Fantastic job! Josh took care of checking in and David and the crew kept me informed with what was going on. I do recommend making an appointment, and in total I was in and out of there in under 30 minutes. This discount tire should be a case study on how service and efficiency standards! Price was affordable, they helped me decide on tires and i landed on the Nitto AT terra grapplers, they fit my tacoma well and ride pretty smooth.

I bought some tires from Discount Tire; one of the reasons was the lifetime warranty services they offered. When I brought my truck to this location today, one of the front desk guys didn’t want to rotate my tires. He stated that the front driver tire was worn out and He wasn’t going to do it. They should put this in the policy instead of advertising a lifetime warranty. They didn’t honor what they sold me liars.

I’m just here to shout out Jerimiah, who helped me with my Mustang Gt today! I came in for a flat tire and ended up needing to replace all 4 of my Michelin supersport tires. They only had 2 Michelins in the exact size I already had (and I didn’t want to have to wait for them to order some) so he recommended putting Continental Sport+ 275/35’s in the rear and replacing my Michelin supersports 255/35 in the front. I was skeptical of using a different tire brand in the rear as I’m not familiar with Continental but I trusted his judgement. I’m glad I did. I could tell the difference in ride quality immediately, along with increased grip. I love how much smoother and planted my car feels now. This location is always busy whenever I’ve come by, but they do move as quickly as they can and provide good customer service while doing it. I appreciate that they’re pretty accurate with their time of completion estimate as well. I also come here occasionally to air up my tires for free (quick and easy) when they get low which is really convenient. All in all, great experience👍🏾 P.S. Give Jerimiah a raise!

This location has friendly professionals with punctual services. I ordered my tires online and scheduled a 9:30AM appointment the following day. When I arrived on the day of appointment at 9:15AM, a courteous customer service agent named David checked me in. The new tires were installed timely, and my car was ready by 9:40AM. This is my 2nd time visiting this Discount Tire location, and it doesn't disappoint.

Came to the facility to get tread checked and the young man at the air pressure station just shared that he didn’t have the machine. I should go inside and wait in line instead. Very inconvenient. I left.

I made an appointment for 2:30 for just a tire balance and rotation… arrived at 2:25… at 3:15 was told it would be another 20 minutes… what’s the point in making an appointment? Should’ve taken 30 min or less…

Worst service. They told me my car is next but still they pull other 5cars and when I asked they told me they did online appointments so we have to pull them. So what is point to come in store there is no value of time. Waiting for more than 2hrs. Worst service ever.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever! I went in yesterday to get the tires on my trailer rebalanced, and valve stem caps to be put on the truck tires. Because they never remember to put caps on. Figured I'd leave it there for an hour cause they were super busy. Went to pick up the truck and trailer. They were still busy so they just handed me my keys and that was it. I went and looked over the work. Still no caps on the truck tires, and the trailer tires never got rebalanced. Told them they never balanced the tires and they claimed they did. Here's how I know they never rebalanced, like they claim they did: 1) there are no preexisting weight marks where the last weights were at. I know there will be marks cause I worked in a tire shop for 2 years. 2) one of the tires didn't even have any weights on it 3) if they did remove the wheels from the trailer, someone would definitely notice that there's something broken underneath. The fact that they didn't mention the issue to me shows that they do not care about their customers. When I asked them why the issue wasn't brought to my attention, one guy stated that they do not look at that type of stuff. How can you miss it as shown in the picture. All they did was replace the old weights with new ones and put them in the same spot. In the video, you can see that the weights on the front are new, but the weights on the inside are obviously old. Now they want to play me as a fool. Straight lying to my face. One guy got so upset at me that he threw valve stem caps at my truck! Another guy ended up walking away from me. These people need to be fired and get an attitude adjustment

