I have always in the past made an appointment and staff took my vehicle in on time and finished on time, not this time I had to wait about 45 minutes. There was no water in the refrigerator for customers, but I saw staff drinking bottled water coming from the back.

Friendly! I spent more than I wanted, but I haven't had to buy a set in a few years. Cisco and Jonathan worked with me about my options. When it was all said and done, I was happy! And I wasn't there for more than 30 minutes, give or take a few, which was even better! Thanks, guys! We'll done!

I used to work at a Discount Tire, I've bought a dozen sets of tires from them since, but I will never be coming back to this location. I went in for an air check on all 4 tires. The tech didn't look for the tire pressure spec in my door, checked up the left front tire to whatever the machine was set at from the last customer, then walked around and pretended to do the other 3. The machine beeps very distinctly when it's done filling, and the screen is right by your driver door, so you can see that it's not being connected. To top it off, all the technicians were fighting about something the whole time. I know what shouting around a loud shop sounds like, and I know what angry, unprofessional people getting mad at each other sound like, it's not the same. There is honking cars as you pull into the bay for safety, and there's laying on the horn right by the customers getting air checks because you're upset with the other technician, very different. If I had been there for 4 new tires, would they have checked the air pressure correctly on those?

I wish i can give zero star reviews My truck got flat tire 🛞 & upon requesting to fix, I was told after spending 2 hours that my tire cannot be fixed becoz it already got 2 punctures, And was told to buy new tire. I request to return my truck back, Upon checking at receiving my truck back I hear the sound to air leaking from tire … After close view i saw my tire was intentionally puncher. This place is scam !! They just want to sell you… No service you can expect from this location

This particular Discount Tire is the closest one to my house so anytime we have a tire issue this is where we go first. Today I hopped in my car and saw the sensor for tire pressure loss on my dash. I immediately drove to Discount and upon arrival I noticed the tire pressure lane had 3 cars waiting. I mentally prepared myself to be there for 30-60 minutes. Y’all I was done in 15 minutes!!! Great job Erick for being super efficient!

Well I had a vit of a dilemma and needed help from discount tires because for many years past i.had bought many sets of tires and I have recently lost my job and my 2 front tires have been loosing air and at my job I was always getting screws nails in my tires due to either lazy contractors or customers not wanting to clean up messes so as I am doing my job I get these things in my tires but today I had mynspair ture on the front passenger side and a leakyntire almost flat at the discount tore shop today and could not even get them to air up my flat tire and they supposedly are suppose to fix flat tires for free and after all day they didn't even have anything close to my size supposedly and I have a 06 pathfinder very common car and size bu t could not help me at all today so don't thunk about asking for anything cus not gonna help you at all just something to to think about
