Update...The problem I had with my door handle being broken was taken care of. As soon as the Manager found out about what had happened he took the time to reach out to me personally and take care of the situation. They do great work and now I know that they care about their customers and will take the time to address any problems or issues.

Everyone was super nice and helpful but what I loved the most was the christian music playing while I was there. Thank you for being a great company. A lot of places are to afraid to offend someone but it makes my heart happy to hear it while I waited. May God keep blessing you all and your business.

I can't say enough good things about this business and this location. The service tech came in and explained everything to me, he was really sharp. I have done business with Discount Tire for over 30 years. They offer the same outstanding customer service today as they did when I first started. It is like dealing with a neighborhood store.

TERRIBLE SERVICE !!! You pay a premium to have tires balanced and rotated. I sent my son to have his tires rotated so that the worn ones are put in the back while he's down for college. He comes back 3 months later with worn front tires beause they were never rotated to the back even though thats why he came in. Get tires from costco or sams save yourself a headache. These places charge so much for bottom and mid tier tires just to have lazy workers. You'll spend $100 less per tire if you go somewhere else.

I got a set of tires installed here for a good price and recently got screw in one of them. Not only they repaired it very quickly but also washed all of my wheels. Great people make the great place. Always friendly and professional. Thank you guys! Keep up the good work.

Pulled up to get air in my tire I understand they are working told me just one minute been setting here for 10 minutes finally getting service had to ask three times if someone can help. never stop here again bought tires from this company 6months ago in N.C. and the service here in Knoxville is below my expectations.....

I love these people. I pull up and have a spare on my car because I just blew a tire and I get out the car and I didn’t even have to walk in the building one of the managers walked out to me to see what services I needed done. Took me inside took literally like 1 minute to check out, fairly priced paid 70$ for a new tire and like 20-30 for new wipers and stuff, I have a million things on my mind and these dudes had the shit done before I could finish a text I was sending. I’d give em 10 stars if I could. And if I ever need anything I’m coming here. Highly highly recommend.

Clean waiting area and super friendly staff! They were great at giving me advice of what to do with my tires and bagged up my best looking one for my full spare. Had me out of there in about 20-30 mins with an appointment. Highly recommended!

Well today I walked out to my car to find a giant screw made a new home in my tire. I called Discount tire and even tho I didn’t have an appointment today, they got me right in line and replaced my tire within an hour. Everyone is so nice I’d send my mamaw there!

Went there on this last Saturday and September 14th and had both my vehicles tires rotated and balanced get a phone call from my wife Tuesday morning. She had to stop and put air in the tires. Our tires hold 40 and they only put in 25. The sensors come on then the manager of the store I called him today. He was a (Steve) jerk & rude so I called corporate office, so this is not the first time this is happening so just everybody a heads up I would not ever do business with this store again Sorry not interested in giving you any more money or business this is like the third time I have had these problems. Taking my business elsewhere and I hope more customers fallow

We were just in on Monday to get our low pressure tire fixed. They did nothing except put a little air and sent us on our way saying nothing was wrong. No one actually inspected the tire. We now have to come back 4 days later and wait 2 hrs to get the tire fixed as it should have been Monday. Turns out it had a bolt in it. On top of that, no one updated us. Had to ask after hour and half why our car has not moved. We have 4 new tires insured from this place. How many stars do you think this rates? Not buying from here again

I did a walk- in because I believed I needed new tires. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. A wonderful team works here very efficiently and with honesty and care. The employee, Christian, showed me my tires and how they were worn. He explained different options I had. He was very polite and helpful. Wonderful experience.

I had shaking steering wheel at higher speeds and guessed it is because of tire imbalance. I scheduled a time online for the same day. They fixed the issue for me by tire balancing for free. Taylor was the customer service expert there, a very professional, caring, and respectful of customers person.

I love the tires. But, I noticed they forgot a cap and also chipped one of my wheels. Of course, didn't notice it until two weeks later. Went back and found this photo I sent the wife right after I got them to show them to her. Second photo is a zoom in and you can see it. My fault I didn't inspect the damn wheels better before I left. They let me pull it out of the garage area, so I didn't think twice. But, maybe that's why they let me, so I wouldn't be tempted to look around. These wheels are not cheap! Have to give it to Jim, the Manager, for being patient and working to make it right. I am extremely satisfied with the resolution.

Impressions of our first experience at Discount Tire, specifically the location on Kingston Pike in Knoxville. OUTSTANDING!!! Tyler was professional/knowledgable, courteous and prompt. While helping us he was also doing some on the job training with a new employee, very patient, thorough, and friendly (he needed some help in adding our 5% veteran discount). The entire staff were incrediby friendly, not a gruppy gus in the group and all this early on a Saturday morning. That, to us, says a lot about the managment at this location. We never felt rushed during the process, we were in an out within an hour, that was for 4 new wheels, 5 new tires. Their efficiency made everything look easy. The location was VERY clean. They have more than earned our repeat business. Well done.

Please allow me to give you THE HIGHEST RATING!!! And here's why....Today, on my way home from work, the car in front of me ran over a piece of a tire ( I.e.. gator track), throwing it on my car and causing me to run over it. My daily drive is approximately 110 miles one way. This incident caused me great concern as you can imagine. Once I made it back to the Knoxville area, I drove immediately to Discount Tire just to ensure that I would not wake up to a flat tire in the morning. I was greeted by a young man with the name of Marshall (on his shirt). After asking a few questions, he jacked my car up and looked to see what damage had occurred and sympathaized with my dilemma. The impact cracked my bumper, removed the logo off the front of my car and broke the protective guarding underneath. Marshall checked my tires and assured me they were okay. He then checked to see if there were any zip ties in the shop and upon not finding any, proceeds to get some out of his personal car. This young man laid on the ground and took the time to zip tie the protective guarding back on my car so that it is not dragging. He didn't half-a$$ the workmanship either! He made it look nice and neat! And no charge....yes, I said "No charge!" Talk about customer service at the finest!!! I will forever be a loyal customer of Discount Tire because of Marshall!! He didn't have to do what he did. And he didn't charge me a thing! Discount Tire, manager, and all the higher-ups peeps, you need to take notice of this young man!! In today's world (post Covid) you really don't find stand-up class acts of customer service. Folks, I found it!! I will tell EVERYONE about Marshall at Discount Tire. (As a side note to him, I would hire someone like you in a heartbeat to work for me and my team!) To the manager - you have an outstanding employee! Thank you! And to Discount Tire Executives - take note, this young man exemplifies customer service and is the example of what society is losing but customers are craving! Thank you Marshall! I so appreciate you!

I purchased a good set of tires from Sam's Club. I also purchased a warranty to cover any problems I might encounter such as flats or tires out of balance. Three days ago I went to Sam's because I had a slow leak in one tire. They would not even look at it because I didn't have an appointment. So, I made an appointment for the next day. Sam's called me later in the day and said that they didn't have the material to repair my tire and they had no idea when the repair materials would be available. They suggested that I go to the Sam's Club on the other side of town. I called the other Sam's and asked if I could bring the car in immediately. They said yes, and they would have the tire repaired in about 45 minutes after my arrival. I drove across town. When I got there they said it would be a three hour wait. I left and called Discount Tire. Even though I had purchased the tires elsewhere, they said bring it in and we will take care of you. And they couldn't have been nicer or more efficient. I will be buying my next set of tires from Discount Tire on Kingston Pike
