Thank you to Becker, who updated us on our tires. He was very professional and courteous. As for Adrian, if you ever go there becareful with his service , he was asked for just an estimate on tires but ended up running the card through. We didn't want to get them all replaced at once being that some were still good and we'd be doing them when taxes hit. But we got stuck purchasing all four at once because he wasn't paying attention to what the customers were asking nor needed. I understand he wants to make sales and/or commission, but he needs to provide better customer service experiences in order for customer to want to come back. I definitely won't be wanting his help in the future.

I had a bad tire that went flat in shopping center. We took it to Discount tire. The store was quite busy. Jeff the store manager looked up the tire purchase and covered it under warranty. I paid $65 for a warranty certificate. Then Jeff went out and mounted and balanced the tire himself to get me back on the road. That is great customer service.

Although, I've had issues with this place they did end up talking with me and tried to make it right. I enjoyed coming here before this occured. The manager seems pretty straightforward and wants to keep customers happy. It would be nice to see some sort of change in the process concerning walk-ins, to prioritize paying customers. Aside from my personal experience, there are reasonable prices here and other factors which is why I chose this discount tire initially.

Dylan is knowledgeable, professional, fast, and efficient. His honesty also showed when he pulled a couple nails out and confirmed they didn't puncture the tire and so did not require a patch.

I bought some new Hancook 6 ply tires back in 2021, and 2022 thought they had a pretty good warranty on them 70,000 mi. Or 10 year. Today on 10/28/2024 I went back to the north nellis store with a Blown tire and was told all my tires with good tread would need replacing with out being prorated. You guys suck, After 35 years ill take my business elsewhere William Fulton

Excellent service. Everyone was awesome. They offer great service and great prices. I got my tires on sale and was also able to get a military discount. I recommend setting up an appointment to avoid the long wait times.

Taken my lowered car to getthe tires balanced properly. I've taken to other discount tires and issue was never resolved until now. Definitely the only tire shop I trust

Excellent, Thorough and Quicker than expected! I don't think I was in there for 15 mins even and my tire was replaced and they put my spare tire back underneath my truck without me asking. I'm very appreciative! God bless you all!

I travel often via vehicles, though I use dealerships often but Discount Tire is readily available due to a plethora of locations. This particular location on Nellis Blvd in Las Vegas, Nv is prompt, knowledgeable, friendly & courteous. Would certainly recommend if in need of product, service & or inspections

Customer service is poor you spen 1500 on tires and you have a flet they don't never have tires in stock to replace seem like once you purchase they tires become discontinued force you to purchase more

Discount Tires has been a lifesaver. Helped finance new tires when we first came to them and their warranty is really good as well. Matthew D was our technician and he was fantastic. Helped everything go down smoothly with our refund under warranty.

Long time customer came here because I had nails on my front tires. I had warranty on my tires sales person tried to upsell me and told me I needed new front set and replace the lug nuts they previously installed because they are the wrong set. Last time I will be coming to this location

UPDATE as of 7/26/24: I arrived a few minutes early for my 8:45 appointment. Decided on tires at 8:57. I was quoted an hour and a half since it was quite busy. To my surprise, at 9:24 I was driving away with four new tires. Well done guys! It was smoother than expected. I always buy my tires from Discount Tire. I like their warranty work. If it needs a replacement, gets a flat, they fix it for free, quickly and efficiently. The employees are always pleasant. They don't try to sell me something I don't need, which I appreciate.
