Always helpful and typically do exactly what they say. What else can you ask for? Adam was great with organizing the visit, calling me at home when they were slow and got me in immediately. From phone call and back to my house with brand new tires was about 40 minutes. Great guys, will go back when I need anything related to tires...

I will only use discount tire from now on. The manager at this store kept the store open an extra hour to fix my blow out. Great inventory and staff. You don't get customer service like this anymore. Thank you

Services is horrible, nobody checking if your okay. Nobody giving you any direction and when they do the direction given is usually wrong. Be prepared to be unconvinced.

was concerning that employee spent alot of time with people on phone instead of people standing in store. I saw several people leave due to this. there needs to be a more balanced atmosphere, and more employees in the customer area.

I had gone to Discount tire on 290 to change the 2 front tires. As soon as I got out I had a flat from a tire that wasn’t even the one they changed. I couldn’t make it back there so I came to this location on Jones road. Roger was very helpful and notice the valve on the tire was broken. He was kind enough to give me a new valve and change my tire for a new one at no cost. I really recommend this location and come check it out.

They did great work for change tire and balance, some associate a little difficult to communicate especially both side who speak English as a second or third language, however we all learn English from the British so just be nice to each other.

Don't come here if you're in a hurry. They told be it will be about 30 to 45 minutes. It's been an hour and my car hasn't been touched. This is the second time I've had this problem. If they would have said it will be over an hour wait. I would have made other plans

I’ve been to this location twice in the past month due to some bad luck. Both times everyone was great and had fast service. Place was pretty busy when I came in but they still had my car ready in less than a hour. Yall are the best, and special shout out to Luis for taking care of me today!

They ordered my tires and put them on for me in a timely manner. Had an issue with them being out of balance and missing a stem cap, but they fixed those issues quickly.

lazy. plenty of tread on the tire still. they claimed they couldnt plug it. wanted to sell me a new one. went down the street and got it fixed.

I had some issue with my front passenger side tire, and the fixed it for free. The tire was leaking the air after post rainy days and I had no idea what it was Thanks discount tires :)
