I was informed a tire rotation would be a free of charge over the phone. As soon I get there, they tell me I can't receive a tire rotation without a wheel alignment ($25 per wheel). Bad customer service. You should be upfront with your customers

It makes me mad that they give you an excuse that your wheels are bent and try to sell you new wheels. They did it to both of my sons and now to me. They even put tires not rated for my van and tried blaming it on me. I really don’t recommend Discount Tire at all.

Horrible customer service. Spoke with them multiple times over the phone about providing our employee with the lock nut key and when he arrived, there was no key. Then they said they don't have in the shop to sell. Wasted our employees time and one of the tires that was installed brand new was botched and we had to get a new tire again at a different location. The other location comped the tire due to this hack job. Move on to a different location.

How many good things can I say about everyone at Discount Tire? I showed up on a very busy Saturday with a screw in my tire and I was greeted courteously and was checked in and out in under 30 minutes! I hadn’t even started shopping on my phone yet. I LOVE LOVE LOVE that I have a place to come get my tire pressure checked. Please do not stop this very important service ! I am a true fan and will always buy my tires here. Way to go boys!

Went multiple times because i kept losing air in my tire, I went around 4 times and every time they said they took a nail off my tire and the issue was fixed each time , come to find out the 5th time i went that week they finally actually checked it and discovered my rim was crack. They didn’t actually check the first 4 times and all they did was put air and say there was a nail. Don’t know why the guy in the front kept giving attitude to me everytime I went that week when they couldn’t solve the issue the first 5 times.

SCRAPED RIMS AND DIDNT INSTALL MY VALVE STEM CAPS BACK ON. ALSO TRIED SELLING MY WIFE SOME WIPERS WHEN I HAD ALREADY INSTALLED NEW ONES 2 MONTHS AGO. WAS PLANNING ON BRINGING MY OTHER VEHICLE BUT WILL FIND SOMEPLACE ELSE.

I went to get a tire repair because i had a nail And they just rotated my tires and left the nail in there. They dont pay attention to the customer. I clearly explained that i had a nail in the tire. So disappointed

Fui a comprar rines nuevos, le regresaron a mi esposa los rines anteriores pero no le dieron los birlos, y en los rines nuevos sabiendo que pagué por instalación no se si vengan en el paquete de los rines los hub rings no se los pusieron, ni tampoco los ofrecieron, por lo que el carro vibraba demasiado, horrible experiencia, no iba a ir a pelear por unos birlos pero lo de los hub rines es inaceptable sabiendo ellos que no quedaría centrado el carro. Última vez que compro ahí que ya anteriormente también había comprado llantas

Manny, the manager at the McPherson store, went out of his way to fix a mistake made by a Houston Discount Tire store. That store had installed the wrong size tires, which led the rear tires to scrap the wheel housing when the car hit a bump. Discount Tire policy requires that you get refunds only at the store in which tires were bought. Ridiculous, I know. Manny, however, saved me a trip to Houston by working something out with the Houston store. He also got me a refund. I cannot thank him enough.

We use their free tire pressure check in various cities! Since gas stations no longer have air easily available, it is a nice free service.

Went to take my 2008 Ford Mustang GT to get it patched up from one tire and they destroyed one of my wheel studs and won’t fix it! They are amateurs with the air impact guns and tend to strip the wheel studs! At first the associate handling my car came out and told me about the situation and said that they would take care of the problem! As soon as he addressed the problem with the assistant manager (Joe), he completely denied any wrong doing, and basically said that I would have to eat that problem up all with a smirk on his face! I told him I came in with 5 lugs on my wheel and expected to leave with the 5 lugs on my car and that he should honor what the other associate had confirmed in the first place and Joe told me that he doesn’t make those decisions with a smirk on his face! Very unprofessional! Don’t expect him to understand my situation since it’s not his car! This is the second time I have to deal with that sort of problem with them! The last time they needed to replace all my lug nuts, because they stripped them on my visit when I when replaced all my tires with them! They hire individuals there and are not properly trained to work the impact air guns! They straight up screw on the lugs with the air gun without putting them on by hand first! Joe told me that he would talk to his manager to see if they could take care of the problem, but haven’t had a call from the manager so far! I’m driving with 4 lugs instead of 5, and it is completely embarrassing to drive around like that! Joe basically said that it is fine to drive around with 4 lugs! The car came with 5 lugs in each wheel for a reason! Very unacceptable service from a so called professional establishment! I have a good history of purchased tires with them and really thinking about my ties with them! May 8, 2024 update: was trying to take off my rear wheels to change out my brakes and two of the lug nuts that discount sold me broke off cause they were too tight! I went to discount tire to claim what happened and was never able to speak to the manager Chris!! Was there for like an hour and supposedly he was on the phone call all that time!! Then I told one of the reps to tell him to call me when he has chance and guess what?? Hasn’t called!! I seriously don’t know what the problem is with discount tire, I never chose to be in this predicament!! I’m just wanting good service like everyone else!!

Every single time I come here they are busy, and yet they are able to manage the flow of clients in a quick and efficient manner. The employees working in the vehicles are quick, professional and they look like they are having fun. Great business. I'd give it 10 stars if I could.

I did research on new tires and found discount tires had the best pricing . I went in and Mr Joe Garza was very patient and took the time to show me several options for new tires . He even went as far as bringing them out to show room so we could compare different thread patterns . They gave me great price and set up an appt time that best suited me. On day of appt Mr Joe Garza kept me informed of the progress and so did the staff . They were very quick , professional , and answered all my questions . I was even told if I was not happy with the ride I can return within 30 days ! I highly recommend this location and Mr Joe Garza for your tire needs!
