I had some tire problems. One tire was leaking from a nail pucture. Another had an issue with the TPMS. I set up an appointment with them for the repairs. They fixed the tire problems in a reasonable amount of time. I had purchased the extra coverage for my tires, so there is no charge for the one tire. I had to pay for the new TPMS. It was no good. A good place and price for me.

Fantastic service. I was in need of new tires ASAP and the staff were knowledgeable to give me the right tires based on my driving habits. They were able to get me back in the road within an hour even though they were pretty busy.

Long time customer. Service is good most of the time. However, my tire pressure was very low this morning and I had to travel out of town for work. I waited in line to be told they weren’t providing the service outside due to the cold and I’d have to check in and wait one hour. Huh? I went down the street to Tire Barn and they helped me right away. In fact, they told me I was the 15th person that had come to them from Discount Tire. This isn’t okay.

Came in on Saturday the 4th bought new tires Tire blew the 7th Made an appointment at 445pm to get it fixed Its 6pm and no-one has touched my car. After spending $1000.00 i feel like you should honor appointments but who knows

A great experience, all things considered. Had 65k miles on existing tires and one went flat, so I decided to replace all four. Ordered the tires online and called the store the next morning and was told I could come in right away. The service was very good. Efficient and courteous. A gentleman came out and gave me a progress report similar to what a nurse or doctor might with a patient. They neatly packed up my spare tire afterward and confirmed a few issues I was concerned about. I took advantage of their military discount. I still may have been able to get a slightly better price elsewhere, but because I have had a few slow leaks repaired by them at no cost, I feel good about becoming a paying customer.

Just wow not what i expected went in to see about my tire very friendly at first then had to wait 45 minutes to get my1 tire back on then we asked about the pressure they lied about that , then a guy went into my passenger side to do what cause I don't have lock s on my tires when he seen me looking he closed the door real quick ..be careful up there when you take your vehicle won't be back here.

My boyfriend took his vehicle there today. He sat there for almost 4 full hours for 1 tire patch. As a tire salesman on the south side of Indy this was astonishing to me. They clearly have no way to organize their workload there. He was there almost an hour after closing, in fact because of their lack of priority and workmanship. They tried to recover by not charging him for the patch however, we will be choosing another place to go to next time. Discount tire did nothing but waste precious time he could’ve been serving his community and instead he sat there doing nothing.

They are amazing and back their work. I had a problem a while back with a loose lug nut and they repaired the stud for free. They change my tires each year due to my Winter Ice tires and even though I bought one from another company they have done so for free. I will definitely get that companies tire from Discount next time. I use them for Windshield wiper blades too as they work better than others that were more expensive and they install them for free.

Demarcus saved the holiday weekend this year... Thanks for living up to your promise to deliver.... So i called around and everyone said the specific Yokohama tire that i wanted for my Highlander was not in stock and would be looking at Monday after the holidays before i could get a set of 4... Well i called these guys on Michigan Rd, and got someone on the line with a magic hat... He pulled out what i needed same day and got me on the road again with a new set of skins.. the ones that i wanted.. Well on top of that i called him back after my initial talk on the phone and asked if he could get a specific Firestone for one of our service trucks..... And yes he did... had it delivered before i got the others installed even... These guys not only gave good customer service, but they lived up to what i saw was going to be a tough one to live up to. Happy Thanksgiving guys....

Sat in the parking lot for maybe 5 minutes while I waited for my husband to meet up with me after having new rims put on. One of my tires was already flat once he got there. On the brightside they fixed it right away, but if I had no reason to wait I would've ended up on the side of the highway with a flat tire.

Don’t bother making an appointment. Dropped my car off at 2:15pm was told it would be complete by 3:15pm. Came back at 3:15pm they had not even started on my car.

I am a college student at a nearby university. Since my parents typically take care of all car-related issues, I did not know what to do when my "low tire pressure" light kept going off. I went to check into the entry-level tires. Braden suggested a mid-grade tire, which he saw had gone on sale THAT day. Ended up being $20 less and 2x better fit

Always use Discount tires but this is my first time at this location and fyi Appointments at this location mean nothing (appointment was at 12 and it’s 125 and my car still hasn’t been touched). They’ll lie right in your face. They’ll get you to wait 3 hours when they said it would only take less than an hour they lied about rotating my tires insulting my intelligence. The manager is a joke arguing with employees in the lobby. AVOID this place and the little Edgar at the front counter!!!! Keystone or Carmel locations only.
