Long Term DT Customer. This location does excellent work. I had a problem that two visits at another location provided no resolve. The management here had good understanding and guestimated the problem, proved it and provided solutions. They also know how to balance, which was another issue the original location failed. Staff makes a difference.

Came in because I needed a quick tire rotation while being on a roadtrip. They were closing in 15 minutes and still took me in! Rotated my tires for free as it was my first time being there. And I’m close to getting new tires anyways, will definitely be going to Discount Tire for them. I only hear good things about them.

I was traveling from Salt Lake to Palm Springs and had a blowout about 75 miles south of Las Vegas in a Porsche with hard-to-find tire. I found that the Blue Diamond location had the tire I needed. I hitched a ride into town but knew I was not going to arrive before 6:00, closing time. I spoke with Manuel Zepeda, the assistant manager. He said that he'd wait for me so I wouldn't have to spend the night in Las Vegas. He was good for his word and was waiting when I arrived at 6:15. He and one of his crew quickly diagnosed that my tire was ruined and found and mounted a replacement and sent me on my way. I am now a Discount Tire customer for life.

Honestly, this place pissed me off today. Was already having a bad day, got a flat and was on this side of town, so I went to get my tire replaced. Told the guy I'd go to eat quick and be right back, and to call me when it was done. Never heard back, went to the store and sat in the lobby for close to an hour. Eventually I went up to him and asked and he said my car has BEEN done, and that I needed to check my texts. The texts from the store hit my spam folder, but did this guy really let me sit in the lobby alone for 45 minutes without saying "hey bud, car is done!" According to website the text took me to, the car was ready for 30 minutes before I got back to the lobby. Very displeased with this location. Made my bad day even worse.

If you don't mind that the Technicians do not use a Jack pad on the underside of your Tesla Model 3 when jacking it up, don't mind that they put more air in the tires than what the specs call for with stock wheel\ties and don't mind that they install two of their black tire valve caps instead of the grey ones they removed from your wheel then you have come to the right place. Anybody that takes there vehicle here at this Blue Diamond location should expect to closely monitor or babysit their vehicle while it's being worked on to ensure the Technicians are doing what they are supposed to. They only communicate upon arrival and departure. So, I talk to the Tech with the red shirt who backed out my car (Denny?) and he is evasive\defensive and wants me to show him any damage. I told him he is missing the whole point. I called the location after arriving home and was told by Manny that they should have done better and the use of jack pads was a requirement. Yes, jack pads take a few minutes to install and take off but that is part of the service the customer is entrusting to the Techs who are working on their car. Any cuts to the battery cover underneath due to the steel jack plate will be denied by Discount Tire once the car is driven off the property. Obviously, this Blue Diamond location emphasizes volume over quality by demonstrating they only want to get you out as quick as possible. Quick work is only good if it's done right and this location has flunked the test. The balancing looked like it was done correctly and the tires were rotated properly. I had an appointment but don't see how I benefited from it. Simple things like NOT misplacing the valve caps or failure to look at the door sticker for the proper PSI for the tires is indicative of a culture ambivalence in the shop and a lack of oversight by management. Now let me go out to my garage and remove the 2 black valve caps they put on without telling me and release 4Lbs of air out of each tire.....

Stopped here on my way from California to Iowa. With the snowfall in Colorado, I wanted some better tires. I called the day before, and they didn't have my tires in stock, but they got them from another store. First thing in the morning, they pulled my truck in, and in under 1/2 hr, my tires were rotated, and a new set installed. Couldn't be happier. Thank you.

We took my car for tire change this week due to passenger front tire leak. Same day my rear passenger tire started leaking , this happened on the highway, I had no issues with it prior to the new tire installation. I have not been able to drive the vehicle due to leak, today I took it back to check, I was informed there is a leak on the rim and need to be fixed, or buy a new rim. They damaged my car and no accountability!!! I am beyond frustrated! The damage happened right after they had my car in their shop! Same day!! And the store rep was no help at all!

We made an appointment to fix a flat tire. After 90minutes of waiting, I stood in line and asked the estimated time of completion and what’s the point of making an appointment if you need to wait the same time as any walking customer. They said, we got behind, it should be done in 15min. They finally took the car in, they remove a good tired and were taking it inside to fix, I waked over and told them that the flat tires was in the trunk, they were trying to fix a good tire. Very unorganized shop. RECOMMENDATION: Do not use this discount tire or any other for that matter. Use other shops!

