This group of men has tremendously good teamwork! Before I even got inside for my appointment, they greeted me outside and welcomed me in.. my appointment was 9:30, they had me out with 2 new tires and a rotation by about 10am. I had a great experience , thank you!

Very rarely do I have an issue with these guys, they are quick and get the job done! To get the best and fastest service possible, make an appointment, it takes very little time and saves you a ton! This store is very popular and although they handle walk-in like a pit crew, appointments take priority.

Been here at the tire store for 2.5 hours still waiting to get tire repaired. Horrible service. I do not recommend this tire shop. Got here at 945 told would be done at 12 noon it’s now 1230 and I’m still sitting waiting

Called ahead of time, I was told they had the tire I wanted in stock then 30 min later when I walked in they said they didn't have the tire in stock and they didn't know who told me they did and then proceeded to try and sell me a tire twice the cost.

Chipped my wheel, broke a hub stud, bumped my front bumper clips out being too aggressive with the wheel. Gave a voucher for an M-F 8-5 shop to fix the stud which doesnt work for somebody who works M-F 8-6:30. Made no mention of the chip or how rough they were on the vehicle. Extremely disappointed with my visit, I have never had any complaints but this visit was just plain awful.

I checked one of my tires and found it to be really low. I went to Discount Tire on 103rd Street in west Jacksonville and they confirmed that it was truly real low and put air in it, despite the fact that it was 4 o’clock on this Saturday afternoon when they were getting slammed with work. I’m grateful to Blake for his help and believe he’s a credit to good training.

The service was terrible. Stopped in to get my tire pressure checked and waited for 15 minutes to even be acknowledged. I called the store and was advised to be patient because they had a lot of people walking in. Unfortunately, while sitting and waiting for someone to help with the tire pressure, I only saw one person walk through the door. This location is horrible.

Bought tires online from another retailer. They couldn't get my large pickup on their lift so I took it to Discount. Reasonable price for installation and gave a good quote for tires for the Camaro.

Customer service is worst than a year ago.... I guess when you're a woman u get overlooked but what they need to be thankful is my husband gets a military discount and that's the only reason we get tires from there and only when it's an emergency

I had the best experience this morning at Discount Tires. They got me in fairly quickly and was very courteous. Marvin the tech was the sweetest! He explained everything to me and got me in and out quickly. Very nice place. Definitely got my business! Thanks guys!
