We took my husband’s car to the location at 72nd and Keystone in Indianapolis, Indiana a few weeks ago to get a new tire. They had his car for 2 to 3 days. We just now noticed that a $100 gas card was stolen from his console. He won it as a reward at work and was saving it for a trip to Ohio in a few weeks from now. Upon checking his console while cleaning his car out this evening, he realized the card was stolen right off the paper backing. I cannot explain how livid we are with you guys. Shame on you whoever took this from him.

I came in to address the slow leaks in my tires. I got 2 new tires, and one of the old ones continued to leak. I came back to get it fixed, waited for 6 hours, just for them to tell me "it was actually the other tire that needed to be fixed" in reference to the tire that WASN'T flat when I went to drive my car. Big surprise, they STILL didn't fix it and I STILL have a flat tire every time I drive my car. Worst discount tire in the country...

If you have issues with your tires take it here! They repaired a tire another shop said they wouldn't and did so for free. Have gotten new tires here before too and always the best or matched best price.

I love discount tire period cause I have alot business with them but on 15 years I never have a problem at all but this place make me wait 2 hrs for 1 tire and the others with 4 tires was done faster than me

Um amazing customer service, they communicate really well😁 I got the chance to be looked at urgently about tire weights and rechecking if another facility did my tires correctly. I was able to be out within the hour! I just happened to be at the right place at the right time I would come again if only I didn’t live 30min away lol

Website crashed and would not allow reservation. Arrived at noon, and was advised of 2.5h service -- it took 5.75h.(!) Website yielded one price, while associate presented price $200 higher. After negotiating back down to originally quoted price, it seemed as though my car was put to the end of the ever-forming line of customers. When my car was completed, associate failed to inform me even though I was sitting within 15 ft of his space. So, another 1/2 hr. My distinct impression was that of petty retribution for not giving a $200 extra gift, after an $800 service. Next time, Belle.

Discount Tire wins out over all others in my opinion. They are customer serviorted, w quickly, excellent quality products and services, and fix flats for free! I travel and have stopped by stores in many states, NC, FL, VA, UT, and California. Great company with across the board kind and friendly employees! ❤️

Huge shout out to Discount tire. This team is by far the most professional that I have dealt with. I was serviced in just over 20 minutes and they didn't try to pressure me to purchase stuff that I couldn't afford. They let me know what I would need in the future and left it at that. I will definitely be back for future buisness

I recently got new tires, and while the installation went smoothly, I was not too happy to find a $133 protection plan added to my bill without asking me. The technician didn't mention it at all. When I noticed the charge and asked for it to be removed, he initially only tried to remove it from one tire. I had to insist that the protection plan be removed from all the tires.

Excellent service and they will not try to take advantage of you by upselling you when it's not necessary. They have previously plugged a hole for me for no charge and today, without an appointment, got me in-and-out with a new tire in about an hour. Jahmee was fantastic and thoroughly explained all my options. He even threw a lug nut on for free. Thank you!

Had an 8:15 appointment took 2 hours for one patch. My question is what’s the point of an appointment if you are waiting that long just doesn’t seem right. Go somewhere else discount tire has lost connection with timely service. Or at least a realistic one. I Like the tires and price just need my time to be valued more here. The appointment tracker didn’t work well either. Most companies now have a tv with the order of the customers this helps elevate this issue.

I waited 3 hours for a tire change. The sales rep told me the tire was fine and that the wheel itself was cracked. The wheel was less than a year old. The sales rep stated they don’t offer a warranty and asked if I would buy another one. I declined because why would I buy another wheel from them when the quality is so poor? Then all of a sudden I’m told the tire needed to be replaced. (Insert eye roll) Also, the sales rep tried to lie to me about my tire tread. I just had all my tires replaced within the last 6 months and I barely drive. Just saying anything to try and get more money from me.

No longer dealing with this company. I purchased new, black wheels through them and had them install the wheels and tires. I do Not like the tape balance weights, and for the past three balance/rotation appointments, I have requested NO tape weights (inner clip on weights only). Each time they promised me they would not place any sticky tape weights and each time, I pick up the car with silver (not even black!) tape weights on the car. When they remove the weights it scrapes/scratches the wheel and damages the black finish. The glue is a pain to remove (they never remove all the glue). I will no longer utilize this company due to their incompetence.

Called ahead and told to come on in as a walkin. Wanted a road force balance of one tire/wheel but after 4hour wait only received a normal balance.

Called in the morning to see if they could fit me in. They put me in the line up and called me when they were close - so I had time to get there. Waited a perfectly reasonable amount of time for the work to be done. Listened to the amazingly professional and helpful staff the whole time, especially Eddie (really great on the phone!) and Gavin (no pressure, very helpful, great explanations). Seriously. The products and prices are great. Service after the sale is unmatched. The staff here are a delight. They should all get a bonus.

Gentleman told me a time to come back for a full set of tires. They ended up starting the work an hour after arrival and 15 minutes past the time they told me they would be complete. No one called me nor gave me any updates. Business needs to be more realistic with timeliness and how they communicate actual work times to customers.

Make appointments on line for convenience. They send you text reminders. They own TireRack.com and install your new tires for $100 with lifetime free rotate and balance. I have brought my new Michelin Defenders back twice for rotation . Once I had a road force balance done to eliminate some vibration.

Big thank you to both Dustin and Mitch and their crew. I had recently 2 unrelated tire issues and went both times at this location. I was served fast and I had my car back, and fixed properly, in less than 30 minutes. Price was a deal, with their tire insurance covering the majority of the charge. Fast, clean, cheaper and smart people. I highly recommend this location for your tires needs.

Pulled up with a nail in my tire at 8:35 am and was greeted by Eduardo, who was friendly and informative. By 9:20 am I was out the door with a freshly plugged tire-at no charge! Thanks to all the staff who were kind and helpful. You are appreciated!
