My husband recently took our truck n for a tie rod replacement, but the manager claimed it wasn't necessary and instead recommended purchasing new tires. Trusting their advice, he bought four new tires. However, two of the tires kept losing air shortly after. When he returned, they blamed it on the age of the rims and fixed the tires temporarily, warning that he might need to replace the rims if the issue continued. Frustrated, we decided to get a second opinion from a nearby shop. It turns out the issue wasn't with the rims at all—it was due to bad tire stems. Additionally, they confirmed that the tie rod was in dangerous need of repair, contradicting what the first shop said. If I could give this shop a zero-star rating, I would. Be cautious of those "trusted" smiling faces—some places simply do not care about your safety or well-being.

Very kind and helpful to get us the best quality for the lowest prices. Staff was courteous and helpful, answering all our questions and even showing us the answers in his system so we didn't have to take his word for it. He also came out and showed us the exact problem and why it needed the repair it did. Will definitely go back and will recommend to others.

Nice guys . I got a nail and they took care of it. I have been using them for years but this time even my tire were under warranty and has less miles they were recommending me new ones. They should have to take care under warranty if have safety issue. Customer can pay price in case of depreciation

Wouldn’t go anywhere else in Indiana. They are consistently honest. Blessed to have them. Kevin helped me out, he’s phenomenal and such a pleasure to deal with. Him and Levi really stand out and I hope discount tire rewards them. Also Christian assisted and he was so awesome as well!

Discount Tire is amazing! Did you know if you have a nail in your tire and IF they can fix it they will fix it for FREE! Also, if you ever think your tires are low just stop by their tm"tire air check" station and they will fill your tires up for FREE, and you don't even need to get out of the car! This has made me into a loyal Discount Tire customer and SUPER FAN for life! Who does anything free anymore!?!? Their staff is always friendly and pleasant to talk withl and their prices are extremely fair!

The staff were very professional, kind and didn't try to over price nor sell me more than what I needed for my car. The mechanics were knowledgeable and I didn't have to hours to be serviced. My new tires are giving me a sweet safe drive. Excellent!

Got a flat on 465. Paid $124 for a tow to this location. Was expecting to pay $300 for a new tire. They repaired it at no charge. You will continue to have my business and referrals

They take for ever to get your tire fixed. And also even if they got it fixed they make u wait for nooo reason just wasting people time.. u could have been there for two hours and still instead of helping those get there day over we waiting on them to just put a tire on a wheel with no car...

Kyle is the man. I jacked up the inner tie rod replacing the seized tie rod end myself. He had me look at it and explained that he might not be able to get it done properly, but he'd do his best. He got it done, just need to replace that before the next alignment is needed. Great job, so thankful!

I was only going due to a low tire but I quickly found out that it was worse than I thought. The guys took excellent care of me and I didn’t feel intimidated because I am a woman. I really appreciate the service that I received there and how comfortable they made me feel. I highly recommend this location!
