Initially, I went early in the AM on 01/09 to get an air check but then realized I needed to get my rotate balance. I went inside and it was crowded so decided to make an appointment and come back next day. I arrived for my 8a appt on time on 01/10 and was not greeted by any of the two gentlemen standing at either counter. A simple “good morning, we will be right with you” would have been fine. Other people walked in immediately after me and were not greeted. I get to the counter to check in and was not given the receipt paper then as I receive normally (nor at check out…I had to go asked for it). Not my experience at other locations, but ok. My car didn’t go into the bay until 8:29a and finished at 8:40a. Kinda rushed but…Ok. They put too much air in what I thought was my back left tire, but was really my front left tire once I took it back around to air check. Apparently, they didn’t reset the tpms so I assume that is why it was registering wrong??? When my tpms is reset my car usually say “please drive to get new measurements” …and no measurements appear until I drive a certain distance…the measurements were appearing which means it couldn’t have been reset. I always check my tires and noticed that one cap was missing and replaced with a generic black plastic one. I had to pull back up again and ask for my cap, as I have a very specific set. A young lady brought out a wrong one at first and then “found” mine and replaced it accordingly. I got home and checked the caps and ALL but the ONE the young lady put on were VERY loose and barely on…I had to tighten them all myself. Not to mention I had to remind them before leaving to please give me back my wheel lock. Because of my experience, I will stick with the Beltway and Wallisville location because this location is a complete no from start to finish. Time management and customer care training needs to be addressed as a priority. On a positive, I did notice ONE young man who greeted a person that walked in 20 min after I had been sitting and waiting for my car to be serviced. This worker even shook the customer’s hand and asked him how he was doing today. He was not one of the ones at the counter upon my arrival. I couldn’t see his name tag but that was the best thing about the experience. Hopefully things went well for the customer that gentleman was helping.

Five star service. Came right to my car and took care of us with a smile and such a great attitude. They went above and beyond with a smile which is so rare these days. They are a great crew, fast and efficient repairing my tire for me. I can not recommend these guys enough. Five stars all the way.

This would have been a five star review but the dismount was really, really off. Great guys on the phone, same great guys at the desk. Very accommodating, very nice. Pleasantly awaited my service. By the time the car was ready the guy was visibly irritated that I did not hear him. He tried to reverse course and asked if I had any questions when I asked about, if the lug nuts were tightened and did they replace the one, which to be clear was a courtesy but appreciated. He shifted right back to irritated..and even had to dress someone down in front of me for not conveying this to them. The front guys obviously had their customer service together, but the last guy was just off putting. I don’t mind human mistakes at all. I do mind having to navigate your emotional triggers. To be clear I work customer service and must hold myself accountable when not giving my best, we are human after all, and they were busy. From about three PM until 4:20 PM was ideal service all the way, it was only the last six minutes. Now I am worried he rage tightened my lug nuts and I asked him not to tighten the others and he proceeded anyway. Yeah I am afraid he vengefully over tightened them.

Avoid this Discount Tire location if possible. I bought four tires on my own and called the place to ask how much they charged to put in my new tire, $32 a piece, like all the other locations. Well, I told them I needed to put four new tires. Instead of charging me $32 for each tire and $3.50 for disposal, here is my charge. They charged $8 for dismount, $8 for the mount, a $35 spin balance special (made-up transaction from them at the counter), and a $3.50 disposal fee. Instead of paying $142 like all other discount tires charged me, I have to pay $219.16. This practice is UNETHICAL and Misguided, in my opinion. They lost my business, and I will avoid this location. For some doubters, I have purchased tires online and installed for many years. I have seen many discount tire locations ripping off customers.They charged me taxes for not buying anything. I have a question for the manager of this location: Is $80 worth losing a customer and trust along the way? Just letting y'all folks to be aware.

Tube una mala experiencia, compre 2 llantas michelin con aseguranza casi 1000 pague, ahora que se les metio un tornillo, fui para reparar 1 y la otra a cambiarla porque no tiene reparacion una de ellas, y me salrn con que las llantas no me la pueden cambiar ni reparar porque estan muy gastadas, es primera ves que las llrvo a reparacio y me salen con eso, creo no se me hace justo pagar 700 dolares por 2 llantas para que despues ellos digan que no se hacen responsable porque las llantas estan muy gastadas eso no me lo explicaron cunado compre las llantas junto con la aseguranza, busque un lugar donde sean responsables

This location corrected the mistake of the location i went to on Antoine. I got 2 tires from them and 4 sensors. They reassured me before i left that they tested everything, and the sensors will program as i drive the bmw (typical procedure for these cars). As i drove, the progress didn't change from 0%. I stopped by this location, and the gentleman quickly figured out that one of the sensors wasn't communicating well, so he replaced it, and everything was programmed within about 15 minutes of driving. From my experience, this was a true expert!

I Went to get one of my tires fixed and everyone there was very friendly. They gave me options for new tires. A Few weeks later I decided to purchase the new tires. The process was quick and they had really good rates.

Mike S. took good care of us the day before yesterday! I forgot to acknowledge him, but today I made sure that I gave him the praise for the excellent service he rendered to us the day after the storm. He had such a cheerful attitude like nothing happened, meanwhile he came to work and served us with a smile on his face. He left me a few tips about my tires that I wasn’t aware of before I left.
