Pricing and service on tires is great. I can't fault the workers for it but a bit obscene that discount tire charges extra for alignment on evs. The tire shop across the street will complete for standard pricing and discount tire will price match if you call.

I arrived at 9:40 and was told that my tire change would be completed around 11:15-11:30. They did not get done until 12:30. Complete lack of respect for my time and others. I understand that you are busy but please provide an accurate quote of time so I don't have to cancel plans. Edit: The additional questions they ask you in the survey link is literally your contact information and just copying and pasting your Google review. They're too lazy to just tell the store managers to check their Google rating on their own shop.

Kyle Wright the Store Manager was a great help. The entire staff is friendly and they all stepped up and helped us out replacing a blown out tire. Great team work. Entire crew was respectful to each other and customers. Very in tune team that ran efficiently. Highly recommend this location for tire service.

When I've bought tires for my cars over the last several years, I've always bought from Discount Tire. I've never had to wait more than an hour for service, whether it was for new tires, a rotation, or fixing a flat. I believe this has happened before, but today I brought in a car I had recently purchased (new) and needed the tires rotated and one tire fixed for a leak (2 nails). Even though I didn't purchase those tires there, they did all the work for no charge. They also informed me about my current tires and how they are known not to get the milage they are supposed to. They said when it was time, they would help me get some money back for those tires when I replace them. Always a positive experience.

I headed to work with 3 PSI in my tire. I filled it before getting to work, then again on my lunch break. I made an appointment at Discount Tire the same day and was able to get my tire fixed in an hour. Turns out there was a small screw in the tire. The staff was nice and efficient, and the waiting area was clean. I was shocked they did not charge to patch the tire. If I have any tire issues in the future I know where I will be going. Thanks guys!

The guy signing in customers at Castleton store 11/18 @10 refused to sign me before 2 people who entered after me because I had sat down to wait my turn. He was going to let 2 later arrivals get service before me. Not sure if it was racial or rudeness. I left - there are too many tire stores to be insulted by a tire store clerk. Will not ge back.

They did the agreed upon work at market rate. They did not call to tell us the work was done, and we wasted three more hours than we needed to on a Saturday.

I have worked with this discount tire twice within the past few months and have had an EXCEPTIONAL experience both times. Kind, friendly service where they are honestly trying to do what’s right for you / your budget. Service was fast, efficient, and genuinely helpful. Will only go here for all my tire needs moving forward!

Avoid. Been going here for 20 years and the customer service is not what it used to be. They just appeared to not care or want to be there. Visited on 8/31 and an employee asked me what I wanted. I said I might need a new tire. He just looked at me without responding. Kept doing something on his computer not saying anything. Minutes passed and I just left.

I had all of my toy hauler trailer tires replaced at another Discount Tire location in Arizona. One of the tires kept losing air but other locations couldn't find a leak. After speaking with Chandler with Discount Tire's customer service department, Brandon called me yesterday to put me on the schedule. Alec and the team at this location took care of the tire today and got me back on the road. I'm a happy camper again. Thank you all! I'm still a customer for life!

I ordered 2 brand new tires for my Mercedes for $500 and they put on used tires and claimed it was new. The tires had no spikes in them as new tires do and had marks from the curbs. Absolutely avoid this place. Pure thieves.

Brandon the general manager is the best. Got some wheels and tires at another unnamed shop and had issues and I was shown today why I should just come back here. Treated me professionally and like family. Car is back on the road perfectly now. Thank you guys!

Called to make an appointment, the sales staff didn't listen first and did not record the full neded services on my file. It took 15 minutes to check in. For a 45 to 50 minute job, I was finally behind my wheel 2 hours later. To add more to the delay pain, got hit by a potential customer before my car was taken into the bay. No on-site cameras, a filed report for insurance. I think I will stay with my Northside locations and get an alignment elsewhere.

I’m not one to complain but I waited two hours just to get my tire sealed because a screw was in it. That’s a long time . Customers that came after me left before me and they didn’t have appointments it took longer than my quoted wait time I’m watching my car and seriously no one has touched it and it’s already after the quoted wait time. I usually go to jiffy lube they are always quick. I’d come back here but I’d have to have someone with me to drive somewhere while they get the job done or bring a sleeping bag next time.

They're pretty prompted getting to you. They mostly have all the tires in stock. It's not a big hassle getting tires replaced when you purchased insurance. And the people are pretty nice and helpful. I highly recommend this location.

Got a bolt in my new car tire over the weekend when hitting a pothole. Was able to schedule a visit early Monday for an inspection and they were able to remove and patch it on the spot. No charge even though I had not bought the tires from them for this car given it is brand new. Great experience and another reason they manage to keep my business.

Have issues with 2 tires that are supposed to be under warranty. Last time I bought 4 tires because my tire size is hard to find. Today they're pulling the same scam!!! I have to buy 4 new tires because they don't have my size.