Had a blowout today on a RV about 9 miles outside of Vegas at 4:10 PM (Saturday afternoon). I called this discount tire location and they were able to locate me 6 new tires and the team stayed until 6:30 PM (they close at 5:00 PM) to get me taken care of. I’m back on the road tomorrow, so waiting until Monday would have been extremely inconvenient. I highly recommend Manny and the entire Discount Tire team at this location. Above and beyond, thank you for the exceptional service.

I took my car here to buy 2 new tires which I did on 9/27/2024 when my car was done the tire pressure monitoring system was not working anymore what’s so ever . The employee told me to drive it for a day and it should start working again, I return the next day 24 hours later 9/28/2024 and it’s still not working so I explained to the employee that there’s still an issue with my tire pressure sensors which I’ve never had any issues with prior. The employee then tells me to take it to Cadillac to get it fixed, well that just set me off as my car was returned to me with a issue I didn’t have before dropping it off and now your telling me to spend more of my time , gas and money to have Cadillac fix a issue you caused? I’m furious that after buying tires from here my entire adult life this is how you treat customers after causing my tire pressure sensors to not work anymore! I promise you discount tires I will ensure everyone knows how you break something on a car then tell the customer oh well pretty much , I will never return to any of your locations neither will anyone in my family as well, I will also be posting on every social media platform I can lay my hands on along with reporting this to the better business bureau and local news station! I’m absolutely appalled the way your crew here at the blue diamond locations could care less and take no responsibility for there mess up and refuse to correct it to ensure they keep their customer base happy and satisfied!

We had a screw in my tire on a trip coming home from California. This was the nearest discount we could find, and feel like I got absolutely taken advantage of bringing my car into this location. They charged me for a warranty when I did not ask for it. Pushing me to purchase 4 tires, when I only needed 2. They quoted me a 3 hour service, when in fact they exceeded the 3 hours to 4 hours. Super angry with this service. Find any other discount location to fix your car.

After waiting in line for 20 minutes I was told that it would be 2 hours before my tires could be rotated even though I had an appointment. I told him I couldn’t wait that long as I had other appointments lined up afterwards. I asked if there was any way I could make an appointment where I didn’t have to wait two hours and he just shrugged his shoulders. As I walked out I saw a line of cars being serviced as walk ins. Yes, they prioritize walk ins over appointments. Appointments don’t mean anything at this location. I would not recommend Discount Tire, at least not this location.

Called in for a quote on a repair . The guy said that there's no availability for scheduling however I can come for a walk in . Manny checked us in and took care of us . Gave us a wait time and was done an hour early . We appreciate their warm yet professional approach .

I am very disappointed. I brought my car in and bought 4 new tires for $1100 and driving it home found that the tire sensors are not working and the car is pulling to the right. The job took 4 1/2 hours. So I bring it back today and am told at 8;30 that it won’t be done until 11:15. Why wouldn’t I be given priority? They should have done the job correctly the first time. This is a big waste of my time. I do not recommend.

I would like to warn you guys that they won’t tell you at the beginning that they are late until you ask. If you have a fixed schedule that you need to go somewhere next, please bear with them because they would probably be behind their schedule for over an hour without any advance notice nor apology. I have an appointment at 12pm for tire installation. I arrived at 11:50am and checked in at 12 o’clock sharp. I am informed my estimated completion would be at 12:43pm. After waiting for a while, (at 12:50pm) I walked out and checked if my car was finished. I found out it was still at the same spot without being done anything. So I came back and asked the front desk and they said they were behind the schedule. Then I asked to get my key fob back because I was not willing to wait anymore. He said we were about to pull in my car and it will take only 15 minutes to get the job done. Ok I waited. Finally, it was done at 1:15 PM.

These guys are the good guys. The other Tire shop near the area wanted to sell me new tires and told me my tire is unrepairable. Discount Tire specifically this store has honest staff and good work quality. Thank you Andres, you guys are the best!

This location used to be great at traveled across town just to have them do my tires. It is very very bad here now. Horrible service. Could not get no help. After I bought tires. Brought my car in to have them rebalanced tires and rotate said it would be done in an hour. 2 hours went by they didn't even get my car in yet. Horrible

Took a tire in that needed to be replaced. Sold me a new tire. Said would be ready by 11AM. They kept me in the loop with texts. I picked it up shortly after 11AM.