Don't waste your time with this place. I moved to the area a year ago and started coming to this Discount Tire location. The first time I came in to get a tire rotation, they cross threaded 3 of my lug nuts. They give you a repair form to go to an auto shop to get them fixed no questions asked. Fine- a day of inconvenience. I go to this same shop to get my tires rotated 6 months later, they say they can't because there's more studs cross threaded. The manager pulls me aside and first asks me who rotated the tires last. Guess who? Then tells me it's my car that's the problem and it's common on this type of car. I've owned this vehicle for 6 years and never had a single cross thread with at least a dozen tire rotations. Plus, if you know this is a common issue, why aren't you being more careful? Only since visiting this shop has this happened. It's incredibly inconvenient to drive to another shop, leave your car there for the day or overnight, and coordinate a pickup. Even better, the first shop they tried to send me to is 25 minutes away. If that's the case, they need to start reimbursing for time, gas, and mileage. This last time I went in for a rotation, there was an older gentleman who was right in front of me in line with a bag of lug nuts and broken studs and said 3 of the 4 studs on one wheel had snapped when he tried to change his tire. So no, it's not just my particular vehicle. If you hand start a lug nut and don't ram it on there with an impact wrench, it will not cross thread. This isn't rocket science. A tire place that does this type of business should be the gold standard in tire care, training, and techniques. This place has an accountability and training problem. If you like being inconvenienced then keep going here. If they haven't cross threaded your lug nuts yet, it's likely a matter of time. No customer should be subject to this kind of "work". Side Note: I've taken my car to other Discount Tire locations with 6 vehicles over the years, purchased dozens of tires from their stores, and never had an issue. Discount Tire has always treated me correctly and made up for their mistakes, but I won't be returning to this particular location again and I would advise you find another place as well. It's a shame because it's 5 minutes from my house. The inconvenience is just not worth it anymore.

I bought full warranty on my 4 tires, I been there with flat tires and they have replace or fix tires at no additional cost and pretty quick service without prior appointment. They have plenty of locations which is great because you never now when or where you will have an emergency. I also have a free road assist through my dealership so I have a perfect combo. I’m not sure if discount tire offer that service but it will be great and they could offer road assist as well.

I was on the way to the airport with my parents and caught a flat. I’ve used Discount many times in the past, but pulled into this location as it was the closest. The place was hopping! However, I was helped in a timely manner, had clear expectations set (which were exceeded), and was on my way again MUCH faster than anticipated. My family all noticed that everyone was hustling, appeared to be efficient, and legitimately seemed to enjoy what they were doing! A frustrating circumstance was made much more bearable by their positivity and efficiency. Special shout out to Billy (manager) and Tyler (who helped us directly). Much appreciation to them and their team!

This review may seem strange as a five star review - the folks at Discount Tire did not get things right at first. Or at second. But they stuck with it and made things right in the end. And that’s worth a five star rating. I went in with my 2014 Avalon tire sensor light on. All 4 sensors needed replacing with the batteries dead after 10 years. Discount Tire replaced them and sent me on my way but the light was still on. I brought the car back and they swapped out the new sensors for a different set. Same story. Discount suggested I drive it for a few days to see if the sensors would connect. They did not. So I called the dealer who told me that “only they” could initialze new sensors. $180 later the dealer told me the wrong sensors were used and my only option was to spend another $800 for them to redo the whole job. No thanks. So I took my leave from the dealer and back to Discount Tire. Third time the charm, the right sensors were discovered, everything working. Then Discount refunded me for what the dealer had charged me - which was the majority of what Discount Tire had charged for the sensors to begin with. Apparently Toyota tire sensors can be tricky depending on where the car was manufactured. Sometimes the measure of a place is how they respond when things don’t go right the first time. Discount Tire put the customer first in my case and kept me whole. So five stars.

Went in it 8:00 a.m. Car was ready by 8:30. I'm going to give a big thanks to Angel and Tyler. They were very helpful, kind, and professional. Wonderful service. They noticed an issue with another tire and replaced it under warranty. This is the only place you should buy tires. Thanks again Tyler and Angel.

Went on a Monday morning hoping they were slow. Unfortunately they were very busy. Didn't matter, I was helped quickly. Needed 4 tires on my Civic. Showed me lots of options, went with a house brand. Great price. In and out in less than an hour. This DTC location is awesome.
