I have been buying tires from Discount Tire for the past 10 years for my two trucks and my daughters car, we always purchase the road hazard warranty and free rotation. I went in because we have a slow leak on the driver front tire and to rotate the tires. I planned on purchasing 4 new truck tires in March when we receive our income tax return and I told the service man that. All I wanted was for Discount to plug the leak and rotate the tires WHICH WE PAID FOR WHEN WE PURCHASED THE TIRES, Discount refused to plug the tire and refused to rotate them statin tread was to low. I told this salesman I just am trying to get by for 2 more months, they refused. All they want to do is sell you tires. So I went to a lil Mexican tire shop, they gladly plugged my tire and rotated them. I will now take all my tire business elsewhere! Sam's, NTB, Costco, Pep Boys, Walmart here I come. Bye bye Discount Tire

Waited almost 2 hours for a tire rotation and for them to fill my tires. when I finally got my car my low tire pressure was still on, I went back and spoke to Ubaldo who completely blew me off and insinuated he knew my car better than me. I left frustrated and annoyed, I was 45 min into my drive home and my signal still did not turn off, I had to stop at another location where they listen to me and actually filled my tires and guess what my signal finally turned off.

It took me almost an hour to get air. They take almost 10 minutes on each vehicle just to add check and add air.

These guys are awesome, especially Urbado. We came in an hour before closing with a flat tire and he was able to help us fix that along with some other upgrades I had been planning to do within an hour. Very professional and efficient.

get ready to lose your hubcaps! every tire they’ve changed for me and my gf, we’ve lost the hubcap on the way home. if you cannot place a hubcap back on properly, what does that say about the quality of work being done here? ALSO i was LIED to by an associate. i was told i didn’t have a warranty on my tire when i came in for a replacement. then he attempted to up sell me four new tires and urged me to sign up for the discount tire credit card. i was out of options and forced to dangerously drive my car back home on a flat due to their negligence. i returned days later to speak to a manager named angel. he looked into the problem and quickly found the warranties but this was after once again another dangerous drive on a flat, back to the store. i was almost coerced to overspend during this holiday season. but definitely had to add hubcaps to the christmas list thanks to y’all. get it together fellas.

Amazing customer service. We are having to travel from Kansas to MD Anderson for cancer treatments. I contacted the store on Friday to see about getting some tires. They were able to set us up with 4 new tires on Saturday morning. I got there at 8 AM and by 826 AM they were done and I was out the door. Thank you guys for the friendly, speedy, and amazing service. If we have to comeback back to Houston in the future I will use this location for all my tire needs.

My car has a knocking sound..and I was TPS was too long and rubbing. It wasn't discount fault. It was another company that did it. But Saul told me it was going to be that way. And it was a lie. Later. I called about the clacking noise and asked another person to look at it .my tires were positioned wrong..no more clacking .get several opinions from different technicians

Shady place. Went to get a deflating tire changed, was packed in there so I left to get food and they called in about 45 min. When I got my car back it was pulling to the right. When I called back about the issue, employees kept hanging the phone up in my face. So I came back with a level head asking to speak to the employee who helped me initially. The person I was talking to at the time did not want to go and grab them and was acting extremely suspicious. So I asked to speak to manager, they were still reluctant to grab them for about 5 minutes until I began to cause a scene. A lot of the customers there at the time had been there for 2-3 hours waiting on their vehicles to be serviced. So I was wondering how mine got back to me so fast. Overall had a terrible experience and I believe something suspicious happened to my vehicle. This happened back in August 2024 so this review is 2 months late. Regardless they have completely lost my trust as well as my service. I am a longtime Rosenberg citizen and my family and I have been here many times so the amount of disrespect I received had me flabbergasted. The guy who initially helped me got the problem “Resolved” with the help of his manager. But because of the amount of time wasted and the emotions brought out I will not be returning to or recommending this discount tire.

The lie straight to your face. Tire light still on! When right down the street to Stella Link DT! They said left side has less air than right side never checked the left side at all! Totally unacceptable! All those workers and they are doing a half ass job! Very disappointing!

Horrible customer service from the staff. Had a customer broke down and needed a tire so I brought these guys business. Upon pulling into the facility, one of the workers by the name of makhi decided to block me off with a vehicle and won’t let me pull up. Then when I went inside to ask them for assistance, ubaldi was highly uncooperative with me as I asked him to raise the vehicle up for me with a jack (due to a flat tire and the vehicle was already low) and he immediately told me without even looking that all of the jacks are currently being used and that we don’t have any when there were literally 2 sitting on the floor. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere moving forward.
