Never bring your car here. They tell you that they will have your car done at a certain time. You come and wait and then the time they say they will have it ready they still have not even moved it in. Saw 4 other customers after me get serviced and on top of that they don’t have the tires you need. I see why the business is slow. David the front desk worker is the slowest one there. Saw his coworkers do 3 customers before him. Probably because he is always on his phone.

Not only they would repair your flat free of charge even if you didn't buy the tire from them, but they have no hangups about mounting tires that you didn't buy from them either. (Looking at you,. NTB). Quick, efficient, do what they say they do.

They are usually pretty quick and will get you in and out in about an hour to hour and half for tire replacements

Discount Tire gave me a quote over the phone and assured me the tires were in stock. I left work and drove there the same day, only to be told they didn’t have the tires they offered me. Instead, they claimed the only option available was a much more expensive tire. It felt like a bait-and-switch tactic, wasting my time and trying to force me into paying more. I wouldn’t trust them again.

Absolutely no time management skills. They give you a time estimate, overshoot it by more than half n hour, tell that your car is next and you see another car going ahead of you.

Apparently they only fix tires by plug and patch "at the same time". According to one of their employees, a silly excuse to saying my tire is "unfixable" and i must buy another tire...(trust me i tried to make sense of his bullpoop too) i went to another tire shop 2 miles away and they had no intention on ripping me off and patched my tire as they saw no problem with patching it after taking out the object that pierced my tire.

They have good service. I went there at 8:30 for my appointment but it didn’t show up in the system. The guy who attended me was so well educated and very helpful he apologized and put me in the system I waited a normal time and my car was done 👍👍

Came in for new tire purchase as my current tires were balding. I was assisted by Hunter who was extremely helpful and thoroughly explained the issue going on. He was very friendly and knowledgeable throughout the entire experience. Thank you!

I have very good experiences with Discount Tires on Westheimer at Blue Willow .I have always used DT for all my family's cars for 30 years. And Andrew is absolutely the best service manager !! He is always patient and explains everything clearly ! Thank you Discount Tires !

Ok, I wasn't going to leave a review but at this point it's warranted. First time at this discount tire and have always had a high opinion of them as a brand, but that is now tarnished. I called ahead the day before to schedule an alignment. Came in the following morning at 9 and was told I need 2 new tires and they didn't have them, and they wouldn't perform alignment because the back side of the front tires you can't see were too worn. Came back at 1 pm, didn't leave u til 6 pm. They were supposed to align it and put on 2 tires and it took up my entire day. When I finally left I got a mile away then pulled a uturn and went right back and was there another 30 minutes because all 4 tires had different air pressures and it pulled drastically to the right. Finally left and went on a 900 mile round trip for the holiday just to find that I'm missing a lug nut they replaced. I will never set foot in this location again, and I'm tempted to burn up their hotline until I get a discount. At a minimum I will make contact with someone who can make corrections at this subpar location.

Bought 3000 set of tires and they never thought to ask if I wanted air sensors replaced. Needless to say, went two weeks ago and got tires balanced and rotated by them, quencidently all four sensors went out magically that same day and time i got my tires rotated. Went today and of course I'm the idiot that didn't ask for new sensors for my new tires. When they were done. I noticed that they scratch 3 of my four rims. These guys are idiots and definitely do not care about your stuff. To them your just another idiot, and they can't wait to hurry and get your stuff done. Guess I didn't spend enough money with them for them to be careful and respect my stuff. Don't go to this location!

Incredible customer service! I picked up a nail in my work van on my way into town this morning. The roadside assistance people couldn’t find my policy and so I was left trying to find a tire shop to help me. I called five other places before I changed my search to heavy duty tires and discount tire showed up. I called them and Andrew told me to come on by. They took care of me in less than 45 minutes and got me back on the road and back to work so I could make my next client on time. Customer service here is beyond outstanding! And they also had my tires in stock for my big van, which is pretty rare. Many thanks to all of that into getting me back on the road. Highly recommend!

I had to get all my tires replaced. Other places couldn't get serviced till Friday. They were clean and efficient. In and out in like 30 mins.

Brought my car to DT and spoke with CARLOS V to see if my tire could even be repaired or have my spare could be put on. While checking in my car, CARLOS V tries to upsale me on windshield wipers and tells me that due to how new my existing tire was he could add an additional discount to replace the tire (good info but let’s see what the problem is first) and adds further that if I by the windshield wipers he could add an additional discount. I repeat my self and tell CARLOS V again that I came in because I only needed to know if my tire was fixable and if not to have my spare put on and that I’d consider the other information when we figure out what’s wrong. I ask CARLOS V what the wait time would be and he replies 45 minutes. I ask CARLOS V if I could leave the vehicle while they check it out and give me a call about the situation and that I would make my decision then, to which CARLOS V says yes, no problem. Before I leave he asks if i still want the windshield wipers, and I tell him not at this time, and further reiterate that I would like a call (CARLOS V repeats my phone number back to me to confirm its correct) before we take any action on my car. When I come back to pick my car, after having received NO CALLS OR NO EMAILS, I’m greeted by another gentlemen who finishes out the close out process and tells me that I owe them $54.71. He then proceeds to tell me how good the deal was and yada yada yada. And I express that I was supposed to receive a call about what was even wrong in the first place. At this point everyone is confused and obviously left with no choice but to pay, I give him money, get my keys and leave. I briefly came back inside because I definitely wanted to talk to the manager at the time of 1:40 PM. But he was already tied up with another call. In the midst of waiting for the manager, CARLOS V comes out of the garage and starts to look for my folder, which was already taken care of, and tells me that they tried to get in contact with me and so they just went ahead and replaced the tire. Already too mad and not wanting to cause a scene I left. It was definitely nice to know that, THEY KNOW BEST HOW TO SPEND THE CUSTOMERS MONEY!!!

Came in to get a flat patched on my tire, they said they would have my car finished within 45 minutes. Waited over 3 hours for them to say that they couldn’t patch it…They took off my tire and tried to force me to buy a new tire by saying they installed a new tire on which I never agreed on or was asked for approval! Could’ve easily saved me the time by letting me know beforehand they couldn’t do it instead of wasting my time…

This discount tire is amazing!! Especially Dylan and Andrew, excellent customer service. There was a wait but every tire place has one. Overall professional, accommodating, and willingness to work with you. I would most definitely come back again. Plenty of parking and space for all of the cars
