Stephen was incredible. He was extremely knowledgeable, and helped me make the right decisions for my vehicle. Coming into these spaces as a woman can be intimidating, but he made me feel comfortable and in control. I love discount tire and will always recommend this location! I was in and out with 4 new tires in 30 minutes (without an appointment!)

This is my second visit to Discount Tire on TC Jester. These young men are actively and energetically working nonstop. They are all exetremely courteous and you cannot beat Teddy and his friendly, welcoming smile upon arrival. Kirbie, Matthew and Jacynto were all customer service oriented and knowledgeable. I will definitely be a returning customer to this location.

Every person I encountered was friendly. I recommend making an appointment, as I did, since they were quite busy. Despite the rush, everything was well-organized and streamlined. Oliver serviced my car by removing a nail, and they didn’t charge me anything for it. The service was excellent—fast, friendly, and professional. I would definitely recommend them!

Team and leadership here should be proud of the job they do. Efficient, got the sales pitch down, well staffed, all with an attitude to get stuff done. Significantly better experience than going to Costco and dealing with waiting/schedule. You likely pay a little more here but the convenience is well worth it.

They underestimate wait times. Ended up waiting 6 hours over 2 different days. Took them hours to get my vehicle in the bay despite having an appointment just for them to figure out that the wrong tires were ordered. So I had to come back the next day and wait more hours for the vehicle to even be taken into the bay for work. The guys are nice enough but the organization of this shop is messy. Don’t believe their timeline estimates

El servicio es bueno los chicos bilingues y muy amables. Pero ya estoy cansada de regresar tantas veces por que desde que compré mis llantas nuevas aquí mismo, se les sale el aire a dos de ellas. Es una molestia estar regresando por que no queda bien, y cada vez tengo que estar esperando mucho tiempo por el servicio, así sea solo aire para las llantas.

I love discount tire. But this is not my regular discount tire. If your car allows you to go somewhere else. Please do so, they don’t check all the tires don’t do the repairs well. You can take up to 45 minutes just getting your air check and it just does not make sense.

I started my Monday morning off with a nail in my tire. I took into vehicle to Discount Tire to get my tire fixed.. The customer service I received was like no other. I appreciated getting taken care of in a timely manner and everyone was so kind. Chris took great care of me. It’s not everywhere you go that people are this kind and truly care about the customer.

It took 5 visits to get a replacement tire. I find it common across most discount tire locations that the employees will push blame on the vehicle or the driver and not the product or the employee. That’s how most companies operate.

Loved the customer experience here, from the drive up check-in, the service journey tracker, to the friendly and respectful demeanor of each staff person I interacted with. Even though they were really busy the day before Thanksgiving, my car was in the bay 20 mins after arriving and service had me out before my drop dead time for Thanksgiving travel. Also happy with their product availability.

Ordered tires here for a new car I bought. They placed the new tires on wheels I brought into the store and then mounted them on my car. These guys were very professional and methodic in their installation approach. I appreciate it!

So I had my tires checked for leaks then rotated, and later on that day I lost the wheel cover to my Yaris, so I called, and the Manager I spoke with was highly empathetic and said I got you, and I will leave a note so just come in. When I arrived this morning I spoke with a manager who stated I will take care of it and walked me over to the computer and ordered a new set of wheel covers, and said as soon as they come in, we'll call you. Outstanding job and first class customer service. Appreciate y'all.

Had an appointment for 12pm on a Saturday and was out by 12:50pm. Service is quick and more importantly, they do a great job. After I changed my tires, my car’s internal tire pressure monitor readings were completely off. The technicians triple checked that they were putting the correct air pressure into my tires before sending me off. I really appreciate their attention to detail and safety. My car pressure monitor eventually corrected itself after driving about 5 mins, and I was so relieved that the technicians didn’t trust my car’s instrumentation at first.

Hands down, the best tire experience I’ve had. Not only was did they do a great job in a timely manner but the customer care could not have been better. Johani really made my visit to get my tire patched a pleasant one.

My experience on the day of the visit was great. They were very polite and timely. However the next day driving the car for a 4 hour trip was not pleasant with lots of shaking. I stopped 3 hours down the road at a discount tire which told me they left the old weights on, did not balance the tires and stripped a stud. I now have to go back to them to have that fixed. This has made for Many extra stops and inconveniences that could have been avoided.

The location near my house had a 2 hour wait, so i drove a bit further to this one, and they repaired my flat tire and got me on the way in about 30min. Super courteous staff and great workmanship!

They stripped a lug nut which I totally understand is just something that happens. This was on a Saturday. The problem is they sent me to a place that is closed on Saturday. They initially didn’t offer to compensate for the cost and inconvenience. I called back and was offered a refund of the service cost. I talked them up to $100 since I would have to take time off of work to get it fixed. I’m waiting on the lug nut repair and was quoted 3 hours (so here until 12 noon). This means a loss of 4 hours of work, at close to $40/hr, so I lose net of $160 on my paycheck. Funny how nobody from discount tire offered to compensate anything until I asked about it. I guess it’s business and they have to make their money too. But heads up for future customers. Do not let them take advantage of you. The employees were nice about it but I am annoyed I even had to ask for compensation. Also annoyed to not be at work right now.

What a phenomenal experience. The truest example of what customer service needs to be. They will go to any length to earn your business. I ordered a set of Rocky Mountains (Discount Tire's brand) but the tires were mishandled in transit for a week, it happens, however; they stepped up and set me up with the next best tires at no extra cost. Flavio, you are the best at every level my man. A+
