Sale staff: Great! They will beat any deal you walk in with. The reason for the 2 stars is the incident that happened today while installing the tires. After they told me that the car was ready, I was inspecting it and realized that on the RF wheel, a stud is broken. So I told the person who gave me the keys and he went to check with the staff that installed the tires, and according to him, he was told that it was already broken before they even started on the car which is an absolute, dishonest, and disrespect lie. Luckily, I took pictures of the car 15 minutes before my arrival to them. So I showed him the pictures and the time stamp on these pictures. The sale staff apologized and gave me a referral form that I need to take to a repair shop, and they will fix the stud for me. I called that repair shop and they said it's a two-hour job. Here is why I'm frustrated: - What if I didn't have pictures of the wheels, would've they continued to lie and not fix their mistake? - Who is going to compensate me the time that will be wasted to get that repair. (Keep in mind, they only work with a shop that's open Monday-Friday; so I have to take off from work). I'm probably going to take this complaint to their website and update the review later. Moral of the story: TAKE PICTURES OF YOUR WHEELS BEFORE YOU GO THERE!

Ever since Discount Tore started making their salesman force windshield wiper blades on customers, I don’t trust this company anymore. I feel sorry for the salesman who were hired to sell tires, lie to customers about needing over priced wiper blades. I’ll likely find a new company to work with from now on as this store feels very corporate now.

Free rotation, free air check/replacement, free tire repairs and it doesn't matter if you bought the tires from them or not. I also noticed how they treated every customer with kindness and compassion. I definitely plan to buy my next set of tires from them. Especially because they say they'll beat any price!

I usually buy new tires every March. The place I used prior closed to retire and the incoming company didn't honor old customers. My caliper went bad and ruined one tire that I replaced at the nearest used tire shop. I could tell it looked bald so I knew it needed replaced again anyway. I had a puncture in another tire, the hole was too big and it didn't plug well. It continued leaking air. This all happened December, 2 weeks before Christmas. I came in for the 1st time hoping to replace one and maybe replace the other in a few days. I worked directly with Frank, but I'm sure everyone is amazing. He done everything he possibly could to help me. In Christmas Miracle fashion, I'm leaving with both tires replaced and the peace of mind that my kids will be safe for the rest of the winter. That kind of service is almost unheard of these days. They've earned a customer for life. I highly recommend.

Nice people, (very) fast service. So fast they spin your new tires when backing out of the bays. Sat in the parking lot while my vehicle was being completed and the guys here get a little heavy on the gas pedal when pulling in and backing out of the bays with every vehicle.

Outstanding service! My appointment was for 8AM opening time. My truck was in the bay and being worked on a few minutes before. The guys doing the work really hustled. In 24 minutes, they had all of the tires changed, balanced and mounted with new tire sensors programmed and ready to go. I couldn't believe how fast they were. I watched them as they worked and though they were fast, they were conscientious and did a great job. Can't ask for better.

First off, I will start by saying that the staff here are outstanding, friendly, and courteous. With all that being said, I do have some concerns after having my car in for a full tire change. 1. The techs work very quickly and I think that in the process of rushing to get the job done, mistakes can be made. In the process of removing my wheels, some of the lug nuts were stripped and they had to be repaired as I was informed. The last service on my vehicle was at Harper Audi who had not noted any similar issues. As far as I’m aware, this was fixed, but this could likely have been prevented if more care was taken. 2. One of my wheels had some scuffing. 3. I had a set of $30 valve stem caps that were mis matched and lost during the service unfortunately. All in all, not a terrible experience, but little key points of attention to detail such as issues like these do take away. I would still return to discount tire despite this just because of the friendly staff.

A.J. and Frank are the two guys I’ve felt with at this location (yes I’ve unfortunately had to visit them twice in the last month). However, the entire staff is phenomenal, super friendly, very helpful, and all work together very well. Awesome customer service and even better operation! If I’m in the area and have tire issues, there is no where else I’m going!

It's okay. The only problem was they used two different types of balancing weights on my tire. The ones that clip on the rim and the ones that stick on the inside of rim. Called them about it and they hung up on me very disrespect

I have been a customer for over a year now at this location. I am always pleased with the service and the quality of product. However just recently my husband got a flat tire on the side of the road after hours. We had to have the car towed to the location and leave it over night which was undesirable situation to begin with. The next morning they took care of our car and replaced the tire (which was under warranty- highly recommend the warranty) with such high level of customer service. It was simple quick and easy once discount tire stepped in. They just went above and beyond.

Professional, kind, and quick. We're from Illinois and always use discount tire there. We were heading home from our honeymoon and blew out a tire. I called this store as we were putting the donut on, and they said bring it in and they'll take care of us, and they did. We were in and out within an hour. I wish the people in Illinois were as kind, helpful, and quick as these guys were. Thank you!!

Sign outside said beat any tire price guaranteed they did I got a price from Firestone but how they beat it they gave me a smaller tire not the same size Firestone did but I was on a budget so I needed tires my was bald slick son starting to drive so needed tires so they beat the price but in sneaky way so watch if u go to this one on Norris freeway Just left discount tire Norris freeway they fix the mix up real nice about they took care of the difference in the tires too tires look good BUT THEY MADE IT RIGHT THANKS SAM AND HIS CREW

Best tire store I’ve ever been to! We had a flat and I came here the next morning. They welcomed me in promptly even without an appointment and had the problem diagnosed in 5 minutes. I was back on the road 30 minutes later. The customer service was amazing. I worked with Sam and he took great care of me.
