they put my weight on my wheels on the inside and they put like five on one one wheel and four each other wheel and three another the dent rotate my wheels and tires. They didn’t roll for him road force them, and didn’t do it. They stripped out our lug nut.

I went in for an alignment and new tires. They got it all done, i paid $2,100.00 and left. The steering wheel wasn't straight so I went back same day to get another alignment and steering wheel still wasn't straight. I went back a 3rd time and finally got the issue corrected. Today I broke down in Princeton, IN because my lug nuts were coming off my truck. This has been the worst tire buying experience I've ever ever had. Very disappointed because I have the free balance and rotation service with my tires but I can't trust them to torque my lug nuts down to spec. Update i have contacted by the store about these issues and faulty torque wrenches were to blame. I will be going back for a balance and rotate soon and update more.

Have used them for decades-even in Many other states while traveling. They unfailingly have given me above average service that is professional and accurate. In addition, their prices are At the least competitive, and at the most quite a bargain

They are always the top in customer service. They are kind and seem to treat everyone the same. I'm as queer as a $3 and several places will talk to me like I'm an idiot. They are extremely professional and seem to run a tight ship. All this plus their road hazard protection; I'll never go anywhere else.

Excellent service! I had scheduled my car for new tires and paid online. When I walked inside to drop my car off, the place was very busy. Even with a lobby full of people they made sure everyone was helped. Also it didn't take them long to put 4 new tires on and an alignment. I definitely recommend going here for your tire needs!

Usually I’m very happy with the service I get with DT. This last time I just needed some tires mounted on the rims that I brought myself and new sensors installed I requested the old sensors and tires back which they did not do. They threw them away even tho paperwork says clearly to keep them. After making them aware and waiting 20 minutes they magically “found” my sensors and told me how one broke. This wasn’t even my sensor. I know this because the ID didn’t match. And I never did get the tires back. Needless to say I’m pissed because this wasn’t a hard request. Which caused me to lose money. I would like a refund for this but have not received it yet so I might have to submit a chargeback with my credit card company.

Wow Where to start? I buy insurance on all my tire and tires for at least 15years maybe twenty, who’s counting….Brought a tire in with slow leak First you have to go through trying to sale you a tire!!! No luck, so after 1.5 hours I’m told it’s going to take 2 hours more after a 10 hour day already!!!! Now I’m taking to another tire place to get it done in 20 minutes $25 But hours saved!!! Then I’ll talk receipt An get a refund on insurance I bought Cause that’s a rip offffffff No more discounts Get this,, I was told if you don’t have 15 lbs In tire you have to replace it by store on the Pike!!! What a scam for dear grandma,, Children,,,,what good is insurance people??? I think it’s worth paying more for honesty Not scamming people Like on the phone Who likes that??? Good review,, NNOO!!!!! Hope this wakes up people……. Discount Tires gets an F

I had a not so great experience last week and provided my feedback via the emailed survey. Joel, the manager contacted me as soon as I completed the survey to find out exactly what happened and to see what he could do to improve my experience. I leave quite a few reviews and have never been so impressed with the follow up and effort to make things right. We all have days where we come up short but it's what we do after that matters. I highly recommend this location, Joel truly cares about his customers!

Jayden helped me pick out tires that would work well for what I needed. Great friendly staff that seemed to like their jobs. Clean waiting room and restroom. Terrible country music in the waiting room.

This is a wonderful store. They are very thorough in helping and explaining everything, and if they can, they repair your tire for absolute free! The customer service was excellent- I was helped by Victor and he was awesome. Kind, courteous and incredibly helpful. Definitely coming back for any of our tire needs!

Avoid this location if at all possible. They are the slowest location I have ever been to. I went in to have a tire that was leaking air looked at because it is under warranty with them and set there for an hour and forty five minutes for then to tell me it will be another 45 minutes. I ended up leaving and going to the Pendleton Pike location where it was taken care of immediately. It would probably help if employees like Joel were actually working instead of standing around talking to other employees.

Highly recommend this place! I have been going to Discount Tire for 4+ years now and would not go anywhere else. They are the only ones I trust and have provided excellent service to me, my grandparents, and my mother. I visited this store two weeks ago and had a nail in my tire. I called and was able to schedule the appointment ASAP. Everyone who worked there was very helpful and polite. Ryan offered amazing customer service and was extremely knowledgeable, answering all my questions. The best part is the flat repair was free! It's a great store with employees who make an otherwise stressful situation manageable.

I had just clean my 2018 Camero and the guys just lean and put his hands all over the side of my car .you don't have to touch a car gorgeous putting air in tires well back to clean my baby again.

My wife took our vehicle in to get two tires patched over the weekend. Wait time was not too bad. Checked all 4 tires, patched the two that had leaks, serviced the TPMS and filled up the tires and balanced them. When my wife went to pay the bill, they gave her a receipt of work and did not charge her a dime. Thank you so much for the quality work and for offering these kind of services for free. It's tough out here and it's really cool to know your shop values taking care of people. We will be sure to do business here going forward.

Walked in Monday morning. Three guys working the desk. They were busy but nobody in line in front of me. Didn't get greeted or told to wait by any of the staff. Stood there patiently for ten minutes and left.

Went there for air in tires. Was told to wait at tanks. Waited for 10 minutes. I saw multiple people walking around and outside. They looked at me and went on. Very disappointing. Always buy my tires there.
