I recently purchased two tires, only to discover upon arrival at the store that the original selection was unavailable. However, I was pleased to receive exceptional service from a manager, I believe his name was Bryan, who resolved the issue without any additional charge. Furthermore, the service was completed approximately 15 minutes ahead of the estimated timeframe.

Irritated. I went to get air put in my tires. They did that just great, but forgot to put MY caps back on my car. I got one random cap and no cap at all put back on the right side of my car. Minor thing but still incredibly annoying.

overall high quality experience. the staff are all very professional, courteous and fast in all the work they do. i have been shopping at this discount tire since early 2000 and it is a testament to why discount tire has been in business decade after decade. it is always a seamless, easy, practical, fast, efficient, and effective experience shopping at discount tire, see you guys in a few years! p.s. my car is driving like its new again

Have been coming to this location for the better part of 6-7 years between all the different cars I’ve had. Even when one of my studs got messed up on my Honda they pitched in and paid to get it fixed. Bought all sorts of tires from summer to winter for all the different cars I’ve had. Deal mainly with Blaze as he is quite nice and always have a pleasant experience! If you come here ask for blaze!

Inconsistent service and not usually honest. If you don't know the basics, you can get fleeced in my experience. I've tried this location numerous times over the last 20 years because we have 5 vehicles in our household. I have caught them lying or just being ignorant multiple times. I get that they are on the business of selling tires, but the thing is, tires eventually wear out. So lying to replace them before they're needed isn't really necessary. We will be back if you are honest. Most recently, I took in a tire that had a very slow leak. The counter rep had them submerse the tire in the tank and showed me a tiny bubble coming from the edge of the rim. He told me the whole wheel was bad and that I would need a new one. Of course, I would need a new set of four wheels if I wanted them to match. I asked him why it couldn't just be a bad seat around the bead (where the tire meets the rim) but he insisted it was a bad wheel and he'd seen it many times. So I left and took it to a smaller local tire shop down Hwy 6 and asked them to clean the bead area and re-seat the tire. I haven't had any problems with that tire since. I also had another counter guy tell me a tire wasn't round on my truck, and he couldn't rotate it for safety reasons. Well, roundness is a claim that can be verified and measured in short order, plus I would have noticed vibration or noise, especially at highway speeds. But rather than prove his claim, he said he could tell by looking at it. I pointed out that this tire had recent mud stains on the edges that gave the illusion of a different edge, but that if you looked at real edge of the tire, you could see it was still round. He stood by his clam because he wanted to sell a new set of tires rather than continue providing the "lifetime" balance and rotation. Also their service is fast but can be sloppy. On their last tire rotation on a different vehicle, they chipped the wheels around the lugs and dented my hub covers on two of my wheels. I gave them two stars because their prices are competitive but now I think it should be one because they have been bad on multiple occasions.

I've been using the store on 6602 Hwy6 North for over 20 years and have always had five star treatment. I also purchase a lot of tires and they're always consistant at what they do. And what they do, they do best. I got a lot of help today from Blaze, and he has excellent customer service.

The front tires on our Class C RV were clearly out of balance (also they were seven years old, don't ask why I didn't replace them along with the four on the back axle last June). We were going to pass right by this store so I gave them a call. I explained our situation and that we were 45 feet long with trailer, so Adrian meet us at the street and directed us to the parking lot behind the store to keep us out of the congestion. The tires were replaced while we grabbed lunch nearby, and we were on our way about an hour later. The new Michelins on front are marvelous, making our return to Waco a breeze. Kudos to Adrian and everyone involved in this tire install!

Mr. Bryan, one of the gentlemen that manage this shop, had the upmost professional service! His communication and delivery of customer service was impeccable. I highly recommend this location. It was a pleasure to go there for tires.

Service was absolutely terrible. 9/27/24 1:40pm (Bryan) let not one not two but three cars cut in front of me today when trying to get my tires aired up. Why were the 3 cars that came before me serviced first. Bryan is very bad at his job and has terrible customer service as well as terrible sense of awareness. Discount Tires needs to retrain him because he obviously doesn’t know or care about what he is doing.
