Very courteous and professional gentlemen! They like what they do and it shows. I witnessed customers walking in at closing time and they were greeted nicely and recieved the same great service even though I am sure they were exhausted after the long day they out in. That says alot about the team and the leadership.

On January 22.2025. they changed my car's 4 tires, when I drove my car, I noticed that there was a mismatch between the steering wheel and the wheels. And they put a different number on one of the tires. And today I went to change the wrong size tire. And I told them that they messed up the balance settings of my car and that they needed to fix it, but the staff did not fix the mistake in any way and told me to go to the mechanic, but there was no such problem before the tires were changed. They messed up the car's settings. They only changed the tire that they put on wrong. The steering wheel and the wheels. They are not compatible with each other. I warned them about this and told them that it was their mistake, but they did not care in any way.

I have bought all four tires here, and warranty’s. I have been coming a few years now. My experience with these young men have been EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I also go when tire pressure is low. Memphis used to help me, wow what a little firecracker. Today I came for low tire pressure and it seemed like all of Houston did too. Allen helped me today great attitude and a smile.( PRICELESS 😝) freezing cold outside helping everyone!! This makes me proud to spend my hard earned money here!!! I appreciate all the young men here! I wanted to say thank you!! I’ll be back. Happy New Years

Good service but wait times are unnecessarily too long. It takes a good 45 minutes to get your tires re-inflated after a temperature drop affects everyone’s tire pressure. They have one young guy manning the station and half the time he’s nowhere in sight. Meanwhile there is a long line forming in the parking lot extending to the street, now other cars can’t get out and a second employee is walking around asking people to move so people can get around. A good solution would be to have at least two air pressure stations available whenever there are more than five cars.

Great location. Noticed the same manager from the Heights location, great guy. They helped me out with the tires that were wearing off 2/32 in under 1400 miles when the manufecturer suggests about 35000 miles on full tire, and with a staggered fitment, it would be half the life. My tires were wearing 5 times faster than the worst-case scenario. Guys recommended going with the all season instead of the summer tires, and that's what i did. Very knowledgeable staff!

They all working on cars carelessly and not even bothering to look at the frustrated line of cars ! Bunch of kids that HAVE NO MANAGERS !!!

Walked in to get my tire checked and a guy named corner was helping me he has no manners or respect towards a customer on how to talk and how to greet a client in other words he’s a pure liability and an irresponsible person to have on establishment for sure he’s going to make the reputation go down of the brand

Unprofessional and slow. They will lie to you just to sell you tires. Instead of plugging a flat they offered a new tire and estimated 45min to 1 hr. Took over 2 hours. Also, there were people in line waiting to get the tire air check and employees weren’t even attending them. One lady got off her car to ask if employees could do the air check and employee told her to leave if she didn’t want to wait.

Waited over 1-hr 15 min for a tire rotation with an appointment and my car was still just sitting in the parking lot. I ended up leaving without the car being touched. No sense in making an appointment.

I recently had to replace all four tires on my truck after experiencing two flats. I contacted Discount Tire and spoke with the store manager, JJ, who immediately impressed me with his customer-first attitude. Within less than an hour, my truck was equipped with four brand-new tires, all at a great price. JJ and the technicians at this location took excellent care of my vehicle, and the customer service was second to none. Since my truck is my only mode of transportation, JJ went above and beyond by arranging for one of their technicians to pick me up from home. This level of service truly exceeded my expectations. To top it all off, JJ noticed that one of my hubcaps was broken and took it upon himself to order a replacement. He called me when it arrived and installed it at no extra charge. That kind of attention to detail is rare, and it's clear that JJ and his team genuinely care about their customers. I went here to get a flat tyre fixed, the staff was good n polite. Didn't try to sell unnecessary stuff or insisted on getting new tyres. Best part they fixed the flat tyre for free.

