Ok, so I tried to do my own stuff, but it came that i needed new tires. John let me know perfectly what state my tires were in and what my best options were. The price was really reasonable. John gets a 10/10 man. From the absolute best service over the phone to being friendly in the store. Thank you, john, for making my day!

Wonderful experience at this Discount Tires. I have brought in my whole family's cars here and never get disappointed! All staff are friendly, professional, respectful, and polite. I can tell they enjoy helping people! They'll recommend what's needed only, not just about money! They're always making sure that I'm aware of what's going on with my car. Went here after work today to purchase two tires. Terrance Johnson was helpful. He helped me purchase two Yokohama tires. They run well and look really nice. I've been going to Discount Tire for about 19 years now. Thank you.

Clinton was super helpful with my issue, but every time I come in here everyone is super friendly and helpful. Even when they’re busy and they take a while, they still take the time to acknowledge and apologize for the wait. Customer service 10/10!

This is our go to place for our tire needs. From leaks to new tires to even a simple air fill. Their fast and friendly service is great and with all the discount tire shops being linked it definitely saved our butts with a puncture in Colorado one time.

I was very happy with this specific Discount Tire service. Over the course of several years, I’ve been to a handful of Discount Tires and their customer service varies. I was very satisfied here. I made an appointment, and was in and out in 20 minutes, with 4 new tires. Michael took care of me and was detail oriented. I was very satisfied with the speed and overall customer service. If every Discount Tire was like this place, I’d get all my tires here all the time.

I had a really frustrating experience at Discount Tire that I feel compelled to share. My daughter took her car in for a tire issue that should have been covered under warranty, especially since the tires are less than a year old. They claimed it was due to a bad alignment, but it didn’t seem right. The attendant, Israel (or at least that’s what he said; he refused to provide his full name), was more focused on trying to sell her a new set of tires rather than addressing the actual problem. This left my daughter, who isn’t very car-savvy, feeling confused and stranded. The lack of customer service and accountability was incredibly disappointing, especially since we expected a straightforward resolution. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Discount Tire. It’s concerning to see a company not stand by its promises, especially regarding something as critical as safety on the road.

I went in to get my tires checked out, I was met be a friendly employee and the salesman was the best. Actually the whole experience was AWSOME. The guys at Discount tires, North Fry Rd are the best. FAST, COURTEOUS and PROFESSIONAL.

This is the best Discount Tire I've ever been to. I have been coming here for about 2 yrs. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. I really didn't like Discount Tire because of bad experiences at multiple locations. This store has redeem my faith in Discount Tire. This is the only one I will go to. I was just there today and met a very nice young man that had just move here from Atlanta. Sorry I'm bad with names, but his customer service was superb. All the staff were great ,asking me if I had been helped and walk me to my car and open the door when they were finish. Wait time was awesome. I barely had time to sit down and get comfortable. I have sent my sister here in the past when she called me and was frantic at a different Discount Tire telling me they told her it was going to be a 4 hour wait. She was at work in a company vehicle that had a nail in it. I referred her to this location and met her there. While waiting we had went to the store and before we were done shopping they were calling her to pick up her car. Since then she has been there several times. If anybody looking for great customer service and knowledgeable staff this is the place. I definitely recommend any of the staff here to assist you. Great Job Guys/ Well Done!!!

I came in the morning to get air in my tires and was waiting for 20 minutes, which is fine, but then the worker decided to move the line and I had to back up and get behind people who arrived after me and had to wait even longer.

My tire pressure light came on while I was out running errands. I decided to come here hoping they weren't too busy, and I wouldn't have to wait long. I pulled into the air pressure lane, and Seth greeted me with a smile. He immediately began to check all of my tires and was done within minutes. He then told me the current condition of each tire and recommended that I schedule a tire rotation soon to extend the life of the tires. Seth was great, very helpful. I was there for all of 5 minutes. I will definitely come back to this location for future services.

Walked in without an appointment and was greeted at the door by Michael. While asking questions about my needs he also informed me about the services they offer like the free air/tire check, and certificates for tires. I had to replace 2 low tread tires and was given an estimated hour wait time. I didn’t mind the wait considering I didn’t schedule an appointment, and the staff was amazing and informative. Thanks again to Michael for making this my most memorable visit to Discount Tire.
