Trustable brand. I got all my family cars under Discount Tire. This morning, I got a flat tire issue, and dropped off there. However, the problem was not a simple flat tire and my rim needed replaced. Joshua and Cody treated my tire as their high priority. They called the local store and ordered the available rim right away. Eventually, they got everything done with 2.5 hours, plus my flat tire got covered by their warranty program. Very pleasant experience and trustworthy services even in this random branch.

I'll start off by telling you I worked as a mechanic for 10 years. I had 2 tires I bought online installed here and a one time tire balance (all wheels) they tried to sell me a extended warranty which I denied and the young man at the counter said are you sure? I responded the manufacturers limited warranty is good enough. He told me they don't have a warranty (Goodyear). This is a lie, all major name brand tire companies have a limited warranty for defects based upon mileage driven or the amount of tread lost. I asked if they had a tire disposal fee which he said yes they do. I opted to keep my old tires so I didn't have to pay this fee. They did an excellent job mounting, balancing and torquing the tires to spec. I asked them to fill up my spare while they were at it. I asked if they did upon receiving my keys back, the gentleman paused then said "Yes". This was a lie I checked the pressure with 2 different gauges and both read the same 40PSI, should be 60PSI. So I filled the spare to 60 at the shop were I work, so that service wasn't done. As soon as I drove away I could tell the 2 new tires were overinflated, I could feel every single small bump during driving. Went to my jobs shop and checked the pressure of the 2 new tires. They were at 45PSI. They should have been at 33PSI, I put them at the proper PSI and the ride was nice and smooth after. This could have been ignorance or a bad tire pressure gauge, I can't say. I checked the torque of all 4 tires with my ½ Torque wrench. I set it to 85ft/lbs, the torque spec for my car is 80ft/lbs. The torque wrench clicked before I was able to slight tighten the lug nut, so they torqued the wheels perfectly. The wheel balance was also on point with no vibration at 60mph or more. All in all it was a good experience besides the 2 lies and the improper PSI on the 2 new tires and the spare.

Juve helped me out yesterday and adjusted my sensors because one of my tires was showing low air but the sensor was off so it was showing the wrong tire was low. Juve was very helpful and went the extra mile. Highly recommend this place!

Discount Tires is still the best. Every once in awhile I have checked their competitor for whatever reason but end up going back to Discount Tire. Tip, always buy the certificates. I've never regretted getting the certificates and I almost always end up using them.

They need to listen a little better. They just put my spare in the back and didn't mount it on the spare rim. Wasted another morning having that done.

This Discount Tire location used to be excellent but not anymore. Every time I get my vehicle tires rotated and balanced, I have to return the same day because the tire pressure indicator comes on after the rotate and balance! Today I took my daughter’s vehicle in to have 2 new tires installed. Once again, the tire indicator light came on! In addition to this, the wheel was vibrating a lot! I had to waste more time to take the vehicle back for them to redo the tire balance! One they did the tire balancing AGAIN, the wheel problem was resolved. Why was the balancing not done correctly the first time??? What is going on at this business??? They need to hire more experienced employees who really know what they’re doing. At this point, I have to seriously consider using a different business when I need to buy new tires!

This is the only place I will go to for tires. Aaron, the service rep is awesome! He is polite, efficient, and very personable. This is the location on Katy Frwy between Wilcrest and Kirkwood. Would highly recommend them!

My rental car had a slow leak, I pulled into Discount Tire to ask for some air. The staff helped right away and said the tire was too low for air but they'd fix my leak free of charge! So I left the car with them for an hour or so and they fixed my tire for free, can't beat that! Highly recommend!

Please train your workers to give accurate information. Also, please train your younger mechanics in people skills. Finally, properly assign workers to provide simple services such as putting air in tires, any time of day it is needed instead of telling the customer (who could be a senior and disabled) they have no one available to do it. I ended up going to TireLink, who gave me fast, friendly, professional service.

The low tire pressure light came on right as I was driving to work. Went to Discount Tire at I10 and Kirkwood. They found the screw and did it for no cost. I was so happy and knew I will be returning for any tire issue.

Came out from our hotel this morning to find our tire blown out. Luckily this Discount was right next door but we were still worried about getting home in time for work, especially now that we were getting two new tires. I mentioned this to attendant and they had us back on the road in about 40 minutes, maybe less. We’re very impressed and grateful, thank yall!

I always get my tires at Discount Tire. They are getting one star for making so many people wait for so long. With an appointment I had to wait an hour for my car to be seen. What is the point of making an appointment? All in all took 1.5 hours for two tires which were done nicely. Just wish there was a point to an appointment

I came in last week with my tire sensor light on. They checked my tires and measured air. 3 of 4 were low and 1 was really low. They aired up and told me to come back if problems. Well, several days later the light came back on. They brought my car in and inspected further to find out there was a nail in one of the tires. They plugged and put it back on. Very good! Thank you for keeping me safe!

Overall, I really like Discount Tire and have used them for years at various locations for years. That being said, this is the only location that needs to look at who handles the tire air check lane. Today was the 3rd time I have been there in the last 30 days where I pulled in to get my air pressure checked and ultimately ended up leaving after sitting there for roughly 20 minutes. This never happens at other locations. Just remove air check lane option all together and don't advertise it if it's something that is no longer an option at this location.

This is the best Discount I've been to. Mike the manager ended up helping me out this last time and saved me a bunch of money and educated me on some things I wasn't aware of. The other time I was here Nico took good care of my wheels and set me up with a great tire and rim combo. Can't say enough about the workers here and how nice they've been over the 4 visits I've had here. I go out of my way to visit this location specifically. The waits are usually faster as well.

Will leave my original review down below but am happy with the latest work on my vehicle. Updates the stars. Appreciate Michael for helping me out and restoring my trust in this company. 💪 After more than 8 years visiting this location, and $6k+ spent on tires for different vehicles, I've finally had enough. One of the last times I was there they scratched the wheels on my Mercedes and I didn't catch it till a few days later as I was under the weather. Recently I went in to ask for a favor regarding a car that was being totaled and they were completely unable to help. I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on. A shame as they are incredibly convenient to get to :(
