I bought a wheel and tire last week, the specialist who help me is very knowledgeable. I believe his name is JB he is the only African American in the front. Very calm always suggest and recommends brands of tires. I listened to what he is saying and is genuinely true. I myself knows what I am getting but for customers who doesn’t have any idea on their tire and wheels this is the guy I recommend. The type of worker who doesn’t wait till the store just to close and go home. I will definitely come back to this location and recommend to my friends and family and look for that guy.

Fast service without pressure to increase my tire cost. I visited a second time to get my tires rotated, made an appointment and was in on time and out within 25 minutes! This location is fast and efficient. It's worth the little drive if your location is busy. I listened to an employee working with a customer and he was very kind and sympathetic.

Ricardo and James (JB) were awesome! They really went out of their way to make sure I had a great experience. Their friendliness and attention to detail made all the difference. I went in for a flat tire and they educated me on the other tires and my wiper blades without sounding like salespeople… I’d definitely recommend this location to anyone in the area. They’ll take great care of you!

I came in for tires and found out that the warranty that was sold to me had been sold with misinformation. JT clarified and sympathized about the situation. He was very sorry for what happend and helped me. I was really mad at the fact that I was going to have to buy 4 new tires. JT calmed me down and helped me

This location is absolutely fantastic. I special ordered my tires online they got ahold of me when they came in and got everything put together perfectly. Pedro in particular was extremely helpful in coordinating everything and assisting me with my tire purchase.

Went here for a tire rotation early morning with an appointment and they had me out the door within 45 minutes and it was busy too! Great service and everyone was customer service friendly. I would recommend this location.

All staff were amazing. I was helped even before the store opened. Everyone was courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. By purchasing and booking online, I was back on the road in 20 minutes with my preferred set of tires. I couldn’t be more pleased. Highly recommend this store and the multiple staff that helped me.

I will not be supporting this location ever again after spending.. $1300 dollars for tires 🛞.. The employees who changed my tires stole my caps off my tires .. Then wanted to play crazy as and if I never had them on my car.. My question is why you guys don’t have cameras In your work area ?? Secondly there is no telling what else they are stealing .. I will not be returning very disappointed ☹️.. Get some trustworthy employees at this location smh ..

This Discount Tire off Morton Ranch and Grand Parkway is the best! Megan the store manager is so helpful and friendly! I got a flat tire coming home from the store. A Good Samaritan stopped to help me put on the spare. I came to Discount Tire and my tire was still under warranty. So they replaced the flat tire and covered my new one for $14. I was so grateful, because Thanksgiving is tomorrow and I did not have the money for a new tire. These guys and Megan specifically took great care of me, and got me safely back on the road! Thank you Megan and team so much! Happy Thanksgiving to you all!

Everytime I come here, I have a pleasant experience. Even if something is off, the staff is nice when handling it. It's such a noticeable difference because these days good customer service is HARD TO COME BY. I've visited several times and always get the same welcoming attitude. Today, Erik explained everything to me about my tire pressure sensors..even took the time and showed me how they looked. He was patient and kind and didn't try and rush me. Thanks Guys, I appreciate you!! Thanks Erik for serving our Country and serving me!!

Thier team is so focused on selling they didn't do the normal work Discount Tires prides itself in. I got not FREE rotation, no air checks, REBALANCING, Flat tire repair, tire inspection! I bought the tires in another location and got the warranty. I'm glad it only WORKS IF YOU GET A SHREDDED TIRE! The coverage is if the tire is completely lost AND 3/32 threading left, which they made sure to check on my old tire OR 45000 miles(which will never happen the threads on any tire will go first, bogus warranty) I got my tire changed with a PSI of 41. Psi is supposed to be the 32! The other three were PSI 35. Driving the car home thinking they checked all my lights are on, not going away, and because there was no rotation or REBALANCING my car is steering locking! I will NEVER RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION FOR SUCH UNPROFESSIONAL WORK!

Discount Tire's Rep, Alan, checked my tires and got two of them replaced. I did not have an appointment so it took a while but having access to Wi-fi and a place to charge my phone made the wait bearable. I always appreciate their recommendations without the pushy salesmanship vibe.

I needed air in my tires and normally go to a different Discount Tire, but decided to try this one since I was in the area. I thought service would be uniform in all locations, I was wrong. There was no line at the air check spot and they weren’t busy, so I parked where I was supposed to and waited 15-20 minutes for someone to help me with my tires. At first I thought no one saw me, but a big delivery truck parked next to me and employees were literally walking in front of and behind my car to get tires from there. I tried making eye contact with employees that looked my way, but they seemed to be avoiding me. I ended up leaving and going to my normal location and got serviced in no time. Never coming to this location again.

Lazy employee. The guy doing the air check didn’t do the work instead he just keeps talking to other people. After 5mins talking, he start to pump 1 tire. Then stop pumping air and talking again. He takes 10-15 mins to just do 1 car when 10 cars are waiting.
