Glad to have the help. An air check last week proved to be insufficient, the tire was inspected without any findings, was topped off again. All appears well now.

I ordered a set of tires this morning and had not expected them to be delivered until Monday during my appointment however, Jay called me Immediately once delivered (same day). to get them installed. He handed me off to his coworkers, Armando, who was very professional and made everything, smooth and easy truly a great experience. I was in and out in less than 30 min Thank you to you both

My husband took our car to this location to check a low tire and rotate tires! He was first in line but they took other people before him! They told him 45 minutes and my husband finally told them to cancel order after the 55 minutes! But they went out to get car and did deduct 50 dollars but that was inexcusable service

This isn't a bad review about the store. Friendly staff. This is for corporate. Please help me understand why it takes over 2 hours to get a tire delivered. Auto part stores don't even take this long. Get it together, you guys are a great service. This makes no sense. Thank you Armando and the staff.

Discount Tires 9415 Cypress Creek Pkwy Sept-9-24 I am not one to usually do reviews, however, I was so impressed with the service I received at this location, not just me everyone who entered that store were treated with respect and kindness, the guys do a great job of telling you what is going on with your vehicle and what your options are, George found out my sensors for my tire pressure we off, he reprogrammed my sensors, found the screw in my tire and helped me get new tires I could afford. I had to return the next day to get everything done, it was pouring down rain, they allowed me to pull my car into one of the stalls even before they knew what I was there for, thank you guys for the Awesome work you do for your customers!!! You Guys Are Amazing!! Shawn

If I could give this place 0 stars, believe me, I would. I haven't been here in a while, brought in 3 of my company trucks for new tires, and 2 more to just have the air filled 3 tires were wobbly 1 had a lug nut missing, then my other trucks sat waiting for an hour just to get air in the tires definitely will not be using this location again service was horrible 3 techs just sitting there not doing anything not helping the others. Not what it was 3 years ago

One of my tires had a screw and they patched it quickly. They were helpful over the phone and then Matt helped me at the store. The quality of their customer service is refreshing.

I came in with an appointment. Appointments don’t mean much. I’m already 20 minutes late returning to work and my car is still in the bay. Their tracker says my car should be ready 15 minutes ago. I’ll save myself the headache and use Costco next time. Edited to add … for 10 minutes it says my car is complete, but it isn’t. Tech says they’re finishing up now. The manager handed me $20 to apologize for the delay before I left.

I had a front passenger side tire blow out not far from this Discount Tire. Put my spare on (had help from family :⁠-⁠) and was at the Discount Tire Store before they opened. As soon as they opened someone came out to greet me and I got the tires I wanted and was back on the road quickly! No hassle, no pressure, great service.

Yesterday, I revisited the 1960 near Perry location. I was apprehensive, as my last visit was not at all good. I made an appointment for this AM. They honored my warranty and price match. The level of engagement and communication was unmatched. They had me out with new wheels in one hour. This is the type of service which I am used to at Discount Tire. Thank you George for your help and communication! This location has regained my patronage. 👍💯

Tyler was the most amazing Technician that I’ve had the pleasure of encountering! During hurricane Beryl, I caught a flat and my usual location was closed. I was directed to Tyler’s store, and he went above and beyond to provide me with the service that I deserved! It’s such a rare quality to have the level of skill that Tyler has not only in Service expertise, but in Character. He went above and beyond to ensure that I was able to leave with a new tire today! They fixed our puncture for free, I don’t know how that works but I was very happy. We’ll be coming back here for any tyre related needs. Jay helped me out and was very friendly and polite.

This place is a complete waste of time. I called ahead of time and asked about the wait time before arriving. I was told hardly no customers were in the lobby. I was lied to and when I came around 8 customers were waiting and there were only 2 service advisors. There were only 2 mechanics working on cars. I was ignored the whole time and waited over 20 minutes. Customers that came in after me were seen while I was still waiting. Eventually I got up and left.

Amazing service! The staff are very helpful. I did my tires here a couple of months ago after getting two flat tires. I was advised to put insurance on the tires I purchased from here and I did. Yesterday I received flat tires from screws being on the road. I came back to discount tire and they were able to help me resolve the issue quickly. I didn’t have to pay a thing.

Wonderful experience. I arrived a little after 9am and was out by 9:45am. I needed wheel hob bushings for my customs wheels and it was done well by torquing the lug nuts to factory specifications. Very pleased. Nice service at this location.
