I arrived early for my 8:15 AM appointment and was waiting in my car. A lovely young girl came out to my car and completed my check in. I entered the waiting area and she came in and we met at the register to settle up. Waiting area is comfortable, offers USB and USB-C charging ports. There are beverages and restrooms. There are also barstools at a window into the work bay so you (or your kids) can watch the process. About halfway through my service, a young man came in and checked in with me. He let me know that he checked the air in my spare tire and they were halfway through with my service. They offer tires in all price points, so there’s something for everyone. My entire experience took less than 45 minutes and was EXCEPTIONAL. As an aside, there’s an older gentleman in here and they are being VERY accommodating to him.

The overall staff did a great job of recommending great tires. The next day the tire went flat. A new rim had to be ordered and the new tire was replaced without issue. The rim came in within a few days. Stopped by the store and they had the new tire mounted on the rim. The manager replaced the spare and installed the new rim/tire within about 15 minutes. He checked tire pressure on all of the recently purchased tires and torqued them to specs. Excellent Job!!!

Excellent customer service. Dropped off my wheel & tire for a flat repair while on lunch break, it was patched and ready for me to pick up when I got off work. Even though I did not buy the tire from Discount Tire, there was no charge. Jacob at the front counter checked me in and out, was really pleasant and professional, and treated me like I was a paying customer even though it was just a free flat repair. Sure do appreciate it, and based off this experience I'll be happy to recommend this location to friends and family in the future. Thanks Jacob!

I was reminded last week why I have been a customer of discount tire for over 30 years. Found myself with a flat tire from a screw I picked up along the road. The tires didn’t come from Discount Tire as it was a car I had bought in the spring with tires the dealer had put on. Put the spare on and tossed the tire and jack into the back of the car. After I took it to Discount Tire, not only did they repair the tire in a timely fashion they did it at no cost and the took the time to put my spare tire, jack and other tools away for me. They consistently exceed my expectations!

I was very impressed with the service I got, they were able to give me a military discount and did not try to upsell me to some fancy wheels I didn't really need when I just asked them for a set of generic black steel ones. The waiting area was very clean as well.

It's nice to have your air pressure checked and adjusted for free! Especially in the winter! No hassles. I always purchase my tires from discount tire.

This has been the best Discount Tire location I have been too. My tire had a nail inside it and it was losing air very quickly. I went to the shop 20 minutes before closing time. Donika helped me out, was so helpful. She helped me right away, and got me scheduled in very quickly. She also installed new wiper blades on my vehicle. They did an amazing job, and patched my tire up like new. Thank you for the great customer service Donika and Discount Tire team!!

I have always appreciated the great customer service in the past, but my recent experiences have been disappointing. A few weeks ago, I visited regarding my Wheel, and unfortunately, the service was lacking. Today, I came in for an estimate on a potential tire issue and also to get air in my tire. Despite there being several staff members present, I waited in the lane for several minutes without any acknowledgment or assistance. I was patient, but it was disheartening not to receive any help. Update: I returned today and was impressed by the excellent customer service from Bill, who attentively addressed all my questions and concerns. Esteban also assisted by promptly filling my tires and providing top-notch service. Overall, my experience was much better returning on a weekday morning.

I’ve used this location since I’ve been driving and now take my families cars whenever needed. They’ve always been friendly, honest, helpful, and efficient. They have repaired many tires for me over the years for free, and for this reason I will always purchase tires when needed from them. Yesterday I heard a hissing sound and noticed a nail in my tire near the outer edge. I know with a puncture near the sidewall it can usually not be repaired, this was close. They could have easily told me it was unrepairable and sold me a new tire but they repaired it for free. They had me in and out the door in less than 30 minutes on a Saturday without an appointment. Can’t recommend this location enough!
