Super fast and easy! Got us an appointment within 30 minutes of calling. Good selection of tires and the staff is all very kind/helpful. Mark was super energetic and cool! He had everything locked down and under control. 10/10 staff this place is gold. Took under 45 minutes to get our tires on

It definitely pays (time wise) to book an appointment online😫. Service at the counter was professional/polite. They got really busy within the last hour of business with only 2 salesman behind the counter but they didn’t hesitate to address everyone who entered that they would be right with them. A 3rd guy came to help wait on customers that pushed things along smoothly. For all of the workers to be young, they had really nice mannerisms out in the shop(tire techs). Got a nice deal on a set of decent tires. 🛞. I will update on the quality of the tires once the alignment is done but so far the ride is an improvement from feeling every crack in the pavement. Keep up the good work guys. The flow of customers/cars in and out was smooth. No fussy customers / no rude nor slow service. 👏👍

Some of the guys here are a little lazy. Waited almost 10 minutes behind another car in air check lane. Car in front of me not getting air yet but 3 employees standing around near the air check area just chatting having a good time. Bad customer service.

What's the point of setting up an appointment if people are just going to get serviced before you even after showing up after you. I never had a problem the other time I visited this location but I guess management must have changed. Good thing there are several other locations.

I went to this location this morning due the low tire pressure warning in my car. The CSR told me that one of my rear tires had a nail, the two front tires needed to be replaced as well as the windshield wipers. I agreed and paid for the services. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes as I was the first customer. However as I was traveling to work I noticed my steering wheel vibrating. Believing that it is a balancing issue I went to another location closer to my job after work. One of the wheels that was replaced is missing a wheel weight. Now I am having to wait between 1-2 hours for a service that should have been taken care of this morning. This is a major inconvenience to me. Even though the job was done quickly it was not done correctly. I prefer quality service over quantity.

I work very close to this Discount Tire location and after experiencing a low tire pressure went there at a coworker's recommendations. Though I did not buy my tires from them, they were incredibly attentive and expeditious at fixing my tire which had a large nail in it. Though I inquired about payment, they just told me to be on my way .. that the whole thing required no payment. Wow! I was blown away by the whole experience. I will definitely think about getting my tires from this very location next time around. Highly recommended them.

JJ Manager is so professional, and when I came in to get some work done on my car. He totally took ownership and made my experience a really positive one. This will be my go to place moving forward when he comes to discount tires.

They always take care of me and here I've been getting my tires at this location for over 15 years... I would never go anywhere else. And they have a great Network of Nationwide stores in case you have a flat, rotation, or a near free new tire if you have the warranty..

This is one of the best locations in town. Friendly and quick service usually in and out within an hour. They are always transparent with services needed. Also, their wiper blades are top notch. I switched out my Jeep ones and notice a big difference.

Called last minute to get in around 9am. Store had the exact tires i needed. Arrived 9am. Tires were mounted and the car was done by 9:30am with a reasonable price. Will be back for future services Update: had something puncture my side wall. Tire was replaced and had three others balanced and rotated for 40$. Good service

Had to replace a tire with a side wall puncture. Service rep advised that the entire needed to be replaced as they had 69,000+ miles and were very worn. They took care of the car within a couple of hours. Great service and very courteous staff!!
