If I could give 10 stars, I would—Discount Tire at 13840 Beach Blvd deserves every single one! First off, shoutout to Bishop, who I spoke to on the phone not once, but TWICE before even stepping foot in the store. He was ridiculously helpful and so patient with my million questions. Bishop, you’re a gem. Now, onto Jakob. This man is officially my hero. I came in convinced I needed new tires and was ready to drop $700+ because, let’s be real, I know nothing about cars except that they need tires to move. But Jakob? He could’ve easily taken my money, smiled, and called it a day. Instead, he checked my car and said, “Actually, you don’t need new tires at all.” WHAT?! Who does that? He literally saved me so much money and stress—it felt like winning the car care lottery. The whole crew here is fabulous. My tire emergency was handled same day and way faster than I expected. Not only that, but my car is now in better shape than it was before my full-blown tire catastrophe. I’ll be telling everyone I know to come here because they’re honest, efficient, and genuinely awesome people. Seriously, corporate needs to give these guys a raise. All of them. Bishop, Jakob, the entire team—they’re legends. I also want to give a shout out to (and I’m really bad with names so please forgive me if this is completely wrong) Jost (again I’m so sorry if that’s not even your correct name but you were phenomenal too!!!!) Thanks for saving my day and my bank account. I’m a Discount Tire customer for life!

I like to go to this discount tire a lot. Every Cecile I have, I get the tires from here. Just had a bad experience today where I went and was promised a time that the car would be done within a certain time for rotation. It wasn’t done and I had to take the car without the services rendered since I have work.

Very busy business. Waited 2+ hours for flat repair. But it was free! Very kind; put tire back on and re- stored spare under the bed of the truck.

These gentlemen were very accommodating to my needs. Didn't have an appointment. Brought my vehicle there on a flatbed. I was in and out of there within an hour and a half with two new tires on the back of my car. Quality people, price and products. What more can you ask for!?

Love this location of discount tire! I bought a full set of tires so routinely visit for the complimentary rotations and balances. Recently had an issue with a lost hubcap and within an hour they called to place the order and let me know it was ready. Kyle was very helpful throughout this process! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

Typically a good service center. This visit there was the issue of replacing the wrong tire, so I had to wait extra time after I inspected the vehicle for things to be corrected. I also had to reset the tire pressure in all tires as the service attendant inflated the tires incorrectly.

Stopped by to get my TPMS on the spare activated on my 23 outback wilderness as my “stealership” would charge $102 to do it, although they should have done it before they sold me the car. Anyway, Discount Tire took care of that for me free of charge. It feels good not to be taken advantage of. Thanks guys! I will purchase my tires from you in the future.
