Very disappointed in my service. I Could have gotten into an accident or blow out tire if I didn't listen to my gut. I went to discount tire in katy on Thursday January 17th 2025. Due to the low tire monotor popping up on my dashboard. I was informed by another discount tire in cypress on the day prior that I needed to inspect my.tire since one of the tires were at 16 psi and the other tires were at normal pressure , they were 10 minutes into closing that is why I decided to go to the one in katy the next day. I made an appointment for the next day at the katy location for 515 pm, upon my arrival I explained to the guy at the front counter what happened, he decided to inspect my tires check to see if their was a nail.or something in the tire that may be causing the tire pressure light to appear. I waited for almost an hour with an appt, when they finally brought back my car a few.minuted after 6 they young tech stated. Maam.your tire is fine air pressure is good. And he stated he didn't find a nail.in any of the tires .ok I left content, on Saturday I was leaving to go to the store and the tpms ll Iight popped back up, at this point I was in awe, I thought to myself ,discount tire did an inspection the day before and they nothing, so what could it be? It didn't settle well with me , I still believed something was in that tire, I decided to go to go to a mom and pops tire shop. The guy pulled off the back tire immediately. Turned it around and their was the silver nail sticking out in rear view. He poured soap.and water over that area to see if air was leaking out yes. We found the culprit, he plugged the tire and. I was on my.merry way. I'm really upset with discount tire at this point.i could have had a very bad accident because the tech did not tale their time to inspect as they should have..

Came here to change my sensor on my passenger front they broke my lugnut and told me i had to go to a Mechanic shop to get it fix. No Accountability when its their fault

I scheduled an appointment to have my air checked, etc. The line of cars were in the feeder road and no where to parking. The line inside was even worse. Making an appointment is a waste of time.

Came here for the first time! The service was nice and fast and they finished rotation and changing my tires within 1 hrs despite the long waiting lines. I been a customer for long time and this morning they try to cheat me adding a extra service on my bill and a the end increase the price on the tires this is a dishonesty and lack of customer service sorry for Discount Tire loss his reputation after 20 years

This is my go to shop. When I bought my car brand new from a Nissan Dealership my neighbors boyfriend thought it was her lovers car and slashed all 4 tires. I bought new tires from Discount tires and had them balanced at Firesyone which I have a life time membership. This all happened in 2016. I have been with Discount tires for quite some time. Though I coukd have gone back to the dealership, Discount Tires send me periodic remindwrs for tire air pressure check, tire rotation and other auto acessories. My car is a registered client for as ling as I own this car and any new vehicle. I love the service and I love all of the employees.

Went to Discount Tire and they refused to plug one of my tires saying it wouldn't pass inspection. Went to NTB said I was good for another year and fixed my tire. I hate companies that try to take advantage of women.
