I was 4 hours away from home on a work trip in a foreign neighborhood when my two passenger tires popped. I pulled to the side of the road & called the nearest discount tire. Juan answered & was SO HELPFUL. He checked to make sure they had my tires in stock, made me an appointment, & helped me decide what kind of tow I needed to get there. In addition, I had insurance on the tires so the cost was minimal. I was on the road in 2 hours. This could have been super stressful but it went super smooth because of Juan. Thank you so much, Juan & team. You were truly a lifesaver. (This happened in December)

My sister stopped to get her tires checked because her indicator light had come on. There was a young man checking vehicles in front of us, and then we drove up. This young man was so helpful and had a wonderful attitude. He absolutely has the best customer service skills. We were there for approximately 10 minutes, and he asked why she had so many miles she said, "Because we went to Louisiana a lot to Delta downs," he said he liked going also. It's refreshing to come in contact with someone who loves their job and does it well. I very rarely give 5 stars, this young man deserves them.. Thank you for your excellent customer service.. I didn't get his name, which I regret..

I have had THE WORST year with tires. I’m not driving differently, not taking different roads. I probably end up coming in here once a month. Alllll the ppl that work here know us. But I am so grateful for their warranty program. It’s truly saved us soo much. Homer is a great employee and normally my go to if there isn’t a wait. I’m normally in and out within an hour

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience deserves it! I've been to several Discount Tire locations, but this one truly stands out as the best. If I could give them a 10-star rating, I would! After spending a week driving all over Houston because other places said my tire couldn’t be fixed due to a missing wheel lock (which the dealership lost), I was frustrated. Other shops told me I’d have to leave my car for an entire day, which wasn’t feasible for me. As soon as I pulled up to this Discount Tire, I was warmly greeted. A young gentleman offered to check things out while I waited inside, and within minutes, he came back to let me know they could take care of it quickly. The manager, who wore glasses, was also fantastic and clearly leads a great team. In under 30 minutes, they had everything fixed for a great price, and I was back on the road. Truly an exceptional experience!

Love visiting discount tire, the technicians are always so helpful, friendly and timely efficient. Omar was so nice when I came in today with a flat tire. He turned the inconvenience to a quick fix and also helped me get new wipers while I was at it! So great.

What you pay for you get. My old 70,000 mile Michlen tires went 120,000 miles Now I bought a real less expensive tires, you Can feel the difference , it's not smooth ridding anymore

I got those tires from this store 3 years ago. I've been doing my rotation and balance every 5k miles. As soon as the sales person knew I have a CC with them, my tires are 6 years old, cracked, slippery and NO SERVICIBLE ANY MORE for my own safety. THIS PLACE DO NOT HONOR CERTIFICATES instead they make excuses and try to sell you new tire. Also I love it when they get my clean truck all dirty and greasy on a tire rotation and balance! I dont think anyone at any level cares at this store and you will waste your time regardless if you have an appointment or not.NEVER BUYING AGAIN ANYMORE HERE!

I had a smooth experience ordering online through their user-friendly interface—coming from a UX designer, that says a lot! I even got an extra Labor Day discount. They also price-match, which is a great bonus. When I arrived at my scheduled time, the customer service was top-notch, very kind, and double-checked everything. I was in and out fast—arrived at 9:10am, left by 9:45am. Professional service all around. Highly recommend! 🦾🤝🏻 🚙 🛞 P.S. You can split your payments with Affirm program within checkout.

Brought my suv here to see if they could replace or repair my tire that had 2 nails in it. Henry took good care of us, and explained everything very well. My tired was repaired in about an hour. Overall this location has fast and great service, would recommend to fix or replace your tires!

Given they are busy..you would think someone could realize they need more chairs instead of making people stand..Friendly enough staff... Came for a damaged tire..and told it would be 2 hours to put it on.. interesting considering they have a glass window where you can watch them...working...but also goofing around pushing each other and three people standing not working?..also they told us Gulf Freeway location that we bought two tires from overcharged us $15 per tire as they ring them as the wrong tire and I would need to go to that location to get refund. Also told Gulf Freeway put new tires on the front instead of back which is wrong, but this location is going to replace the damaged tire in the front again..?
