.

Poor experience for a nail in tire. This locations needs to improve team communication and monitor their trainees closer. I went in for RR tire; I spotted a nail. Jordan in sales reviewed RR tire in parking lot and then transferred work into the bays. A young service tech later walked me over to my LR tire that was off of the car and for some reason being “serviced for a flat” (?!) service tech was pushy and insisted tire will need to be replaced and could not confirm if my original nail complaint had been looked at. Which it did not, because they were working on the wrong tire. I had to drive to my home location off of Sahara for better trusted service.

Excellent service and customer service. Been going here for my tire needs for a long time. I got great help on the phone and in person from Jordan, there had been a delay on my tires delivery, but resolved it with his help and got a good deal. I didn't get his name, but another rep there kept me updated and delivered my car when done. Got done very quickly with the service. And they also update you via text.

Charged for balancing, no balance performed. One tire won't hold air. I brought two tires I had purchased from Walmart because Discount "can't get them" for me. I've done it this way for all the tires on my 5th wheel. Last time in Weatherford, TX, where everything went well, and I wasn't charged for balancing. This time, I was charged for balancing, no problem. I picked up the tires and immediately went back to my rig to install them. One of them was fine, no balancing weights at all... the other only had 40 psi in it and no balancing weights, so I inflated it to 80 psi and stored it underneath where the spare wheel goes. If they couldn't balance these assemblies, i should have been refunded the cost of that. Left Red Rock canyon. Arrived in Zion to find that wheel had no air in it at all. So I'm heading to Discount Tire in St. George UT, with hopes that they can straighten this all out.

Been coming to discount tire for a decade and this was my first time at this location and I’ve had the worst experience ever. Came for a quick tire repair for a nail that was in the top of my tire. By the time I come back, my tire was punctured from their tire tool and they had to order a new tire. Would be there in the morning. That wasn’t the problem, accidents happen. There were 2 problems though. The first was that their “compensation” for the inconvenience was that they were renewing my warranty on the tire that I already had on there… as if it were my fault my tire was now punctured?? I came for a quick repair for no cost and no warranty usage. So they are implying that since THEY f’d my tire up that my warranty was now being used for it?? How does that make sense and how is that my reward? So on top of having to Uber everywhere for the rest of the night and into the following day (as well as calling out of work), my car was moved from the spot in the garage on no tire and essentially driving on my rim. Granted they didn’t drive far because the just backed it up into the parking spot 30 feet behind— it’s the principle. They f’d my tire up, and now they are potentially putting my car at more risk by driving on a blown out tire. Just truly negative experience and a “whatever” kind of attitude when dealing with customers property. Have some integrity and treat other peoples vehicles with respect. Spent over 100$ dollars ubering around and missed work today and received 0 compensation for my inconvenience besides a “renewed warranty” lmao what a joke man.
