My tire was really bad when I got there. I was worried about how I would replace it, but the workers really helped me out. Gordon is a great manager! I will definitely return if need be.

Awful experience, I was towed in because I had a screw in my tire, tow truck driver suggested Discount Tire because they were open at the time, they would not fix my tire, they told me I needed a new tire because of the wear, I had just purchased the tires less than two years ago from Costco. Discount Tire takes advantage of people, they know once the tow truck brings you in they are not letting you leave without purchasing tires, I was out of over 8 hundred due to one screw in my tire.

Didn't get the name but a heavy set white guy assisted me. My tired popped and he tried to charge me for a new tire and I told him I have the warranty and he told me that its impossible because they dont even sell that tire, I told him he was wrong and then after 10 minutes he finally found the warranty certificate and previous purchase of the tire in his system that he told me didnt exist. Then I waited for them to fix it and they told me they couldnt because my rim was damaged. My rim had been damaged years prior and there was no new damage added and it has never been a problem before when adding a new tire on it before but today they refused. The service was slow & horrible..love discount tire! HATE this location!!

I needed TPMS replacements and they scheduled me for 130pm and promised I'd be done in an hour. I was done in less than 20 minutes. Awesome service and that pesky TPMS light is gone. 😁

They will literally come up with every excuse not to warranty under the certificates, we have multiple trucks and it’s never under warranty.

First off when I called 10 after 4 and spoke to Morgan he lied to me about how busy they were. Bc when I got there 30 mins later there were 8 people ahead of me. And after looking at my disabled Moms car and seeing the one screw that was visible and leaking he said it would need to be replaced under road hazard. I also told him there was another nail that was even closer to the sidewall. So we discussed what type of comparable tires they had bc I agreed that the front tires needed to be replaced as well and I wanted to get a good brand that I trust. And I even asked for a quote to do so in a month bc of the holidays. He was visibly not happy about that and he proceeded to give me a hard time about it being my Moms car etc etc. But my Mom averages about 275mi a month and refuses to drive at night or in the rain. So 10 after 5 he told me it would be ready in 2hrs. Which I questioned bc they close at 6. But he said it was no big deal and they were working late anyways. That was until he called me at 6:54 and said I had 6 minutes to pick it up which is impossible on 1960. So my Mom had Uber to pick it up today bc I was on the other side of town and none of the paperwork I requested was provided to her. But tonight upon inspecting there work I found out why. Bc they lazily plugged, not patched, or replaced both tires like we had talked about. One of which is well beyond the normal spec of being repaired. And on top of that they left the spare upside down with the spare tire hold down loose in the hatch area. Not to mention that one of the wheel locks wasn't even close to being torqued to spec, they also over inflated the rear tires, and didn't even bother to check the front tires that were low even with accommodating for the colder ambient temperatures tonight after sitting all day. Which blows my mind bc it clearly states on the inside of every vehicles driver door the recommended tire pressures. These are very simple task that any novice should know. And the reason I say this is bc I have worked on vehicles in my 20yr career ranging from $1,300 - $1.3 MILLION! I am not usually one to gloat about my knowledge and experience. But when you lie to me and mess with my parents I will gladly walk into that store in one of my old high end shop shirts so that all the customers can Google my old shop logo and be blown away while they listen to me state my case and put everyone in that store in check if I have too. However I don't want to do that bc I don't like being that person unless I have to. I am not interested in talking to a store Manager or a Asst. Manager. I want to speak directly to the stores General Manager about this issue and I want to do it very soon.

I would like to take the time out to give a big thank you to the team at Discount Tire. I wish I would have gotten my Service Advisor and Tire Technician's name. As many people know getting tires can be overwhelming with selection, price, and making sure you are getting a quality product. I found my tires online, set my appointment, and arrived. I must say they were pretty busy but not slow. once I spoke to my Service Advisor he took care of me and gave really good customer service. He even apologized for the amount of time I had been waiting. Once my vehicle was taken to the back my Tire Tech also apologized for the wait and they would get my vehicle ready asap. Well I don't know if they had a Tech on each wheel but once my vehicle made it inside the shop area it wasn't even ten minutes before my Tech pulled my vehicle back around finished. If I get the names of my Advisor and Tech I will update my review. Thank you Discount Tire Team. My vehicle is riding smooth, and my garage has that new tire smell.

Mickey and the team do an outstanding job if you're not buying your tires here and getting your tire service here you're losing out. They can handle anything from a Chevy to a Ferrari and everything in between. Very knowledgeable, none better in Houston.period.... outstanding Dale darr😁

Joel, Morgan, and Mickey. You guys truly do care about your customers and I am so grateful. My two front tires were at a thread life of 2 & 3. It all started with Joel recognizing the severity of the tires. He did not recommend for me to drive off specially in the rain. Next Morgan and Mickey were extremely kind enough to educate me about my tires, what Discount tire offers and their warranties. This is why I always change my tires at Discount tires. I know they fill tires for free, but they left off 2 of my fill stem caps and said my rear windshield wiper needed to be change on a brand new suv. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION.
