If you don't have pristine tires they won't do your alignment. They will try to force you to buy new tires or they won't alignment your vehicle. Complete waste of time.

Purchased tires about 4 months ago. Started having a problem with my tire light coming on. Taken it to the Pearland location on Broadway they put air in it and said nothing to worry about. Wrong 😔 still having a problem and this Gulf freeway location is very slow in finding out having me wait almost two hours 😔😔 Going to go elsewhere from now on 😔

From the moment we arrived the crew at Discount Tire was respectful and courteous. We needed a wheel alignment for our vehicle and it was performed with amazing speed. We were in and out within thirty 30 minutes. Kudos to Discount Tire and the crew. Thank you.

I always have a great experience at discount tire but this time was the icing on the cake. Jose, the manager went above and beyond and help me get back on the road without any delay for an 8 hr drive. He got a tire from another store because their store didn’t have the specific one I needed. Great service

Robert Green runs this Discount store like a Swiss watch. I came in and was immediately approached and addressed the concerns on the tires on my truck. Robert took a look at the tires and explained to me the options and got me taken care of with a great set of tires and wheels. They were able to get my truck in with very little wait and Justin did a great job of getting everything mounted up balanced and got me out the door without any problems. I highly suggest if you need tires go to Discount tire if you’re able to get over to this location, I promise you you’ll be taken care of and given a good deal while you’re at it ! Heck, they even have an alignment machine there now to check alignment on the vehicles! Thanks again, Robert !

Really shitty experience, was told they couldn’t repair my tire because it had a slash in it, which is total bs. Waited almost 2 hours just for 1 tire change. After asking for eta twice finally got my question answered. Could’ve just went to Walmart will not be returning.

The wife had a nail on one of her tires. I was able to set up an appointment. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Fast and Friendly Service.

Would not recommend this location. Purchased 4 new tires. After I paid I discovered my tires were not balanced correctly, I was missing multiple wheel bolts (that were NOT missing prior) and missing custom tire valve caps (that were NOT missing prior), the interior of my car had black stained hand prints everywhere. The employee Christopher who had done my alignment was the reason I had a dirty interior because he did not wash his hands that were covered in debris. My car shook like a roller coaster while driving after I just bought a complete set of new tires and gotten an alignment, it has never driven like that before so I knew something wasn’t right. If you are a lady, do not go to this location because the staff does not care about taking your money to do an incomplete job, ruining your car’s interior, or making sure your car is in better condition than when it came. Will never return to this location!

Update: Robert contacted me from the store today (2 days after my visit) and addressed my concerns. Glad that Discount Tire is willing to work hard to keep a loyal customer. I will be back. Original Review: Discount Tire used to be the only place I would buy my tires, was always competitive or lowest price, plus great value on replacement warranty. Not so much anymore. A couple months ago, shopping for tires for wife’s car and Discount Tire’s were higher priced than competitors. Then again a month later for my daughter’s car. Tires more, installation cost more, replacement warranty more. Purchased both elsewhere after being an exclusive discount tire customer for the last 20 years. Came today with a TPMS sensor needing replacement for my GMC. Cost more than 50% higher than genuine parts at the GMC dealer ($40 each at GMC and $62 at Discount Tire). If they are more expensive they need to drop the “Discount” from their name. On top of that, my one bad TPMS sensor magically turned into 4 dead sensors. Probably would have replaced all 4 at same time anyway, but don’t care for dishonesty in a business just to up-sell. Now afterwards I have 1 sensor not reading at all and the other three showing no pressure. Drove multiple times after they said they will reset on their own. Still not. And after another 30 minutes of driving no signal at all. Checked with scanner by mechanic and he says their tool not picking up sensors at all. Came with appointment, told there was only 1 appointment ahead of me, then watched as 6 cars were pulled in before mine.

Didn’t balance my tire correctly, and I returned 3 times for them to correct it and they still couldn’t balance them.. After my tire had irregular wear they didn’t want to replace them or give me credit for a new set..

I don’t know what it is with this company but whenever I get tires from them they always leak air out! Then if you come to get it fixed you’re going be waiting two hours minimum. They take their sweet time….yeah definitely going elsewhere after today! And yes I have the warranty on all my tires
