Jordan provided great customer service and was friendly. From answering phone back to back to checking in on every customer. I had a nail in my tire and he and the rest of the crew took care of it. No charge too since I did purchase tires from them a few weeks ago.

Overall an easy transaction. No appointment, decided on tires, they delivered tires 3 hours later to the branch… boom. New shoes for my vehicle in no time. Swift and painless!

You can trust them to give you a fair deal and genuinely care about your safety. They didn't have the tire I wanted in stock, but gave me a discount on a nicer tire. Service is fast and friendly. I feel very blessed to have this DT near me. Thank you all for the years of great service.

January 2025 Update: Discount Tire is better than ever. You can buy your tires and schedule an appointment online (I did both the evening before going in the next morning). I had four new tires and TPMS sensors installed in under an hour. These guys are efficient and courteous. They're #1 for a reason! Pro tip: make an appointment - they'll take walk-ins, but your position in line is more secure if you book ahead of time, and the website makes it easy.

My 2024 truck got new set of tires at this location. After the install my front wheels started to make a weird noise. I brought the truck back and they did not found anything. When I took it to the dealer they told me wherever I replaced the tiresthey did not lifted properly, that cost me a $700 extra. T

I came in at 5:50pm, granted I didn’t know they closed at 6pm on MLK day till I was headed here. All I needed was a quick air check, Paul waited till the car in front of me pulled up to get their air then cut the line off told me no and that “he can cut off the air check line at anytime”???? even though it’s 10 min til close & it’ll take him 2 minutes??? he told me he wouldn’t do it because they all needed to hurry and get home to their families. Mind you, I was the last car in line…. I asked nicely if he could squeeze me in considering my tires are pretty low and this cold weather makes this dangerous for any woman/person and he declined. If you ask me this felt very racially motivated and on MLK day, smh. I’m not even the type to throw out the race card but this is not even some major holiday for his race so, please explain what exactly are you in a rush to go home to, Paul? I’m black and there’s not a damn thing that 2 minutes adding air will cause you to miss on MLK day, the parade was this morning, Paul. I was going to come here to get my new tires for my new car considering I’ve never had an issue with any other Discount Tire location, guess I’ll be looking elsewhere.

Assistant Manager Jack Clinton was very patient, informative and thorough. I havent been to a discount tire location in a while and he has now renewed my faith in making discount tire my favorite place for tire work.

I replaced my 4 tires this month. I had asked them to keep one of my tires that was in amazing condition so I could use it as my spare. They didn’t and threw them all out. The assistant manager gave me a card with a phone number and a name to contact, he said he would personally resolve this issue. Now every time I call they disconnect my call and the so called manager won’t take my call. This is extremely upsetting and their costumer service is terrible.

I had an excellent experience at Discount Tire, thanks to Jack and Isiah. From the moment I arrived, they were both incredibly helpful, considerate, and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I fully understood my options and help me when a TPMS sensor wasn’t working properly to resolve the issue. Their customer service was outstanding, and they went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. It's rare to find such a professional and friendly team. I can't say enough good things about them – highly recommend! 5/5 stars!

Got a flat tire, drove it straight here, they said it would be an hour or so wait (lot of people there), had it done in 30 minutes, and filled up my other tires too. Nail was in the tire wall, so it was plugged for free. Wonderful service.

Had a flat tire- went in and got all 4 tire replaced on my BMW Since tire replacement, I have been having tire pressure monitor issue. Initially, I was told to drive around for the sensor to sense my tire pressure. Drove around for 2 days and keeps getting the "tire pressure monitor malfunction" error message. Brought it in, they checked it and said it was fine- just keep driving. It didn't go away so I went to the dealer who said they damaged 2 of the tire pressure monitor sensors and will cost $650 to repair. This is really unacceptable especially after spending $1000+ on the tires already. If they are replacing tires, they should know how to replace them without damaging the tire pressure monitor

Wow! I have never had better service at a auto shop. They helped me with my tire that had multiple screws in it and they did it for free in under 30 minutes. I’m forever grateful to Jordan and the team there!!

BEWARE OF GETTING YOUR AIR FILLED HERE Came here a few weeks ago for the free tire fill/air pressure check. The guy who filled my tires left all of the air caps off of my tires, and I didn't notice for a few weeks. Fast forward- got a flat tire. The two are likely not related, but frustrating nonetheless. Great experience getting my tire replaced here though.

This Discount Tire never disappoints. They always go above and beyond. Busted my tire the day before a long road trip. Not only did they have the tire in stock, they came to my location to change it. I made it to my destination 10 hours later with no issues. Manny and Beto did an amazing job! I am forever grateful.
