Went to get my tire filled waiting half hour on my lunch break, by the time I got up there, was told there tire air filling machine couldn't fill my tire, and was told they could patch it, I can patch my own tire. I just needed it filled then he said my tire was flat, no shitt that's why I needed air in it . Then after rudely being declined a free service I drove out and almost wrecked due to said flat tire. If they filled it wouldn't have been a problem but there 3k air tire pressure filler, couldn't do the job it was made for what a joke. Anything for a buck huh, won't ever be going back there or anyone I know will never get recommendations for this place ever

Sent my employee here to get a tire fixed. They told him that they were not able to fix it since we had put a patch in it. No worries. Had asked them if they could balance the spare and put that on. Was told the tire was to old, that it was a 2016. Again whatever that’s fine. Told him just to get a new tire. I somehow wasn’t in their system even though I had gotten a new tire just 3 weeks ago and have been going to discount for years. They looked up the company name but couldn’t look up my name. Then when asked how he was paying, my employee stated “over the phone”, which I’ve done so many times before. He was then told they don’t take payment over the phone and pretty much asked to leave. I get that that older tires are a liability, and there’s a policy against fixing plugged tires but this was all done so unprofessionally, I and that vehicle are most definitely in the system. I can’t pay over the phone? Since when? Definitely don’t send any fleet vehicles here.

They know how to take an appointment they just can't keep them! Made an appointment for 10:30 am to just get a tire checked to see why or if there was a slow leak in it. Arrived at 10:10 am with an appointment i made the night before. Was told to come back at 11:45 am why so long I don't know. I was back at 11:45 am and the car had not been touched. Why it wasn't taken earlier i don't know. Not until I complained. I had to set there till 12:20 pm. What a morning.

Apparently if you are a woman and don’t known much about tires they will try to scare you into buying new ones. I came to get mine rotated, and Cody let me know that my front two were so bad that he couldn’t even service them. Worn down, wires showing, and I was headed towards a blow out. I let him know I would have to speak with my husband and would come back. A week later I show up with my husband and it’s a completely different story (with Cody I may add). Oh now just the insides are wearing a bit, no wires showing, not fixing to have a blow out, nada. We went ahead and got 4 new ones just because we’re traveling a long way for Thanksgiving and they had a sale, but they could have easily been rotated since the backs were better than the front. I love how completely different the conversation was between both of them. I understand you’re trying to make a sale but dang, just be honest.

I brought in a new car that I had literally just bought and drove it to discounts for new rims. I stopped at at least 5 other tire shops in Conroe and none of them had a selection to offer or I had to order them from a magazine. I was wanting to look at my options prior to buying. I drove to discounts as my last stop and they had several options for me to look at in store. I picked which ones I wanted and even though it was later in the evening they were able to get me in and out in about an hour and a half. Great customer service and they even offered me a warranty on the tires on the car even though I didn’t get them from there

Chrissy at Discount Tire in Huntsville was quick to respond when I arrived. My problem was simple with a nail in the tread of my tire. Chrissy was all smiles, friendly and took excellent care of me. In fact, everyone there I spoke with was very kind and helpful! Thank you Discount Tire for hiring and maintaining such a positive, helpful staff! 🙌

Just bought a set of Cooper Tires from Discount Tire in Huntsville. Fond them cheaper at another location and they matched the price. Christy the manager is great to work with. Discount Tire will match any brick and mortar or online tire price. I always buy Cooper tires and I always buy from Discount Tire. I used to buy from Wal Mart or Sam's Club but no more. The last time I took a vehicle to Wal Mart for tire rotation I was there for over two hours and I had an appointment. Discount Tire and their staff in Huntsville is #1.

We always use discount tires. Their road hazard and many locations speak for itself. I would like to shop independent, but local shops do not offer this service.

Worst service i have EVER received at DISCOUNT. I have always done my tire business with Discount. Their computers can prove it. My tires on this car came from discount. Made 915am appointment. Tire rotation. In My appointment I said I was waiting on car. I sat in the same chair for 1 hour 15 minutes. I go to look for my car... no where... not in bays... I didn't even get a shout out that my car was ready... in past I would receive text message. I never received my receipt for the $50 wipers. No text receipt. Total crap service.

Discount Tire Huntsville Texas. It’s just keeps getting better with time. Been buying here for many years. Bought a set for my kids car last month from Christi. My daughter came in the next day to have them installed. The team took care of her. Unexpectedly, I had to buy a set for our vehicle yesterday. My wife and I were in North Houston when we figured this out (at the dealership). Called Christi at the Huntsville store, they had what we needed. Drove all the way back to Huntsville just to do business with this store. Matthew took care of us when we got there. We were in and out in an hour. Then back to north Houston. (I know, we drove by three other Discount Tire Stores. And I would do it again!)This team is always professional and hardworking! Such a pleasure to do business with.

I dropped by to have my tires aired up. Luis informed me that my front 2 tires were bad and I needed new sensors. He was very kind, and helped to get me and my kids in and out very quickly. He did not have to go above and beyond like he did, but at Discount Tire in Huntsville, the staff are always patient and friendly. That reflects excellent leadership and customer service. Made an appointment for 11 am, got there at 10:50 and had to stand in line until 11:20 before speaking to anyone. So my 11:00 appointment turned into a 11:30 appointment because they don't have a process that separates those who have an appointment and those who don't.

Very friendly but I've been using Discount Tire for 30 years. It's changed. I bought tires for my wifes Ford Fusion. It came time for my first rotation and balance and they refuse to rotate at 6000 miles. Said the tires were worn out. I take the car in every month to have the air pressure checked. So I took the car to the Ford dealer to check the brakes and front end. All is good. The tires have good tread on them, not as good as the bsck but it's the drive wheels, so I'm not going back to Discount Tire in Huntsville. My loyalty deserves these loyalty to rotate my tires as promised.
