I meant to write a review and finally had a chance. I am about two blocks away, and every time I come to Discount Tire for any service needed, I have to say Rocco provides excellent customer service. He is friendly and offers quick service.

Made an appointment hoping Discount Tire would get to my car in a timely fashion. Never happened, kept having people wanting new tires going in front of their appointments. They don’t care about past customers, they care about new customers. Needless to say I will not be going to the Durango location. Save yourself some time and frustration. Go to another location.

Do not waste your time making an appointment. I had a flat and watched multiple people come and go while I waited almost 2 hours on a slow Thursday evening. They prioritize walk-ins over appointments which is beyond frustrating. Two stars because the corporate warranty is the only good thing.

First time taking advantage of the free tire inflation service after being a customer for a decade and enjoyed it. Did not have small bills on me to tip John but will get him next time. He was a good sport about it.

I have a slow leak in a couple of my tires, so until I can get a new set, I get air a couple times a week. Fast, always friendly service. Please tip your service tech.

Schedule an appointment with 24 hours' notice for my car for a tire rotation. Per the warranty, I'm required to do so every 6000 miles, and my first rotation was due(5936 miles). I have my child bring it in and I received a call from them due to the Employee named Rocco being rude and stating "the don't need done and that it is not required and will ne effect the warranty". When they informed Rocco that it needs done Rocco originally declined to do so because they were to busy, again this is a requirement to not void the warranty that came with the tires that I purchased($700+/-) from this location. My child informed them that I still want it done and Rocco stated "fine it's going to take 2 hours" the day befor the employee who scheduled me stated it will be about 30min being I scheduled befor hand. I don't know what Roccos issue is. All I can assume it's either they're just being lazy and not wanting to do their job or they have an issue with my child being trans. No matter what, he needs to be let go. That is uncalled for. I love discount tire and use them on all four of my family vehicles. I will not be going this location again.... sad discount is always awesome.

Shout out to my service rep Sal! I unfortunately needed to replace all 4 tires on my car and he sprung into action to find me 4 new tires for my car They had me in/out same day while be really busy! He was professional and friendly. Thank you to Sal and the team for helping me out. I will definitely recommend to others to visit.

The only discounts you have here is the business old jimbo has that you have to.go.into the office, which is the bathroom,I'd SMH but jimno gives out some good discounts has a good referral bonus program and takes returns and exchanges,cares about his product maybe this tire shop should give old jimbo a raise and promotion so he doesn't have to work two jobs and xan maybe run this place like he runs his business sad when old jimbo cares about his customers more than this shop does .. sad, sad place this world is in nowadays

I had a nail in my tire and came in at 8am to get it fixed. Luckily it wasn't punctured, the nail only went into the tread block. They didn't charge me and there was no upsell, great customer service and I had my car back in 20 minutes. I'll come back here when it is time to replace my tires.

Snuck tire insurance onto the bill without informing me. After I looked at the receipt, went to back to demand a refund, as I never asked for it. They said they’d give it to me for cheaper. No, don’t make me buy things I don’t want by literally tricking me into paying for them

Wasn’t prepared to leave the house with my babies to have low tire pressure! Went to my go to since they offer free air in tires and unfortunately did not have anything on me to tip your great employees. It seemed to have been a lot busier today with the weather change and it affected everyone’s tires since it felt as though everyone was there so I would like to extend my gratitude to the young man named Kai who took care of all of us one after another. Keep it up everyone!

Careful ladies! The men here will try to use your lack of knowledge against you by holding your car hostage until you pay for "said" service or upgrades. Claiming liability and/or safety reasons, etc. Bullshit!! Don't go here. Tried it 3x now on me, my friend and her daughter...

I'm a single mom that doesn't know anything about cars etc..I came in for a tire patch from running over a nail. Come to find out my tire tread was low and needed a new tire. Sal was suuuuper helpful and found the best price that fits my budget . They r pretty busy but I am able to get in and out within an hr not bad for a tire change. Thank u Sal for taking care of me . I'll definitely be back and recommend my friends here! :)