The ONLY reason I gave 2 stars and not one was the guy charged me only $20 for tire lock instead of $50, mainly because I STRESSED to him I've ONLY been to discount tires and I didn't realize I had to make sure they were putting the lock back etc,... Either way, so I call on a Wednesday at 1:30pm because my run flat tire is got a chunk in it, they didn't have the tire in stock so they were going to order it, guy said he'd have it there by today and would call... 6 o'clock rolls around and I figure they didn't get it, okay so next morning I realize it's worse than I thought so I can't go to work on it (I work less than 5 miles from my house) so I call at 7am and yes they have the tire... Truly makes me wonder WHEN it arrived but whatever right? So I go in to get the tire replaced and that's when they inform me that my actual tire lock is missing, then they put the tire on the FRONT even though they have a literal sign in the building saying that when they replace a new tire they put it on the back for reasons, they didn't check ANY air in ANY of my other tires either... I went to Discount on Westheimer to get that fixed AND he reset my tire light no problem...

Those guys were FAST and EFFICIENT!! I am extremely impressed with how fast I was taken care of and my tires were changed! From the moment I walked in they were friendly, attentive, and took the time to explain what was going on. Axel was the one to help me. I mentioned to him I was on a time crunch and only had 30 minutes and he said he’d make it happen— my car was ready in 20 minutes! I will definitely be coming back to this location!

Update dated September 25 After my message, the store manager John Geiser Jr. called me back in the name of customer satisfaction. While going there today, I was planning to give 3 or at most 4 stars because it was my second visit, and I had to leave work again. I had bought the part, whose code I found on the official GMC website, from eBay. We tested the sensors I purchased twice, and they worked, but once installed in my car, they didn’t work. This was the second time I experienced this disappointment. This is where J.J. stepped in; he recommended one of the TPMS brands they sell, and I bought it. This time, it worked. I lost a lot of time, but the problem was resolved, so J.J. won me back. Thank you. What I learned from this: Even if the TPMS is a part recommended by the manufacturer, it is definitely more logical to buy it from Discount Tire after doing a price comparison, to avoid taking any risks. ************************************************** I bought a set of tires on August 16, we agreed to replace the tpms tire sensors I bought from Amazon, but it turned out that the sensors were not compatible with the vehicle, they did not work, I bought new ones, I wanted them replaced with these yesterday, they wanted to charge $62 per tire, I have almost never used the free services (FREE Rotation, FREE Rebalancing, FREE Flat Tire Repair) on the tires I bought so far, I was upset that they asked for a fee for this

I brought my car in on July 13th and bought 4 new tires that I already felt I was overcharged for. Then my car was damaged. The tire cap was broken. Since July 13th a replacement was supposed to be ordered by Flavio. I've gone into the location about 4 times since then and I'm constantly being told BS... Oh we had an incident, the manager is out, they sent the wrong part, we'll go to the Toyota dealership and buy the replacement, oh Flavio doesn't work at this location anymore, and then Manuel was supposed to be ordering the part. Throughout this entire process not one single person has called with an update or an apology on how this is inconveniencing me. I've been driving around for over a month with a missing tire cap. To say that this is the worst experience I've ever had with Discount Tire would be an understatement. I want to be compensated for this gross error. I want my tire cap replaced immediately. There is no reason it should take over a month to get one, ONE, 2014 Toyota Corolla tire cap. I will likely never buy from discount tire again, or at the very least, not from what I've come to realize is the worst location in Houston. 2727 hillcroft st houston, TX 77057

This was my second time coming here because I had a good experience the first time... This time I dropped the car off to replace 1 tire. It was in the shop and done in an hour which is satisfactory, wasn’t displeased about that at all. The problem was when I got dropped off to pick it up I came back to some type of grease on my door handle and door. It wasn’t a crazy amount but it wasnt just dirt. When i went to wipe it off it just smeared. it was stuck on the paint. I had to take it through a car wash this morning to get it off of there… maybe I’m crazy but I feel If you get crap like that on a paying customers paint you should clean it up. On Top of the silicone or grease or whatever it was. the valve stem cap is now gone, and the lug cover caps are gone. The tire itself seems good, no complaints there. but needless to say, I’m pissed with how the car was returned to me.. Just a lazy, careless, and sloppy job. A blatant lack of respect for someone’s property and y’all lost stuff that I have to order now.

Waited 15 mins for air pressure check. No one came to acknowledge me or anything. I just sat there and no one came. I saw many other stuff doing things for other ppl and was completely ignored. So I left without getting any help.
